The research design used is quasi experimental design with form none equivalent control group design. Data analysis technique in this reasearch include independet sample t test to determine whether there is difference effect in imitating mathematical reasoning skills between the control calss and experiment class. Then, one sample t-test to determine the effectiveness of MI strategy to students’ imitating mathematical reasoning skills. Based on the result of the hypothesis test using independent sample t test, the values of treuslt is 3,351 (ttable2,032) by significance values 0,002. Next, the result of one sample t test showed the value of tresultis 7,880 (ttable 2,110) by value of significance is 0,000. The research design used was One Shot Case Study and One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The research data was taken from the value of observations and initial and final tests whose results were tested using the One Sample T-Test and Paired Sample T-Test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using one sample t-test with Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) values obtained ≤ 0.05 so H0 is rejected, which means the average value of science process skills and collaboration skills> 72, the results of paired sample t-test the value of pretest-posttest cognitive ability has the same Sig. There are 5 basic skills assesed, include: 1) asking skills, 2) strengthening skills, 3) providing variaton skills, 4) explaining lesson skills, 5) opening and closing skills. The subject of this research is 42 college students in fifth semester who took microteaching subjects in academic year of 2018/2019 as sample. This research was conducted for 6 months and the research instruments were in the form of observation sheets and interviews. The identification results of basic teaching skills showed that 1) mean score of asking skills is 80.36, categorized as excellent, 2) mean score of strengthening skills is 84.23, categorized as excellent, 3) mean score of giving variaton skills is 77.20, categorized as excellent, 4) mean score of explaining lesson skills is 75.51, categorized as good, 5) mean score of opening and closing skill is 77.45, categorized as excellent. The investigation involved 92 teachers (elementary school, middle school, and high school teachers). The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of two parts. The first part questionnaire was given before the activity and was intended to reveal the experience of the teachers to implement currently familiar innovative learning models. The second part questionnaire was given after the activity and was intended to reveal the teachers' readiness to implement the RADEC learning model. Data were processed quantitatively and qualitatively. The research results of the first questionnaire show that teachers had not been able to implement currently familiar innovative learning models for various reasons. The research results of the second indicate that the social- ization and workshop can prepare teachers to implement the RADEC learning model.
