This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 358 students. The results showed that peer association had a significant influence on students' learning motivation with a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05. The school environment also has a significant effect on learning motivation with a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05. The association of peers and the school environment simultaneously influences learning motivation with a significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05. This means that the independent variables of peer association and the school environment have a significant effect on learning motivation. Abstract

Motivation is the driving force within a person that encourages a person to cause directed behavior in achieving certain goals. Motivation to learn is a psychological factor that is non-intellectual with a distinctive role such as increasing enthusiasm, increasing pleasure and enthusiasm for learning.
