It enhances the detection accuracy by adding time synchronization based on IEEE 1588 and improving the design of hardware in the standard meter method. Moreover, this paper designs a detection software, which can realize full-automation on-site detection. 摘要

随着人们对电能质量的日益重视,电网中越来越多的电能质量监测设备投入运行。为保证可靠、准确的运行,这些设备需要定期进行检测,最好采用不拆线的高效现场检测方案。本文提出了一种考虑时间差的电能质量监测装置的高精度检测方案。在标准仪表法中增加了基于IEEE 1588的时间同步,改进了硬件设计,提高了检测精度。此外,本文还设计了一个检测软件,可以实现全自动化的现场检测。理论分析表明,该方法精度高,操作简便,适用于现场实际检测。
