The topology, design and manufacturing technology of ISE based on interdigital electrodes are described. With the help of a sample of chips, measurements were made on the evaluation of antibiotic resistance (ABR) of microorganisms, using E. coli M-17 as a model, under the influence of a number of antibiotics. The possibility of using the developed sensor element for ABR estimation at the exposure time of 1 to 2 hours is shown experimentally. The concentration sensitivity limit of the sensor element was determined. Frequency dependences of the electrical impedance for E. coli M-17 with various antimicrobial agents were obtained. The susceptibility of investigated bacterial type to ceftazidime and ceftriaxone as well as a lack of susceptibility to benzylpenicillin has been experimentally confirmed. A numerical parameter is proposed for assessing the degree of antibiotic resistance of microorganism.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"39 1","pages":"1227-1230"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72563049","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The impact of PQ disturbances on the industries and individual facilities is manifested as reducing uptime of plant equipment, losing production, lost data, and other costly ramifications. In this regard, the PQ problems have become a major concern for modern industries with nonlinear loads in electrical power system. This paper presents the measurements and analysis of the (66/20 kV) distribution network in Syria (city Lattakia), which has important loads with high power quality disturbances. PQ problems, especially harmonics and voltage fluctuations, have been analyzed in this work. Moreover, suitable solutions to mitigate these problems have been discussed. The power distribution system has been modeled using Matlab /Simulink (2016a).","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"7 1","pages":"712-718"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84338499","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The antenna is constructed to be mounted on moving platforms, which are designed using stealth technologies. Loop 4-port magnetic antenna with lengthwise heterogeneous (piecewise uniform) ferrite core is studied with the finite elements method. The antenna is mounted conformally on two carrier platforms, i.e. flat part of the carrier coating and fuselage of a large aircraft (LA) without fin. The influence of the form of the heterogeneous core and the phase feed modes of the ports of the magnetic antenna on the radiation efficiency and the gain of the “ MA — carrier” system in the frequency band 2–30 MHz is studied. Radiation pattern and expected radiation efficiency of the “MA — carrier” system are shown. It is shown, that usage of the heterogeneous magnetic antenna increases the radiation efficiency of the “MA — carrier” system in comparison with a homogeneous magnetic antenna.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"10 1","pages":"487-490"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84811335","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The current state of solid-state laser technology makes it possible to talk about modulation frequencies up to 30 GHz. It gives the possibility of development of optical microwave modulators, and providing radio transmitting devices of the optical range with a basic element base. In the present work, a prototype of a new optoelectronic device is proposed, that combines two generator elements in a single package, providing simultaneous generation of a carrier and modulating oscillations. In such a device, microwave modulation of the ISL occurs based on internal physical mechanisms, as a result of coupling between the generating crystals. The design of a multifunctional optoelectronic device and its operating principle are discussed.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"73 1","pages":"529-531"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85187351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When bit-parallel simulation is being applied, circuit's ability to propagate errors from each certain gate to its outputs is presented as set of ODC (observability-don't-care) masks. Proposed method for calculating ODCs is based on both direct error simulation and back propagation, being accurate as former in presence of reconvergent branches and almost as fast as latter in their absence. In addition, reconvergence handling is further improved by implementation of reduced circuit structure. Proposed algorithm has been applied to ISCAS85 benchmark circuits and then compared to error simulation and back propagation algorithms. Thus it is proven to provide accurate ODCs for given sequence of input sets being considerably faster than complete simulation. Results of computational experiments are also present in paper.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"5 1","pages":"1424-1429"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85239797","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However there are some issues related with functional testing of the algebraic blocks and algorithms. In case of comparison the designed algorithm with reference one we need a wide library of well-known proven models. MatLab packet has the large library of many famous algorithm models rather than other simulators. Another approach is to design own testbenches with proven software algorithm implementation, but sometimes it can be very difficult. This article describes a method of statistic analysis during the error-correcting codes decoding by the codecs with designed hardware by means Simulink/Matlab library elements and its interaction with SAD (System of automatic design) for hardware simulation. For accelerating the offered approach it is supposed the cross-platform modeling using evaluation board with FPGA. This method decreases in order statistic analysis time of error-correcting capability compared with this analysis by means of PC only. Also the model of non-binary symbol noise for Reed-Solomon codecs is proposed.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"1 1","pages":"1352-1355"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81631590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
