The research employed a quantitative approach, and a simple sample t-test was used for analysis. The analysis revealed a notable difference in the company's stock price before and after the merger. 摘要
本研究的目的是研究三家国家伊斯兰银行，特别是PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk, PT Bank BRI Syariah Tbk和PT Bank BNI Syariah合并对印度尼西亚证券交易所股票交易变量(如价格，频率，数量和价值)的影响。本研究采用定量方法，采用简单的样本t检验进行分析。分析显示，该公司的股价在合并前后有显著差异。然而，其他检验的结果表明，公司合并前后的股票交易频率、股票交易量和股票交易价值没有显著差异。关键词:并购;股票;银行
