And utilize the observed data and the calculating results of the water quality concentration field of the lake to achieve the water environmental capacity in the dry season. From the results, it is shown that the velocity of the lake is small and the direction is from the northwest to the southeast as the topographic form is the northwest higher than the southeast. Both the observed and the computed results of the COD concentration show that they are smaller than the standard limit value of COD emission concentration. This paper explores the theoretical background of laser Doppler and speckle techniques. Four applications in measurement of tissue blood perfusion are introduced which are: laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) , laser Doppler perfusion monitor (LDPM) , laser Doppler perfusion imager (LDPI) , laser speckle contrast imaging . In this paper we will describe theses four techniques in brief separately and then we will compare them with each other and with other methods for assessment of microvascular blood perfusion. First, we will explain LDF technique in brief. Then basic principles and components of the LDPM and LDPI instrumentation are discussed. At the end laser speckle contrast imaging technique will be introduced. Previous studies on model plant Arabidopsis have identified several transcriptional regulators required for fruit dehiscence. These transcriptional factors belong to bHLH or MADS-box genes families which have a range of different roles in plant cell and tissue development as well as plant metabolism. By using bioinformatics, we have predicted the homologous genes of fruit dehiscence-related genes in oilseed rape. Femtosecond time-resolved absorption spectroscopy has been used to study the process of excited-state energy transfer(EET) among Cars in LH2 excited by femtosecond laser pulse at different wavelength. The characteristic spectra of singlet (Sn) and triplet (T1) excitation Cars were observed in visible spectral region. The results suggest that the singlet EET processes may occur from Cars with shorter conjugation length(n) to that with longer conjugation length besides excitation energy internal conversion. These complicated excitation energy equilibrium in the HL-LH2 from Rps. palustris fulfills within 6 ps. We develop a search strategy to achieve the control points and ROI using speciality of intensity distribution of chest X-ray images, including mean, variance and difference. Therefore, a bounding box of lung fields is acquired and can be considered as ROI for image analysis and diagnosis. Based on the corresponding anatomical point landmarks, we also consider a thin-plate spline deformation as a method to solve non-rigid registration for chest X-ray images. The thaumatin protein, as a member of plant PR protein, reported by several plant species of wheat, rice and Arabidopsis, this protein exhibits an important effect for plant resistant reaction. Using bioinformatics analysis of resource category gene function of like-thaumatin protein, to study protein structure and inherent Resistance relations, to clone the full- length of a differentially expressed cDNA fragment, wheat and others 56 thaumatin-like protein, and study its biological function tentatively for plant disease resistance mechanisms like- thaumatin protein mechanism. A combination of bioinformatics methods of prediction of pathogenesis-related Proteins in higher plants, and then combining the experiment demonstrated will be of great theoretical and scientific value. In this study, the generation of trihalomethane (THMs) in the effluent of hospital wastewater during chlorine disinfection process was evaluated. The results showed the formation of THMs increased gently along the increasing chlorine dosages at beginning of the chlorine disinfection, but increased significantly after the chlorine dosages over 20 mg/L. Chloroform was the most abundant THM species and occupied above 40% of the total concentration. The second-order model interpretation of the long-term formation of THMs showed a good linearity and a second-order rate constant of 0.8857 (mg/L)-1s-1 in this experiments. This doesn't guarantee a full observation of the patients' medical conditions. The heart rate (HR) alteration during the examination could reveal different physiologic conditions of the patients, according to many clinical reports. The standard pulse oximeter (SpO2) used to monitor the HR. It is usually difficult to obtain correct characteristics while extracting heart rate of the patients because the variation of waveforms caused by the moved of fingers and toes or bad connection of probes. We will discuss how to solve the extracting heart rate problems from raw plethysmograph waveform by using Wavelet filter. Air conditioning and ventilation ways affected greatly micro environment in ICUs. The paper discussed reasonable ventilation projects of contamination control and air conditioning in the ICU using numerical simulation method. The variation rules of air quality parameters in ICUs were analyzed to provide technical director for optimal air conditioning and ventilation designs under different ways of air supplying and returning, different numbers of vents, different types of vents and different numbers of air changes. Conclusions showed that top supply and bottom return systems were better than side supply and bottom return systems from the points of view of comfort and cleanliness. The decontamination capacity of shutter air supplying is better than that of perforated plate air supplying.
