Desain penelitianyang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan populasi pada penelitian adalah balita usia 4-6tahundi Kota Semarang. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan uji hipotesis 2 proporsi denganjumlah sampel 66 anak. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah FFQ semiquantitative dan denver II.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak usia 4-6 tahun yang mengalami perkembanganmotorik kasar tidak normal sebesar 22,7%, dan faktor terbesar yang paling berpengaruh adalahasupan zat besi dengan P value 0,016 dan protein sebesar 0,05.Kata Kunci: manajemen, pendidik, tenaga kependidikanThe aim of this study is to find out the relationship between the level of nutrient intake and thedevelopment of gross motor in early childhood in Semarang city. The research design used wascross sectional with the population in the study were children 4 – 6 years in Semarang city.Calculation of samples using a hypothesis test of 2 proportions with a sample of 66 children. Theinstrument use FFQ semiquantitative and Denver II. Anak-anak, sekali lagi, terbatas kemampuannya dalam memilah informasiyang penting dan dibutuhkan. Di kajian media ada yang disebut teori kultivasi, kira-kira tentangbagaimana pesan media ditafsir mentah-mentah dan kemudian dipercayai begitu saja sebagairealitas. Dalam konteks dampak buruk bagi anak-anak, mereka bisa mempercayai media tanpamempertanyakan muatannya Atas dasar kebutuhan tersebut, maka diperlukan pelatihan danpendampingan yang ditujukan kepada orangtua di kota Semarang khususnya para ibu yangsecara umum menjadi objek lekat pertama anak. Orang tua perlu mendapat semacam pelatihanuntuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi media digital agar dapat mendampingi dan mendidikanak dengan baik. Peran orangtua penting dalam memberikan literasi kepada anak terkaitdengan penggunaan media digital dan internet. Pengawasan bukan berarti mencurigai danmembatasi total gerak-gerik anak di internet. Orangtua dan guru sebaiknya hanya mendidikanak untuk tidak mengakses situs berbahaya tapi juga mengajarkan tanggung jawab mediadigital dan internet. Pelatihan (presentasi edukatif, informatif atau instruksional yangdisediakan secara online) ini membahas tentang upaya penerapan dan pengembanganpengasuhan berbasis literasi media digital. Target capaian dari pelatihan ini adalah orangtuaterutama ibu memiliki kesadaran untuk memperbaiki pola pendidikan anak di rumah, memilikipengetahuan dan pemahaman baru dalam mengupayakan pengasuhan berbasis literasi mediadigital. Hasil akhir evaluasi dengan skala angka adalah 89,5 dengan kategori baik padakeseluruhan program.Kata Kunci: web based seminar, parenting education, literasi, media digital, generasiAs the digital generation, the generation that grew up in the digital era, children grew up withthe internet. Children are limited in their ability to sort out important and needed information.Based on theory called cultivation, media messages are interpreted raw and then believed asusual as reality. Mothers need to receive training to improve digital media literacy skillsso that they can assist and educate children well. Untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  aktivitas bermain anak dan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pendidik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengenal angka melalui .metode bermain rangkai pipa. \u0000Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas penelitian yang mendeskripsikan atau memberi gambaran terhadap objek yang teliti melalui data sampel atau populasi dengan melalui analisis dan kesimpulan yang berlaku. Objek penelitian adalah 16 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 8 peserta didik laki-laki dan 8 peserta didik perempuan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan 2 siklus. I siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan dengan indikator keberhasilan 75%. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kognitif dalam mengenal angka di siklus I dan siklus II. Pada siklus I Kemampuan  kognitif anak  dalam mengenal angka memiliki prosentase sebesar 66,5%. Tindakan siklus I telah dapat mengembangkan kognitif dalam mengenal angka, tetapi belum memenuhi target keberhasilan sehingga dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II. Dalam UU No.6 tahun 2014 pemerintah desa diberikan tugas untuk menyelenggarakan pemerintahan, melaksanakan pembangunan serta berperan penuh dalam pembinaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. RPJMDes hendaknya disusun untuk menjadi kerangka berpikir dalam menghadapi seluruh permasalahan di desa. Sehingga pemerintahan desa diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan segala permasalahan warga, meningkatkan kesejahteraan, serta dapat membangun tata pemerintahan desa yang demokratis, adil dan transparan. Penyusunan RPJMDes harus berdasarkan data yang real dan valid sehingga seluruh program dapat terlaksana dan tepat sasaran. Analisis dan interpretasi sangat penting dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang real dan valid tersebut. Fokus penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyusunan, dan fungsi RPJMDes sebagai Dokumen Kebijakan Pembangunan di Desa Bandung Kecamatan Mayong Kabupaten Jepara dalam mengatasi masalah anak putus sekolah di desa tersebut. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses penyusunan RPJMDes-Bandung kecamatan Mayong kabupaten Jepara sesuai prosedur yaitu terbuka dan melibatkan unsur masyarakat dalam penyusunannya meskipun masih ada kekurangan dalam sisi kecermatan dan keaktifan masyarakat dalam menyampaikan kritik. The purpose of this study is to describe widely and deeply about language development the children age 12 to 24 in Semarang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubermen’s model. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation data. The results showed that the development of language of children aged 12 to 24 months in Semarang in expressive is: can produce sound almost perfect in several words; Some of the letters of the words missing from the pronunciation; The missing letters are usually consonants; Haven't been able to pronounce the letter s and r; In General, most people are able to understand the speech of the children is an adult who is close to the child; There is a word that can be spelled perfectly by the child. The words are by and large is the words that are simple and close to the children's daily lives. Permasalahan yang diambil: apakah ada perbedaan hasil dan bagaimana respons anak-anak terhadap proses perkembangan sikap perilaku anak melalui proses pembelajaran kelas inklusi dan reguler?. Metode penelitiannya deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data untuk menghitung hasil penelitian menggunakan t-test (paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test). Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan instrumen kisi-kisi berdasarkan indikator dan wawancara dalam bentuk pertanyaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu melalui Uji Group Statistic menunjukkan adanya Perbedaan hasil perilaku antara kelas reguler dan inklusi sebesar 0.296. Respons anak-anak terhadap proses pengelolaan kelas inklusi dan reguler melalui tiga variabel (rasa menghormati, menghargai dan menyayangi) menunjukkan prosentase berbeda yaitu pengelolaan kelas reguler, sikap perilaku anak sebesar 85% mampu menghormati dan menghargai teman lainnya, selanjutnya kriteria anak yang mau menyayangi sesama teman sebesar 75%, pengelolaan kelas inklusi, sikap anak saling menghormati memperoleh prosentase 92%, rasa saling menghargai memperoleh prosentase 87%, rasa saling menyayangi dengan prosentase 79%. Simpulannya bahwa ada perbedaan antara kelas regular dan inklusi, lebih baiknya proses pengelolaan pembelajaran PAUD difokuskan pada proses pengembangan potensi anak dalam ranah afektif untuk mewujudkan perilaku yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan. \u0000  \u0000Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Sikap Perilaku, Pembelajaran Kelas Inklusi dan Reguler \u0000                                                            \u0000Abstract \u0000The research objectives are: knowing the comparison and describing the development of children's behavior attitudes through the process of learning inclusion and regular classes. The research method is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis techniques to calculate the results of the study using t-test (paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test).
