To analysis the canses of diffcult aceess during rigid transurethral ureteroscory and their management. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the data of 216 cases of ureteroscope pneumatie lithotriptor for ureteral culculi. Results The success rate of the one stage for all patients was 90. 5 % (219/242). The successful rates for upper, middle and lower ureteral stone were 66. 67% (14/21) ,90. 9% (80/88) ,94% (125/133).Conclusion Treatment of ureteral stone with this method has been safe and effective. Methods Divides into 2 groups stochastically 120 example COPD patients, the control group uses the conventional treatment, the treatment group besides the conventional treatment, the inspiration Salmeterol/fluticasone propionate treats 12 months, observe the number of the increasing bullas and the original bulla. Results The treatment group sends the bulla cases of illness greatly not newly, original bulla does not have the change greatly, compares to the control group there were the significance difference. (P＜ 0. 05). Methods cases were randomly divided into injectio ad acumen and single acupuncture treatment group, each of them has 30 cases respectively. Improvement of dysphagia was the main obserable index, and the data of pre-and post-treatment was being statistical treatment. Results the effective rate of injectio ad acumen and single acupuncture treatment group was 93.33% and 70.00% respetively, so there has significant stastical difference between the two groups(P ＜0. 01). Methods The 110 mild and moderate hypertension patients were divided randomly into 2 groups, 58 patients were treated in valsartan, 52 patients were treated in amlodipine. 50 healthy people physical examinded were control group. All the cases were detected Apelin-12. After 16 weeks' anti-hypertensine lowering with valsartan and amlodipine for EH group, the above item was detected again. Results The plasma Apelin-12 level after treatment of valsartan and amlodipine was significantly higher than that of treatment before. The plasma Apelin-12 level after treatment of valsartan was significantly higher than that of treatment of amlodipine.
