Saat ini, pengaruh kegiatan pesisir dan pola penangkapan telah mengakibatkan terjadinya dinamika penangkapan ikan yang mempengaruhi jumlah hasil tangkapan nelayan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis keragaan perikanan tangkap seperti sebaran jumlah alat tangkap, jumlah kapal penangkap ikan, dan daerah penangkapan ikan di perairan Kabupaten Tangerang. Data keragaan perikanan tangkap dianalisis secara deskriptif, dan pemetaan spasial dianalisis menggunakan sistem informasi geografis kelautan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah alat penangkapan ikan di Kabupaten Tangerang sekitar 22.495 unit yang didominasi alat tangkap bubu sekitar 18.750 unit. Sebaran alat penangkapan ikan terbanyak tedapat di Desa Dadap, Ketapang dan Tanjung Kait. Jumlah kapal penangkap ikan di Kabupaten Tangerang sekitar 3.212 kapal yang didominasi kapal berukuran <5 GT yaitu sekitar 2.125 kapal, berukuran 5 – 10 GT sekitar 905 kapal, dan berukuran 10 – 30 GT sekitar 182 kapal. Sebagian besar kapal terdapat di Pusat Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) Kronjo, PPI Cituis, dan Desa Dadap. Daerah penangkapan ikan utama kapal <5 GT mengalami pergeseran ke arah timur laut Kabupaten Tangerang. Daerah penangkapan ikan utama kapal > 5 GT berada di Pulau Lancang, Pulau Laki, Pulau Bokor, dan Pulau Pari. The waters of Tangerang Regency have considerable potential for fish resources. At present, the influence of coastal activities and fishing patterns has resulted in fishing dynamics that affect the amount of fishermen’s catch. The research objective is to analyze the fisheries performance, such as the distribution of the number of fishing gears, the number of fishing vessels, and the fishing grounds in Tangerang Regency waters. Capture fisheries performance data were analyzed descriptively, and spatial mapping was analyzed using a marine geographic information system. The results showed that the number of fishing gear in Tangerang Regency was around 22,495 units, dominated by around 18,750 units of traps. The largest distribution of fishing gear is in the villages of Dadap, Ketapang, and Tanjung Kait. The number of fishing vessels in Tangerang Regency around 3,212 vessels, dominated by <5 GT boats size, namely 2,125 boats, 5-10 GT around 905 boats, and 10-30 GT around 182 boats. Most of the vessels were based in PPI Kronjo, PPI Cituis, and Dadap Village. The main fishing grounds for vessels <5 GT has shifted to the northeast of Tangerang Regency. Supaya pemanfaatannya berkelanjutan maka diperlukan upaya pengelolaan sumber daya ikan berdasarkan kajian perikanan dan biologinya. Data bulanan selama Maret sampai Desember 2018 dikumpulkan dari TPI Lampulo (Banda Aceh) dan Sibolga (Sumatera Utara), bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan menganalisis tentang dimensi alat tangkap, daerah penangkapan ikan, komposisi hasil tangkapan, frekuensi ukuran ikan dan upaya penangkapan (hasil per unit upaya, CPUE). Selanjutnya data biologi ikan dianalisis dengan metode analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan dimensi pukat cincin yang digunakan. Jenis ikan layang (Decapterus macarellus) merupakan hasil tangkapan dominan yang didaratkan di PPS Lampulo (Banda Aceh) dan PPN Sibolga (Sumatera Utara), masing-masing sebesar 82,2% dan 51 % dari total produksi ikan tahun 2018 di daerah tersebut. Jenis lainnya meliputi: lemuru (Sardinella lemuru), selar kuning (Selaroides leptolepis), sunglir (Elagatis bipinnulata), kembung (Rastrelliger kanagurta), tembang (Sardinella fimbriata) dan selar bentong (Selar crumenophthalmus) dengan proporsi berkisar antara 4,8 – 28 %. Daerah penangkapan ikan semakin jauh dari biasanya. Panjang pertama kali tertangkap (length at first capture, Lc) ikan layang sebesar 24 cmFL, selar bentong 17 cmFL dan tembang 16 cmFL. Hasil per unit upaya (CPUE) pukat cincin di TPI Lampulo dan Sibolga masing-masing sebesar 263 kg/hari dan 316 kg/hari. Small pelagic fish resources caught by purse seiners in the Indian Ocean west off Sumatera contribute an important fish production in those areas after large pelagic fish. Management of fish resources based on fishery and biological informations need to be done to optimize its utilization. Monthly data collected during March to December 2018 were obtained at landing places of Lampulo (Banda Aceh) and Sibolga (North Sumatera). The aims of this research were to determine of dimention of fishing gear, fishing grounds, catch composition, size frequencies of fish and catch per unit of effort (CPUE). The data of characteristic biology were analyzed using an analytical model. The results showed that dimention in length and depth of purse seine has changed. Round scad (Decapterus macarellus) as dominant fish landed at Lampulo and Sibolga landing places with 82.2% and 51 % of total production, respectively. The rest, with proportions ranged between 4.8 to 28.0% included sardine (Sardinella lemuru), yellow stripe trevally (Selaroides leptolepis), Rainbow runner (Elagatis bipinnulata), Indian mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta), Fringescale sardinella (Sardinella fimbriata), Bigeye scad (Selar crumenopthalmus). At present, fishing grounds are getting further from the coast. Kegiatan penangkapan rajungan adalah mata pencaharian utama nelayan Betahwalang. Lokasi dan waktu pengoperasian alat penangkapan ikan menentukan besar biaya operasional dan kualitas rajungan. Ketersediaan data dan informasi secara spasial dan temporal adalah faktor keberhasilan dalam kegiatan penangkapan dan sejauh ini belum tersedia secara rinci. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji lokasi dan waktu penangkapan rajungan oleh nelayan Betahwalang dalam dua musim, yaitu musim angin barat (musim hujan) dan musim angin timur (musim kemarau). Data diperoleh dari wawancara terhadap 30 responden per jenis alat tangkap (bubu, arad, dan jaring insang dasar). Informasi tentang lokasi dan waktu penangkapan rajungan diplot langsung pada sebuah peta grid berukuran 1 km x 1 km. Selanjutnya, informasi dari peta tersebut dipindahkan ke peta grid berukuran 10 km x 10 km. Lokasi penangkapan dominan nelayan bubu di perairan sekitar bagian barat Betahwalang (zona E5) pada musim angin barat dan di perairan sekitar bagian utara Semarang (zona F6) pada musim angin timur, sementara lokasi penangkapan dominan nelayan arad adalah perairan sekitar bagian utara Semarang (zona F6) baik pada musim angin barat maupun timur; untuk lokasi penangkapan dominan nelayan jaring insang dasar pada musim angin barat adalah perairan sekitar bagian barat Betahwalang (zona G5) dan perairan sekitar bagian utara Semarang (zona F6) pada musim angin timur.Betahwalang is center of blue swimming crab (BSC) landing place in coastal area of Demak, Central java. BSC fishing is the main livelihood of betahwalang fishing community. The fishing area and fishing time determine the operational cost and BSC quality. The availability of data and information on spatial and temporal is successful factors in BSC fishing bussiness and these were not available yet. This study aimed to assess BSC fishing area and fishing time of Betahwalang fisher in two seasons, i.e westerly monsoon wind (wet season) and easterly monsoon wind (dry season). Data were collected through interview to 30 respondent for each type of fishing fleet (traps, mini trawl and bottom gill net). Information on fishing area and fishing time was plotted on the grid map 1 km x 1 km, then transferred to a grid map 10 km x 10 km. The result showed that the major fishing area of collapsible trap on the west monsoon around western of Betahwalang waters (zone E5), while during east monsoon they operated around northern of Semarang (zone F6). The major fishing area of mini trawl during west and east monsoon was on the waters around northern of Semarang (zone F6). Penelitian tentang status stok merupakan salah satu dasar utama dalam merumuskan pengelolaan menuju pemanfaatannya secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dinamika penangkapan, parameter populasi serta tingkat pemanfaatan lobster pasir (Panulirus homarus) dan lobster batu (Panulirus penicillatus) di perairan Gunung Kidul. Pengumpulan data bulanan dilakukan dengan bantuan enumerator dari bulan Januari sampai dengan Oktober 2016 menggunakan metode survey. Parameter populasi dianalisis dengan program FISAT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat tangkap yang digunakan untuk menangkap lobster adalah jaring lobster dan jaring krendet. Musim penangkapan berlangsung sepanjang tahun dengan puncaknya antara bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember. Struktur ukuran lobster pasir berkisar antara 35-100 mm (panjang karapas) dan untuk lobster batu berkisar antara 30-110 mm (panjang karapas). Ukuran rata-rata pertama kali tertangkap (Lc) kedua jenis lobster tersebut umumnya lebih kecil dari ukuran rata-rata pertama kali matang kelamin (Lm). Laju pertumbuhan (K) lobster tergolong rendah dan laju kematian karena penangkapan (F) lebih besar dari laju kematian almiah (M). Laju eksploitasi (E) lobster pasir adalah 0,66 per tahun dan untuk lobster batu adalah 0,52 per tahun, dengan demikian status stok lobster sudah berada pada penangkapan berlebih (overfishing). Agar sumber daya lobster terjamin kelestariannya, maka harus dilakukan pengurangan upaya dari jumlah upaya yang ada saat ini.The high market demand for the spiny lobster cause an intensive fishing for its resources efforts in Gunung Kidul and adjacent waters and tend to threatening their sustainability. Studies for spiny lobster stock status are the main foundations for formulating a management for sustainable utilization. The purpose of this study was to determine the fishing dynamic, population parameters and exploitation rate of scalopped spiny lobster (Panulirus homarus) and pronghorn spiny lobster (Panulirus penicillatus) in Gunung Kidul and adjacent waters. Monthly data were collected by enumerators. Study was conducted in Gunung Kidul and adjacent waters from January to October 2016 using a survey method. The results showed that the main fishing gears for spiny lobster were lobster net (bottom gillnet monofilament) and krendet net (hoop net). Fishing season of this lobster occur throughout the yearly with the peak season at October to December. The carapace length range for scalopped and pronghorn spiny lobsters were in the range of 35-100 mm and 30-110 mm, respectively. Kegiatan penangkapan di waduk ini telah lama dilakukan baik oleh nelayan sekitar maupun luar daerah. Saat ini telah terjadi indikasi adanya penurunan produksi sebagai akibat adanya degradasi sumber daya ikan dan lingkungan serta intensitas penangkapan yang tinggi. Diperlukan upaya pengelolaan untuk meningkatkan produksi ikan di Waduk Malahayu. Salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dengan melakukan penebaran ikan secara rutin baik oleh instansi pemerintah maupun nelayan setempat. Salah satu faktor keberhasilan penebaran ikan terhadap peningkatan produksi adalah jumlah padat tebar yang memadai. Akan tetapi, kajian mengenai jumlah padat tebar yang memadai melalui pendekatan model matematis belum banyak dilakukan. Model matematis mampu memperhitungkan aspek lain seperti penebaran kembali dan penangkapan ke dalam satu kajian model holistik dan analitik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi jumlah benih nila yang sebaiknya ditebar. Kondisi populasi ikan nila digambarkan dengan skenario laju pertumbuhan logistik, dengan pertimbangan adanya penebaran dan penangkapan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa jumlah benih nila untuk ditebar sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksi adalah sekitar 8 ton/tahun atau setara dengan 533.333 ekor/tahun. Hasil dari kajian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi pengelolaan sumber daya ikan di Waduk Malahayu melalui pemulihan sumber daya. Fish stocking has been done as an effort to increase fish stock in Malahayu Reservoir. The need to fish stocking is due to the degradation of environment, fish resources and high exploitation either, lead to the decreasing of fish production on those reservoir. Fish stocking that intensively done by local government and community does not yet give an impact to the increasing of fish production. The amount of stocked seeds by using mathematical model approach has not done yet. Mathematical model approach is able to consider other aspects such as restocking activities and fishing into a holistic and analytical study. The current research aimed to estimate the amount of seed of Tilapia that properly stocked in Malahayu Reservoir. Population condition of Tilapia is described by logistic growth rate scenario, taking into account of stocking and fishing. In effort to increase the production, the amount of Tilapia should be stocked about 8 tonnes/year or 533.333 individuals/year. Sejauh ini informasi mengenai status stok sebagai dasar pengelolaannya masih sangat terbatas. Salah satu pendekatan untuk menduga status stok yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan penandaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi sumberdaya lobster pasir dan dinamika pemanfaatanya di Perairan Prigi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan tandai-lepas-tangkap kembali (Capture-Mark-Recapture/CMR), sedangkan analisis potensi lobster mengacu pada Petersen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perikanan lobster termasuk kategori perikanan artisanal (small scale fisheries) yang dijalankan paruh waktu dan dilakukan secara one day fishing. Alat tangkap yang digunakan meliputi; jaring insang (gillnet), krendet (trap net) dan bubu (trap net). Penyebaran lokasi penangkapan di sepanjang tebing pantai berkarang di pesisir Teluk Prigi. Musim puncak penangkapan terjadi pada bulan Oktober-Maret. Karakteristik hasil tangkapan yang didaratkan masih didominasi oleh ukuran larang tangkap yakni mempunyai panjang karapas < 8 cm atau pada kisaran bobot 200-300 g per ekor yang mana proporsi ini mencapai 84,79% dari total tangkapan. Potensi Lobster Pasir di Teluk Prigi adalah 1,19 ton/th dengan tingkat pemanfaatannya baru sekitar 44,53 %. Spiny lobster is a superior fishery commodity that is utilized quite intensively in Prigi, Trenggalek Regency. However information about the status of stocks as a basis for management is still very limited. One approach to estimating stock status that can be done is by marking. This study aims to determine the potential of spiny lobster resources from type of sand lobster, and the dynamics of its utilization in the Prigi Bay waters. The research method uses the Capture-mark-recapture (CMR) approach, while the analysis of lobster stock potential refers to Petersen. The results showed that lobster fisheries were categorized as artisanal fisheries (small scale fisheries) which were run part-time and carried out one day fishing. The fishing gear used includes; net (gillnet), trap net is called as krendet and bubu. Distribution of fishing location along the rugged coastal cliffs on the coast of Prigi waters. The peak for catching season occurs in October-March. The characteristics of the landed catches are still dominated by the no-take size carapace length <8 cm or in the weight range of 200-300 g per tail which reaches 84,79% of the total catch.
