In recent years, the efficiency of ESP has obviously decreased when the power plant burned the high-alumina coal, especially in western China, and it is difficult to reach the emission standard. In order to find the reason that the high-alumina fly ash influences the efficiency of ESP, the fly ash in entrance and exit of ESP has been sampled. By analyzing their chemical composition, resistivity and adhesive force, using the dust electrical resistivity test instrument and adhesive force test apparatus invented by self-independence, and testing the current-voltage curve of the fly ash under operating the ESP. The results show when the content of AI2O3 in the fly ash in entrance and exit of ESP is 44.2% and 47.8%, the resistivity of fly ash is over 1012 Omegaldrcm, but it doesn't cause the obvious reverse corona. Cultivation and gas chromatography analysis showed NAP_A degraded naphthalene fast under 30degC~35degC and pH7. The 16S rRNA gene of NAP A was cloned and sequenced (EU142847). Basing on this sequence and its related sequences in the GenBank database, a multialignment was conducted then a phylogenetic tree was constructed with DNAMAN software. The results showed that strain NAP_A was located in the lineage of Ochrobactrum genus, sharing the highest homology with O. pseudintermedium (99%), which indicated the strain was a member of O. pseudintermedium. ABR was maintained at a hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 8.5 hours and at a temperature of indoor temperature. The experiment is consisted of two parts: The fist section is that using amylum as sizing agent to inspect the reactor treat capability; When the influent COD was 1585 -5301 mg/L, the effluent COD was 42 mg/L overall 97% of COD removal. The average removal rates of COD, NH4-N, and color were 97%, 90%, 94%. The second section is that using PVA as sizing agent to inspect mainly on the effect of hydrolysis and acidgenisis of ABR and the organic removal effect of the system. Sulfur was removed by peroxyacetic acid-oxidation under ultrasonic and microwave radiation. Transformations of organic sulfur forms were expressed by XPS spectra. The results showed that forms of organic sulfur were enriched in different macerals, thiophenes in vitrinite and thioethers, thiols in exinite. Desulfurization rate of NW raw coal was up to 38.1% with peroxyacetic acid under ultrasonic and microwave radiation. The relation between resolution and imaging quality is analyzed and a reconstruction algorithm in frequency domain is proposed to reduce storage and computation. Different from an iterative reconstruction method based on NUFFT, we put forward a novel algorithm of interpolation based NUFFT, which compute the equispaced results from the non-uniform samples of two nearest projection lines using linear angular interpolation. The simulation result indicates that the algorithm proposed in this paper is much better than filtered-backprojection algorithm. In this study, a Brassica napus LACS gene has been found through in silicon cloning. The gene is 2,270 bp with 2,004 bp of open reading frame (ORF), encoding a LACS with 667 amino acid residues designated BnLACS4. Sequence analysis indicated that BnLACS4 possessed typical molecular characteristics of LACS. Expression analysis revealed BnLACS4 expressed in mature roots, stems, leaves and flowers. The gene expressed differently in seeds and pod coats among different oil content varieties at 35 days after pollination (DAP). We designed and realized a bioreactor in which we can change frequency, modality and duration of the stimuli. The system is composed by an eccentric motor, Voltage controlled, which can produce a displacement of 11 mm at frequencies between 1 Hz and 120 Hz, and by a plate connected to the motor allowing the contemporary vibration of three flasks or multiwells. We measured the acceleration with a 3D accelerometer to verify the accuracy and the repeatability of the stimuli imposed to the cells cultures. Consequently it has been possible to understand the relationship between these parameters and the effect on in vitro cells cultures. Particularly we focused on Saos-2 Human Osteoblasts to test the effects of high frequency vibrations on cells proliferation as a first pointer of the effects of the stimuli imposed by the bioreactor. The static study of Virtual Chinese Human, also called the \"Visible Human\", has obtained some achievements. But the study of \"Physical Human\" is much less. This paper presents the preliminary study of Virtual Human's motion. It mainly addresses that, by using the muscle and skeleton integrated model, we can emulate Xiang-Liu's hurdle motion, and then visualize the motion curves. In order to test and verify the result, we calculated the model's velocity, and then did error analysis. Within the range of error, it's feasible to emulate high-level athletes' motion by using Virtual Human model.
