The problems of ingot quality improvement, economy of resources are solved. These problems are connected with improvement of an electromagnetic crystallizer design as the crystallizer exerts direct impact on formation of internal structure and a surface of an ingot. Correctly specified geometrical parameters of electromagnetic crystallizer allow minimizing the power consumption during casting, eliminating surface laps and reducing the ingot consertal structure to a minimum. The benefits of the electromagnetic crystallizer for continuous casting are: absence of physical contact between a die and an ingot; possibility to reduce metal circulation to a minimum; manufacturing efficiency increase; working conditions improvement; metal technological properties improvement. In the course of studies, a series of structures was calculated. As a result of the analysis the optimization chart of EMC with a passive screen was plotted. It was revealed that the major optimization criteria for this technology are power inputs. When designing the EMC the parameters of electromagnetic shift inside the inductor and the change of electromagnetic screen skew angle were used as optimization parameters. The optimization of the EMC structures was conducted, subsequent to the results of which the optimization chart was plotted. This permits revealing the least power-consuming structures.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"14 1","pages":"758-760"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74531838","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of the task is highlighted by the fact that choice of control system determines the reliability and the efficiency of gas system drive. Two types of indirect DC-link voltage control techniques were examined in order to estimate operation effectiveness of control system in dynamic modes. For that purpose simulation model of ZSI fed by induction motor, based on state space averaged modeling method, has been developed utilizing MATLAB/Simulink environment. The simulation results of dynamic performance of the ZSI with single-loop and dual-loop capacitor voltage control techniques during input voltage changes and steady state operations are presented and analyzed.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"37 1","pages":"636-640"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72952327","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Before training a neural network, it's necessary to collect a vast dataset of marked entries. However, manual collection of information takes a lot of time and resources. That is why one of the hardest problems to solve in deep learning is the problem of getting the right data with the proper tags. This paper aims at methods that allow to automatically create or update the marked dataset for building a car model classifier by the parser of known Internet sources, which uses a simple classifier to delete incorrect data. The main goal of this article is to prove that public sources can be used to collect the correctly selected and marked data.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"148 1","pages":"295-297"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73034845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, most of bonding methods are high-temperature and require specific environmental conditions such as smoothness and cleanliness of substrate surface, substrate materials, applied forces etc. This chapter is about one of the way to realize wafer bonding, which advantages are low temperatures of bonding process and low requirements for preparation of bonded wafers. Particularly, work concentrates on the first stage of low-temperature wafer bonding, identifying dependence how parameters of the deposition method and annealing influence on the thickness of film obtained from TEOS. The established characteristics will help to receive thickness-controlled films that can be successfully used as intermediate layers for low-temperature wafer bonding — one of the methods of 3D packaging technology.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"174 1","pages":"1373-1375"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73148606","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Particularly, the dielectric properties of human bones depend on their state (normal or diseased). Osteoporosis is characterized by a trabecular bone structure deterioration changing the bone density and dielectric permittivity. We modeled the electromagnetic (EM) wave propagation trough the human wrist considered as a multilayer structure comprising bone, muscle, fat etc. EM properties of the wrist bone affect the propagating EM wave. The aim of this study is to investigate the dependence of wave propagation characteristics on the osteoporosis severity, expressed as a change of dielectric permittivity of the wrist bone, which may be useful for osteoporosis diagnostic. Results of the full wave wrist model simulations with different degrees of the osteoporosis severity are presented and discussed.","PeriodicalId":6562,"journal":{"name":"2018 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EIConRus)","volume":"1 1","pages":"1239-1242"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74281784","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this research is to design and simulate the automatic control valve for gas flow meter calibrator of bell prover. From the simulation and results, the flow rate has linear proportional to the torque requirement of motor valve which the maximum torque value around 0.7 N-m in the highest flow rate.
