The population of this study included 181 employees at PT Golden Blossom Sumatra (GBS), the sample drawn was 108 respondents with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing prove that there is an effect of individual behavior changes and personality characteristics simultaneously on employee performance at PT Golden Blossom Sumatra (GBS). The results of hypothesis testing prove the significant effect of individual behavior changes on employee performance and the significant influence of personality characteristics on employee performance at PT Golden Blossom Sumatra (GBS). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression that was carried out by processing the data using SPSS version 20. Yolanda, Melia Famiola","doi":"10.35508/jom.v16i2.9929","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35508/jom.v16i2.9929","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of this study is to explore SMEs’ proactive approach towards sustainability transformation, especially in the existence and the survival stage, what are the challenges and opportunities that come with each stage of a company's existence can help SMEs plan for their sustainability transformation in a way that is appropriate for their current stage of development. The interpretivism paradigm is used in this study. This research involves collecting qualitative data through the interview method. Cross-sectional data were collected from 10 Indonesian SMEs which implemented sustainable business practices through convenience sampling and snowball sampling. Based on the interview, it was generally analyzed the data through initial coding, axial coding, selective coding, and lastly, using the results proposition to make new conclusions and recommendations for the study. The case studies discussed in this research provide insights into the sustainability transformation of SMEs at different stages of development, from existence to survival. The cases illustrate various challenges, opportunities, and approaches that SMEs can use to integrate sustainable practices into their operations. There are several limitations including a limited scope, level of depth, generalizability, reliance on self-report by SMEs, and time-bond. It is intriguing to look at the lifestyle characteristics, gallery art collections, and hedonic factors that affect tourists' decisions to visit the National Gallery. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Lifestyle, Art Collection, and Hedonic Living on Visit Intention, Visit Decision, and Revisit Intention in the National Gallery. Purposive sampling was used to collect data on 152 National Gallery visitors in December 2022 for this study. The analytical method employed is the Structural Equation Model, which is supported by SmartPLS software. The results demonstrate that the Hedonic influences the Visit Intention, Visit Decision, and Revisit Intention.  Contrarily, the Visit Intention, Visit Decision, and Revisit Intention are unaffected by Lifestyle. The Art Collection affects Visit Intention and Revisit Intention but has no impact on Visit Decision. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Pegadaian Persero Branch Ende.Thus, the company needs to maintain and improve the Career Development provided to its employees so that employees are more effective in carrying out their work. This study used primary and secondary data from observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of testing the validity of the data findings in this study uses triangulation. The results of the study stated that the level of knowledge of the Pelem village community regarding BSI Mobile Banking was good. The decision of the Pelem village community to choose the BSI Mobile Banking feature was on the transfer and payment features which were considered very helpful and could be accessed easily. The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The data sample was 45 observations selected through purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, F-test, and t-test. Data collection was carried out using an interactive model analysis survey method. The results of the study show that Noemuti Traditional Market has little possibility of increasing the income of market traders due to three factors: unstable prices, substandard facilities and infrastructure, and unorganized market organization. The amount of income every week or month fluctuated because of the uncertainty or no buyers who shopped at the Noemuti Traditional Market. Thus, the income factors that influence the income of traders in the Noemuti Traditional Market are location, environment, communication, consumers, trader characteristics, and types of merchandise. The research employed a quantitative approach, and a simple sample t-test was used for analysis. The analysis revealed a notable difference in the company's stock price before and after the merger.
