The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The data sample was 45 observations selected through purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, F-test, and t-test. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定机构所有权、资本结构和股息政策同时和部分地影响食品和饮料子行业公司的公司价值。本研究的对象均为2016-2020年在IDX上市的食品和饮料子行业公司。数据样本为有目的抽样选取的45个观测值。本研究的数据类型为二手数据。使用的分析技术是多元线性回归、f检验和t检验。分析结果表明,机构持股、资本结构和股利政策同时对餐饮子行业公司的企业价值有显著影响,机构持股部分对企业价值无显著影响,资本结构部分对企业价值有显著影响,股利政策部分对企业价值有显著影响。关键词:机构所有权;资本结构;股利政策;公司价值
