Methods 106 patients suffering from complicated renal calculi were treated with 121 MPCNL. Results 89 cases underwent MPCNL with single tract ,29 cases with two tracts and 3 cases with three tracts in 106 patients. Renal calculi were cleared completely in 90 patients with one-staged MPCNL, 11 patients with two-staged MPCNL but 5 patients had residual renal calculi and treated with extracorporal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) afterwards. 92. 6% calculi free-rate was achieved. Average operation time was 91 minutes, bleeding ranged from 100 to 900 ml and 5 patients accepted 200~400 ml blood. There were no severe complications in all patients. Methods From May 2007 to February 2010, 32 patients hospitalized children with severe allergic purpura were randomly divided into two groups:A group (observation group)16 cases were offered conventional treatment(adrenal cortical hormone, antihistamines, improve blood capillary brittleness medicine, antibiotics or disease-resistant poison, etc comprehensive treatment) + procaine treatment.Group B(control group) 16 cases were offered conventional treatment. The clinical effect of two groups were observed. Results Two graps in illness recovery time, the length of time, recurrence rate and effective time, there were significant differences in general, used for treatment of abdominal pain, had blood in one' s stool for intractable main symptom, conventional therapies patients is preferred. Conclusion There is better clinical curative effect of the treatment to severe allergic purpura children through procaine devean george with conventional treatment especially to those with intractable abdominal pain, and having blood in one' s stool as the main symptoms of conventional treatment in patients. \u0000 \u0000Key words: \u0000Procaine; Deveangeorge; Serious; Allergic purpura; Children
