In this paper, a high-precision detection scheme for the power quality monitoring device considering time difference is proposed. It enhances the detection accuracy by adding time synchronization based on IEEE 1588 and improving the design of hardware in the standard meter method. Moreover, this paper designs a detection software, which can realize full-automation on-site detection. Abstract
