However, little research has been done on the simplified and applied thermo-technical calculation method. In order to improve the practicability and advantage of evaporative cooling unit, and make the unit manufacture standard, a thermo-technical calculation for a plate indirect evaporative cooling unit and a packing direct evaporative cooling unit are simplified by experiments base on engineering optimization theory. Adopting China helicopter pilot anthropometric data, contrasting the result of CATIA system emulator, the rationality and practicability of the model is validated. Using collective pitch control layout design as example, the corresponding apparatus comfort curve and parameter are acquired. The results show that the ultrasonic wave strengthening can improve the extraction efficiency of mogroside in the experimental conditions. The ultrasonic wave strengthening extraction dynamics equation agrees with the dynamic equation In C = γ In t + λ. Under the high frequency of ultrasound extraction or high temperature or long extraction time, the extraction process will not be controlled by the dynamic. Six sigma methodology gave impetus to original manufacture in low cost for the purpose of near-perfect product and advanced service. Therefore, six sigma methodology obtained a popularity to perfect-quality in the field of manufacture industries. In this paper, an attempt that taken an assessment and improvement of dents on the top surface of product in forging plants was being made to apply six sigma methodology which was a systematic procedure driven by statistic data. The problem of product defects were discovered and defined in definite through critical customer requirement analysis. It was based on products measurement from the genesis of sampling in the process that first-hand data collected by quality control staff showed the information in essence including critical causes of dents and what issues they created by means of statistics and management in science. Regarding these critical reasons and what the effect they brought about in actual, counterpart measurement and proposal were designed and taken out in nature, which run as an experimental plan of effect verification. System fundamentals and the operation modes are introduced. Experimental research on operation characteristics of refrigerating capacity, heating capacity, suction and discharge temperature and pressure shows that the unit operates reliably long in different operation conditions, and that the variation of characteristics is within a reasonable range.
