For different service types, AHP is used to calculate the subjective weights. According to the real-time attribute parameters of networks, the improved CRITIC is used to calculate the objective weights. Finally, the TOPSIS is applied to select optimal access network. The simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can find the optimal network based on user subjective preferences and network performance. In the location system, the state model is generally linear, but the measurement model is frequently nonlinear. With the help of extended Kalman filter (EKF), the state of the target can be estimated, and the track of it can be also traced. Unscented Kalman filter(UKF) is another method to solve the problem of nonlinear system. Deduction and simulation shows that, using EKF and UKF based on DOA and TOA information to locate and track the moving emitter, can be convergent with a high accuracy. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end image retrieval system based on deep convolutional neural network and differential learning method. We first build an image matching dataset based on the gravitational field model, that is to add a similarity score label for each image in the dataset production stage. Then we train the improved deep learning model and verify the effectiveness of the algorithm on three common image matching dataset (i.e., Caltech-101, Holidays and Oxford Paris). Finally, the experimental results show that our improved deep learning model with differential learning method that used for image retrieval system has state-of-the-art image matching performance. The overall retrieval accuracy in Caltech-101, Holidays and Oxford Paris datasets are 88.5%, 94.1 % and 96.2%, respectively. As the number of returned images increases, the image retrieval accuracy of the system decreases slightly and eventually becomes stable at a high value. It has the distributed computational mechanism and robust information processing way like the nervous system. This paper describes that a spiking neural network with the synaptic plasticity recognizes the input scenes. The Digital spiking silicon neuron (DSSN), a mathematical structure-based qualitative model, is used to reproduce the various behaviors of neurons. We also designed the synapse model in our spiking neural network to precisely describe the dynamics of the transmitter release and the postsynaptic current generation. There are three layers in our network. The spiking neurons in layer 1 and 2 with special receptive fields perform the edge detection and orientation selection, respectively. The synaptic plasticity is realized in synaptic connections between spiking neurons in layer 2 and the output layer. The changing of connection is based on the Hebbian learning rule which supposes that the time difference of two spikes modifies the value of connection. We evaluated our spiking neural network with the task of image recognition. The spiking neurons in the output layer fire with the high frequency in response to their relevant input scenes. The simulation results show that our spiking neural network can successfully recognize the input scenes learned before. The classification of three kinds of communications noise signals was simulated by this algorithm, and the accuracy of this algorithm was proved. The quasi-rigorous solution is found accurate for DRAs with such shape. The radiation characteristic of the DRA is investigated, which indicates that it is a qualified candidate for conformal antennas. Additionally, the cambered DRA is actually deformation of a rectangular DRA. Therefore, the two kinds of DRAs are compared to study the deformation effect. It shows that the resonant frequency and bandwidth stay almost the same. Nevertheless, beamwidth of the cambered DRA is obviously wider than its rectangular counterpart. The beamwidths in E- and H-planes are broadened by nearly 30% and 50%, respectively. Therefore, according to the load characteristics and the current development trend of electric vehicle, this paper analyzes its influence on the load capacity ratio of electric network. In this paper, an ET-PHD filtering algorithm based on measurement driven adaptive new target intensity is proposed. The new target intensity function is adaptively generated by the measured values obtained each time. The survival target and the new target are propagating in the prediction and updating stages and implemented under the Gauss mixture framework. However, it is figured that the size of the parallel metallic plates can affect cross-polarization at centain frequency range we concern visibly, especially in such a large-scale array antenna, and vast slots graved in waveguide produce acceptable linear polarization but lead to severe cross polarization.
