To analysis the canses of diffcult aceess during rigid transurethral ureteroscory and their management. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the data of 216 cases of ureteroscope pneumatie lithotriptor for ureteral culculi. Results The success rate of the one stage for all patients was 90. 5 % (219/242). The successful rates for upper, middle and lower ureteral stone were 66. 67% (14/21) ,90. 9% (80/88) ,94% (125/133).Conclusion Treatment of ureteral stone with this method has been safe and effective.
