摘要

全球能源体系正朝着低碳、清洁能源的方向发展,中国也提出了自己的“双碳”发展目标。“双碳”目标意味着新能源将逐渐成为电力系统的发电主体,电力系统需要足够的柔性资源来保证电力系统的安全可靠运行。因此,研究柔性资源的优化配置对电力系统的发展具有重要意义。在对不同类型柔性资源进行研究的基础上,提出了柔性资源优化配置模型,并通过算例仿真验证了模型的有效性。
