From the formation of homogeneous pre-mixed gas and caught fire after a good effect of chemical reaction kinetics point of view, using the method of pre-injection and fuel design, the realization of HCCI (homogeneous charge compression ignition) combustion were studied. Mainly, effective SINR methods including EESM and MIESM account for the instantaneous channel realization and other configurations and utilize the post processing SINR to compute the effective SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio). Then UE reports CQI values, depending on a linear mapping function from effective SNR to a corresponding CQI value. The simulation shows that EESM and MIESM algorithms bring a similar throughput performance comparing to the ideal CQI choice, but mapping function of EESM method is simpler than MIESM method. Also, EESM method requires all subcarriers to apply the same MCS, which is suitable for TD-LTE system. The objective of this project is to achieve a better method of the measurement and the multiplication of the measured frequency using the EPM3128. Both the VHDL programms and the timing emulations are achieved detailedly. In order to realized the measurement and the multiplication of the mearsured frequency, the synchronization should be achieved. The number of the crystal oscillator signal is been recorded, and then the CPU reads the data in the counter through the fip-latch. What's more, because of the n-bit right shift, the data recorded in the measurement is reduced to the 1/2n times. The paper also describes the realization of system hardware and software in detail. This System combined embedded technique with GSM. Design adopted the Liod platform for master control system which core processor is PXA270 Xscale and singlechip expansion module to realize the information collection, analysis and processing. GSM module communicated to transmit all the information gathered by this system. Design also realized the video data acquisition, which can be transmitted via wireless or cable network to monitoring center to remotely understand the house condition. In the simulation experiment, MFCC extracted from Mandarin, Shanghainese, Cantonese and Hokkien are employed as the feature vectors to establish codebook models with GA-LBG for the dialect identification, and the recognition performances on different size of the VQ codebooks are studied. Rate control is an important issue in the image compression field. This paper considers the problem of rate allocation to each encoded segment for CCSDS image compression. One straightforward method is to allocate an equal amount of rate to each segment based on the average of the total number of compressed bytes. The obvious drawback of this method is that different segment will be reconstructed to different quality, so the overall quality of the reconstructed image will not be optimized. For the shortage of the original rate control method, as to improve the overall quality of the reconstructed image, an improved rate control algorithm is proposed for CCSDS image encoding. The key component of the proposed rate control method is the appropriate rate allocation. Experiments on the test images show that the PSNR can be increased at about 0.3dB on average, compared to the original algorithm. This paper designs an attitude automatic adjusting system which makes the solar panels perpendicular to the solar incidence line during the day to increase the absorption efficiency of solar energy. The system combines program control and sensor control to track the solar, and the working mode of the system is depended on by photodiode and algorithm of sun time. In different working circumstances, the system could work in different working modes: calendar-check tracking mode, four-quadrant detector tracking mode and night mode.
