Therefore, a method for morphological reconstruction of flexible long board structure based on the segmentation calibration of resistance strain gauges is proposed in this paper. The morphological reconstruction algorithm of long board structure based on strain information is introduced at first. Then, a long board model morphology visualization experiment platform is constructed, and an optimized arrangement and segmented calibration method for the resistance strain gauges array is explained. Finally, the verification of real-time sensing and reconstruction experiments of the long board structure is performed. By analyzing the motion of hydrostatic driving tracked tractor and combing the model of tracked tractor and the hydrostatic driving pump-motor with the rotational velocity adjustment control scheme, the paper design the control system of hydrostatic driving tracked tractor. In response to the motion of steering and straight-line driving, taking the mass-center velocity and rotational angular velocity of the tracked tractor as the expected inputs, meanwhile, using Matlab/Simulink toolbox to build and verify the hydrostatic driving tracked tractor system. The model chooses ant colony optimization (ACO) with natural parallelism to improve the task migration to complete the replication and merge of tasks, so as to give full play to the advantages of heterogeneous multi-core processors, and schedule tasks to corresponding nuclear execution. Then the comparison and analysis of the PTT model and the DAG model in the same parameters are carried out by using the speedup ratio and the task execution time as the index. The method of realizing interleaves with F-P (Fabry-Perot) interference cavity is discussed, and the temperature coefficient of refractive index of interleaves is calculated by high bridge model. The influence of linear expansion coefficient and Poisson's ratio on the temperature drift of the filter is discussed. A method of fiber optic cable path detection is proposed. By analyzing the shape change of fiber caused by external force, the phase of the interference signal is changed, and the external force is transformed into the corresponding data of LED display. In the experiment, we select the maximum value of the LED display intensity data on one side of the five points of a power cable to determine the specific location of the buried communication cable. Combined with the characteristics of reactive power optimization of power system, binary code, initial population, crossover, mutation and fitness function had been improved by the proposed algorithm.
