Abstract

Objective To approach the therapeutic effect of Salmeterol/fluticasone propionate on COPD with bulla. Methods Divides into 2 groups stochastically 120 example COPD patients, the control group uses the conventional treatment, the treatment group besides the conventional treatment, the inspiration Salmeterol/fluticasone propionate treats 12 months, observe the number of the increasing bullas and the original bulla. Results The treatment group sends the bulla cases of illness greatly not newly, original bulla does not have the change greatly, compares to the control group there were the significance difference. (P＜ 0. 05). Conclusion The inspiration Salmeterol/fluticasone propionate treats COPD to be possible to reduce the occurrence which the proliferating bulla, delays progress which the bulla.
