And utilize the observed data and the calculating results of the water quality concentration field of the lake to achieve the water environmental capacity in the dry season. From the results, it is shown that the velocity of the lake is small and the direction is from the northwest to the southeast as the topographic form is the northwest higher than the southeast. Both the observed and the computed results of the COD concentration show that they are smaller than the standard limit value of COD emission concentration. Abstract
