This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study type of research. The data sources for this research are class III teachers and class III students at SD Negeri 139/IV Jambi City. The results of this research are what factors hinder the speaking ability of lower grade students in elementary schools. Factors that hinder lower grade speaking abilities in elementary schools consist of 2 categories, namely, internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of the student's condition, both the physical and mental condition of the student, the student's passivity during the teaching and learning process, lack of self-confidence, always feeling afraid that the opinion or idea he conveys is wrong. The purpose of this research was to describe/analyze the effect of the use/use of hand puppet media on the thematic learning outcomes of class II MI Al-Quran Roudlatul Quran 2 Trimurjo and differences in the use of media images in the control class and hand puppet media in the experimental class. While the quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent group design is the method used by researchers when carrying out this research. Furthermore, the population in this study is all students who are in class II with a total of 34 students. The determination of the sample for this study used a technique, namely, totally sampling which is the determination of the sample using the total population, namely, 34 students. Observation and documentation (non-test) as well as pre-test and post-test (test) are the data collection techniques used. The data analysis used is the t-test and also simple linear regression. Motivation to learn is a psychological factor that is non-intellectual with a distinctive role such as increasing enthusiasm, increasing pleasure and enthusiasm for learning. This study aims to determine the influence of peer association and the school environment on the learning motivation of class VI students of state elementary schools in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 358 students. The results showed that peer association had a significant influence on students' learning motivation with a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05. The school environment also has a significant effect on learning motivation with a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05. The association of peers and the school environment simultaneously influences learning motivation with a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05. This means that the independent variables of peer association and the school environment have a significant effect on learning motivation. Appropriate learning models can help students become creative and independent individuals in the learning process. This study aims to improve the creative thinking skills of grade 1 students by applying the Problem Based Learning model and Magic Box media at SDN Mojorejo 1 Kota Batu. This research is a class action research (CAR). The data collection technique uses a test, by providing 10 test questions to measure the level of student creativity. Based on the results of research in cycle I it was found that the presentation of student creativity reached 72.47% of 30 students. In cycle II the presentation of creativity reached 93.3%. So seen from the presentation of student creativity in cycle I and cycle II there was a significant increase of 20.83%. Lack of critical thinking skills and learning outcomes due to students less enthusiasm in learning and the media used is less interesting and boring so it is difficult to accept and understand the material. Improving critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes requires learning media such as Domino Card media. This researchis a quantitative research with experimental methods. Theresearch uses quantitative Nonequivalent Control Group Design using control classes and experiments. The study was conducted at SDN Pabean II with a population of 40 students and a sample of 20 students per class. The results of the first study conducted to determine the influence of Domino Card media on critical thinking by conducting a normality test obtained sig results of 0.083 > 0.05 can be concluded that the data obtained are distributed normally. Based on the results of the hypothesis, the value of t count 6.394 and t table 2.024, based on the decision of the hypothesis test t count 6.394 > ttable 2.024, H0 was rejected showing the influence of Domino Card media on students' critical thinking.The results of the second study were conducted to determine the influence of Domino Card media on learning outcomes by conducting a normality test obtained sig results of 0.200 > 0.05 can be concluded that the data obtained are distributed normally. Education is absorbed from childhood, even from the womb, to adulthood. Education lasts a lifetime, although formally, education starts from kindergarten or elementary school to university. However, the learning process in classrooms sometimes becomes less enjoyable due to several reasons, such as internal and external obstacles. To create fun learning, several techniques are feasible to apply. One of the steps that can be taken is to apply a game (in this case a guessing game). This study aims to analyze the effect of games and teacher performance on the acquisition of new vocabulary in elementary school children in Serang city. This research applies a quantitative approach by taking into account the principles of scientific research. The results of the analysis show that the 't-observation' is higher than the 't-table', namely 13.48 for 't-observation' and 2,04 for 't-table'. This study proves that guessing games can improve students' vocabulary mastery. In addition, it cannot be denied that the role of the teacher is very important. The results show that the teacher's performance when implementing the guessing game is also very high. This relates to the teacher's central role when implementing games in the classroom. This research is a quantitative study with a one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at SDN Masangan Wetan, with a total of 40 grade IV elementary school. The results analysis of hypothesis testing using the t-test obtained Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the project based learning model on student learning outcomes in class IV elementary school energy material. The average results of learning outcomes in the pretest experimental class were 68.6 and 95.25 posttest, which increased by 39%, thus the use of these models affected student learning outcomes. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. The population for this study were the students in the fifth grade at Elementary School in cluster two at Parittiga District. The samples were taken by using a random sampling technique The instrument that used in this research is a matter of pretest and posttest of students' mathematic and studenst’ motivation questionnaires. The data analysis technique that used in this research was statistical analysis with two-way ANOVA technique. Based on the calculation result, the research result are as follow: (1) There are differences in mathematics learning result between students who are taught using the STEAM approach and those who are taught using the conventional approach. This is based on the two-way ANOVA statistical test which states that the significance for the STEAM approach category is 0.000, which means < 0.05. (2) There is an interaction effect between the STEAM approach and students' learning motivation on mathematics learning result. This is based on the two-way ANOVA statistical test which states that the significance for the STEAM approach category and learning motivation is 0.004 which means < 0.05. The results of observations at SD N in the Cibinong sub-district, Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational climate and self-efficacy on the work discipline of elementary school teachers in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. The research design is a survey research with an explanatory research approach, with the independent variables being organizational climate and self-efficacy on the variables of teacher work discipline. The population is all SDN ASN teachers in the Cibinong sub-district totaling 179 people. All populations are samples and respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires containing questions in the form of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 27. The results showed that organizational climate had a significant effect on the work discipline of SDN teachers in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency, indicated by a correlation of 0.318. That is, the better the organizational climate, the higher the work discipline. Self-efficacy has a significant effect on the work discipline of SDN teachers in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency, as shown by a correlation of 0.565. This means that the higher the teacher's self-efficacy, the higher the teacher's work discipline. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques in this study were by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The subject of this research is the principal of SD Muhammadiyah 8 Reinforcement. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and veryfying. The results of this study indicate that the tahfidz quran flagship program has received very high enthusiasm from various groups. The tahfidz flagship program can create future generations of Quran. Students who want to register for the Quran tahfidz class are required to take an Al-Quran reading test first to determine the students' abilities. Students who have entered the Al-Quran tahfidz class will be guided every day by tahfidz teachers using the muroja'ah method and the 'one day one father' application system to sharpen their memorization. Tahfidz's flagship program at SD Muhammadiyah has won several awards, including winning an award at a similar event held in Bekasi by winning second place at the national level at the event. This award was received by one of the students who took part in the tahfidz class at SD Muhammadiyah 8 Reinforcement. Not only that, SD Muhammadiyah 8 Reinforcement also won an award, namely 1st place in memorizing the Koran held by J-Tv.
