First, data preprocessing was performed. Secondly, a load forecasting process based on LSTM was formed, followed by a load forecasting process based on ARIMA. Finally, a case analysis was conducted, which verified that the LSTM-based prediction method has higher accuracy in predicting the comprehensive load in the region. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were analyzed. The ARIMA model has a simple calculation, but it is difficult to accurately predict complex nonlinear load changes. In this paper, relying on a 750 kV substation, aiming at the problem of excessive deflection of the long-span suspended tubular busbar, a three-dimensional finite element model is established to calculate the deflection and field strength of the tubular busbar, and a new type of tubular busbar suspension system is proposed by means of comprehensive comparative analysis, theoretical calculation and true-type testing, namely, V-shaped insulator string with double-sided auxiliary cable tubular busbar suspension system. And related fitting is developed and manufactured. Compared with the current solution, the tubular busbar deflection in the interval and between the suspension points of adjacent intervals can be greatly reduced to less than 0.5 D (D is the outer diameter of the tubular busbar), and it has the advantages of controllable field strength, simple structure, and convenient construction. Taking a 750 kV substation as an example, it can save about 28% of the investment in the tubular busbar fittings. Firstly, the one-dimensional power quality disturbance signal is transformed into GAF coded image by using gram angle field, and then three RESNET sub model networks are constructed. The disturbance signals with representative signal-to-noise ratios of 0 dB, 20 dB and 40 dB are selected as the input of the sub model to train the three sub models respectively. During this period, the training weights of the sub models are transferred in turn by using the method of multiple transfer learning. The pre training weight of the latter model is inherited from the training weight of the previous model, and the weight processing methods of partial freezing and partial fine-tuning are adopted to ensure the optimal training effect of the model. Finally, the features of the three sub models are used to train the full connection layer classifier, and finally a complete power quality disturbance classification model is obtained. Depending on bidirectional communication, demand side management (DSM) aims at carrying out optimization on the electricity usage pattern of customers to improve energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact. In the present study, a DSM optimization algorithm is designed, which can perform load shifting on a household level based on Time-of-Use strategy. Several flexible appliances, Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (EV) charging and rooftop photovoltaic (PV) are considered. The results show that the daily electricity cost has a decline of 19% after optimization. 12% reduction of domestic carbon emission is also achieved from the variation of grid carbon intensity and energy provided by rooftop PV. In this paper, an improved PLL is proposed to deal with the unbalanced grid voltage and DC components. First, the principle and defects of the traditional PLL are briefly introduced. Then according to the shortcomings of the PLL, the structure of the PLL is modified to enhance its ability to suppress the DC component. By introducing an adjustment factor into the existing system, it has a greater attenuation of the DC component, and at the same time, the dynamic performance and filtering effect of the system are not lost.
