It gives the possibility of development of optical microwave modulators, and providing radio transmitting devices of the optical range with a basic element base. In the present work, a prototype of a new optoelectronic device is proposed, that combines two generator elements in a single package, providing simultaneous generation of a carrier and modulating oscillations. In such a device, microwave modulation of the ISL occurs based on internal physical mechanisms, as a result of coupling between the generating crystals.
