Saat ini, pengaruh kegiatan pesisir dan pola penangkapan telah mengakibatkan terjadinya dinamika penangkapan ikan yang mempengaruhi jumlah hasil tangkapan nelayan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis keragaan perikanan tangkap seperti sebaran jumlah alat tangkap, jumlah kapal penangkap ikan, dan daerah penangkapan ikan di perairan Kabupaten Tangerang. Data keragaan perikanan tangkap dianalisis secara deskriptif, dan pemetaan spasial dianalisis menggunakan sistem informasi geografis kelautan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah alat penangkapan ikan di Kabupaten Tangerang sekitar 22.495 unit yang didominasi alat tangkap bubu sekitar 18.750 unit. Sebaran alat penangkapan ikan terbanyak tedapat di Desa Dadap, Ketapang dan Tanjung Kait. Jumlah kapal penangkap ikan di Kabupaten Tangerang sekitar 3.212 kapal yang didominasi kapal berukuran <5 GT yaitu sekitar 2.125 kapal, berukuran 5 – 10 GT sekitar 905 kapal, dan berukuran 10 – 30 GT sekitar 182 kapal. Sebagian besar kapal terdapat di Pusat Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) Kronjo, PPI Cituis, dan Desa Dadap. Daerah penangkapan ikan utama kapal <5 GT mengalami pergeseran ke arah timur laut Kabupaten Tangerang. Daerah penangkapan ikan utama kapal > 5 GT berada di Pulau Lancang, Pulau Laki, Pulau Bokor, dan Pulau Pari. The waters of Tangerang Regency have considerable potential for fish resources. At present, the influence of coastal activities and fishing patterns has resulted in fishing dynamics that affect the amount of fishermen’s catch. The research objective is to analyze the fisheries performance, such as the distribution of the number of fishing gears, the number of fishing vessels, and the fishing grounds in Tangerang Regency waters. Capture fisheries performance data were analyzed descriptively, and spatial mapping was analyzed using a marine geographic information system. The results showed that the number of fishing gear in Tangerang Regency was around 22,495 units, dominated by around 18,750 units of traps. The largest distribution of fishing gear is in the villages of Dadap, Ketapang, and Tanjung Kait. The number of fishing vessels in Tangerang Regency around 3,212 vessels, dominated by <5 GT boats size, namely 2,125 boats, 5-10 GT around 905 boats, and 10-30 GT around 182 boats. Most of the vessels were based in PPI Kronjo, PPI Cituis, and Dadap Village. The main fishing grounds for vessels <5 GT has shifted to the northeast of Tangerang Regency. Dalam tulisan ini disebutkan status estimasi stok dan risiko yang melebihi hasil tangkapan maksimum yang berkelanjutan/Maximum Sustainable Yieald (MSY) terkait dengan nilai referensi terhadap beberapa tingkat tangkapan alternatif yang dihasilkan dari penilaian stok dan risiko penangkapan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah model dinamika biomassa ikan dengan metode non-equilibrium. Data yang digunakan berasal dari PPI Sarang, Rembang yang merupakan basis perikanan pelagis kecil terbesar di Laut Jawa selain Pekalongan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai MSY yang diperoleh adalah 13.820 ton yang dihasilkan dari upaya penangkapan sekitar 1.759 trip kapal pukat cincin mini. Jika pemanfaatan perikanan sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini, maka estimasi nilai risiko akan berada pada tingkat risiko tinggi, begitu juga jika tingkat pemanfaatan berada pada nilai MSY nya. Nilai risiko akan turun menjadi sedang-tinggi jika pemanfaatan dikurangi 10% - 20% dari kondisi saat ini. Jika tingkat pemanfaatan dikurangi 30% atau lebih, maka nilai risiko dalam 10 tahun berikutnya akan berada pada kondisi sedang-rendah.Improving the management strategy of small pelagic fisheries, especially in the waters of the Java Sea, not only by assessing fish stocks and fisheries, but also needs to determine the risk of management impacts. In this paper, it is stated that the status of stock and risk estimation that exceeds the Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) is related to the reference value in several alternative catch levels resulting from stock and risk assessment. The analysis used is a fish biomass dynamics model with a non-equilibrium method. The data used was from TPI Sarang in Rembang, which is one of the largest small pelagic fisheries bases in the Java Sea. Results show that the MSY value obtained is 13,820 tons resulting from the capture effort of approximately 1,759 mini purse seine trips. Suppose the fishery utilization is in accordance with the current conditions, in that case, the estimated risk value will be at a high-risk level, and also if the utilization level is at the MSY value. The risk value will decrease to moderate-high if utilization is reduced by 10% - 20% from the current condition. Supaya pemanfaatannya berkelanjutan maka diperlukan upaya pengelolaan sumber daya ikan berdasarkan kajian perikanan dan biologinya. Data bulanan selama Maret sampai Desember 2018 dikumpulkan dari TPI Lampulo (Banda Aceh) dan Sibolga (Sumatera Utara), bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan menganalisis tentang dimensi alat tangkap, daerah penangkapan ikan, komposisi hasil tangkapan, frekuensi ukuran ikan dan upaya penangkapan (hasil per unit upaya, CPUE). Selanjutnya data biologi ikan dianalisis dengan metode analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan dimensi pukat cincin yang digunakan. Jenis ikan layang (Decapterus macarellus) merupakan hasil tangkapan dominan yang didaratkan di PPS Lampulo (Banda Aceh) dan PPN Sibolga (Sumatera Utara), masing-masing sebesar 82,2% dan 51 % dari total produksi ikan tahun 2018 di daerah tersebut. Jenis lainnya meliputi: lemuru (Sardinella lemuru), selar kuning (Selaroides leptolepis), sunglir (Elagatis bipinnulata), kembung (Rastrelliger kanagurta), tembang (Sardinella fimbriata) dan selar bentong (Selar crumenophthalmus) dengan proporsi berkisar antara 4,8 – 28 %. Daerah penangkapan ikan semakin jauh dari biasanya. Panjang pertama kali tertangkap (length at first capture, Lc) ikan layang sebesar 24 cmFL, selar bentong 17 cmFL dan tembang 16 cmFL. Hasil per unit upaya (CPUE) pukat cincin di TPI Lampulo dan Sibolga masing-masing sebesar 263 kg/hari dan 316 kg/hari. Small pelagic fish resources caught by purse seiners in the Indian Ocean west off Sumatera contribute an important fish production in those areas after large pelagic fish. Management of fish resources based on fishery and biological informations need to be done to optimize its utilization. Monthly data collected during March to December 2018 were obtained at landing places of Lampulo (Banda Aceh) and Sibolga (North Sumatera). The aims of this research were to determine of dimention of fishing gear, fishing grounds, catch composition, size frequencies of fish and catch per unit of effort (CPUE). The data of characteristic biology were analyzed using an analytical model. The results showed that dimention in length and depth of purse seine has changed. Round scad (Decapterus macarellus) as dominant fish landed at Lampulo and Sibolga landing places with 82.2% and 51 % of total production, respectively. The rest, with proportions ranged between 4.8 to 28.0% included sardine (Sardinella lemuru), yellow stripe trevally (Selaroides leptolepis), Rainbow runner (Elagatis bipinnulata), Indian mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta), Fringescale sardinella (Sardinella fimbriata), Bigeye scad (Selar crumenopthalmus). At present, fishing grounds are getting further from the coast. Kondisi tutupan karang pada umumnya sudah di bawah 50%, namun dampak yang akan muncul terhadap ikan karang belum diteliti dan hal ini dibutuhkan bagi pengelolaan kawasan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan karakteristik struktur komunitas ikan karang, meliputi komposisi, sebaran, kepadatan stok, dan biomassa ikan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2019 dengan mengunakan metode sensus bawah air pada transek garis permanen untuk masing-masing stasiun penelitian. Sensus visual mendapatkan 128 spesies ikan target dari 21 suku dan 30 spesies ikan indikator dari suku Chaetodontidae. Rata-rata kepadatan stok ikan target dan ikan indikator adalah masing-masing 182 ± 67 individu/350m2 dan 35 ± 15 individu/350m2. Ukuran panjang ikan terbanyak antara 15 cm – 30 cm. Biomassa ikan target sebesar 1.174 ± 617 kg/hektar. Ikan karang target dan ikan indikator yang memiliki sebaran luas masing-masing 13 spesies dan 2 spesies . Komposisi kehadiran jenis ikan target di lokasi penelitian hanya 3% yang berdistribusi sangat tinggi, 7% berdistribusi tinggi, 18% berdistribusi sedang, 21% berdistribusi rendah dan 51% berdistribusi sangat rendah. Sementara jenis-jenis ikan indikator yang intensitas distribusinya sangat tinggi dan tinggi hanya 7%, dan lainnya tergolong sedang (23%), rendah (40%) sampai sangat rendah (23%). Kondisi sebaran spesies diduga menyebabkan keanekaragaman ikan karang pada keseluruhan lokasi penelitian terhitung tinggi, tetapi rendah untuk masing-masing lokasi penelitian. Semua lokasi di dalam kawasan taman nasional maupun diluar taman diperlukan pemantauan dengan porsi yang sama dan dilakukan secara berkala.Coral Reef Waters of Komodo National Park are fishing grounds and marine tourism destinations. The last condition of coral cover percentages of the regions have sustained below of 50%, however, their future potential impacts on fishes have not been studied and these will be needed in other to manage the regions. The study aimed to update reef fishes data in terms of some features of a community reef fish structure including composition, distribution, density, and biomass. A study was carried out in June, 2019 by using an underwater census visual at a permanent transect belt in the respective study sites. A total of 128 target fish species were recorded belonging to 21 families and 30 indicator fish species of Cahetodontidae were succesfully identified. The density mean of target and indicator fishes are 182 ± 67 individual/350m2 and 35 ± 15 individual/350m2, respectively. Most of fish sizes ranged from 15 cm to 30 cm. The biomass mean of target fishes are 1,174 ± 617 kg/hectare. Only for 13 species of target fishes that have high distribution in overall the study sites and 2 species of indicator fishes, as well. Permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat dan bersamaan dengan penurunan kualitas perairan mengakibatkan stok rajungan mengalami tekanan eksploitasi dan degradasi habitat. Agar pengelolaan sumberdaya rajungan di Teluk Jakarta tetap lestari, maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai perikanan dan dinamika populasi. Tujuan penelitian memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai daerah tangkapan, alat dan musim penangkapan, indeks kelimpahan, produksi dan komposisi, struktur ukuran, nisbah kelamin, kematangan gonad, musim pemijahan, ukuran panjang pertama tertangkap, ukuran panjang pertama matang gonad, laju pertumbuhan, laju kematian dan laju eksploitasi. Data dan informasi diperoleh dengan eksplorasi, observasi, enumerasi, wawancara dan perunutan pada tempat pendaratan ikan dan instansi lain yang terkait dengan perikanan, selama tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian didapatkan karakteritik daerah penangkapan rajungan; substrat lumpur berpasir dengan perairan dasar yang mempunyai salinitas 30,5-32 ppt, oksigen 6,5-6,9 ml/l, pH 7,5-8,01, kecepatan arus 0,08-0,24 m/dt. Alat tangkap utama berupa jaring insang dasar bermata 3-3,5 inchi, musim penangkapan Mei-Agustus dan paceklik November-Januari. CPUE rajungan tahun 2016 sebesar 7,2 kg/tarik/trip/hari dan mengalami penurunan 55,22 % tahun 2007. Rajungan berkontribusi 69,11 % terhadap hasil tangkapan jaring insang dasar, sumberdaya ikan lainnya 30,89 %. Modus lebar karapas 85-90 mmCW, lebar karapas pada perairan dekat pantai 84,3 mm dan kearah lepas pantai 99,4 mm. Rajungan di Teluk Jakarta mempunyai tipe pertumbuhan alometrik negatif. Nisbah kelamin jantan : betina = 1 : 0,83, betina dominan pada perairan kearah lepas pantai dan jantan dominan kearah pantai (salinitas rendah). Musim pemijahan rajungan di Teluk Jakarta sepanjang tahun, mempunyai dua puncak pada bulan Maret dan September dengan pusat sebaran gonad ovigerous di sekitar perairan P. Damar. Rata-rata ukuran pertama tertangkap (Lc) = 93,87 mmCW lebih besar dari rata-rata ukuran pertama matang gonad (Lm) = 68,8 mmCW. Laju pertumbuhan (K) = 1,08 mmCW/tahun dengan lebar karapas maksimal (L”) = 142,5 mmCW. Laju kematian total (Z)= 4,87/tahun, penangkapan (F) = 3,63/tahun, alami (M) = 1,24/tahun dan laju pengusahaan (E) = 0,75/tahun. Jakarta Bay is one of the fishing areas and habitat of blue swimmer crabs (Portunus pelagicus) in Indonesia. Market demand that continues to increase and along with the decline in water quality results in crab stocks experiencing pressure from exploitation and habitat degradation. Kegiatan penangkapan rajungan adalah mata pencaharian utama nelayan Betahwalang. Lokasi dan waktu pengoperasian alat penangkapan ikan menentukan besar biaya operasional dan kualitas rajungan. Ketersediaan data dan informasi secara spasial dan temporal adalah faktor keberhasilan dalam kegiatan penangkapan dan sejauh ini belum tersedia secara rinci. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji lokasi dan waktu penangkapan rajungan oleh nelayan Betahwalang dalam dua musim, yaitu musim angin barat (musim hujan) dan musim angin timur (musim kemarau). Data diperoleh dari wawancara terhadap 30 responden per jenis alat tangkap (bubu, arad, dan jaring insang dasar). Informasi tentang lokasi dan waktu penangkapan rajungan diplot langsung pada sebuah peta grid berukuran 1 km x 1 km. Selanjutnya, informasi dari peta tersebut dipindahkan ke peta grid berukuran 10 km x 10 km. Lokasi penangkapan dominan nelayan bubu di perairan sekitar bagian barat Betahwalang (zona E5) pada musim angin barat dan di perairan sekitar bagian utara Semarang (zona F6) pada musim angin timur, sementara lokasi penangkapan dominan nelayan arad adalah perairan sekitar bagian utara Semarang (zona F6) baik pada musim angin barat maupun timur; untuk lokasi penangkapan dominan nelayan jaring insang dasar pada musim angin barat adalah perairan sekitar bagian barat Betahwalang (zona G5) dan perairan sekitar bagian utara Semarang (zona F6) pada musim angin timur.Betahwalang is center of blue swimming crab (BSC) landing place in coastal area of Demak, Central java. BSC fishing is the main livelihood of betahwalang fishing community. The fishing area and fishing time determine the operational cost and BSC quality. The availability of data and information on spatial and temporal is successful factors in BSC fishing bussiness and these were not available yet. This study aimed to assess BSC fishing area and fishing time of Betahwalang fisher in two seasons, i.e westerly monsoon wind (wet season) and easterly monsoon wind (dry season). Data were collected through interview to 30 respondent for each type of fishing fleet (traps, mini trawl and bottom gill net). Information on fishing area and fishing time was plotted on the grid map 1 km x 1 km, then transferred to a grid map 10 km x 10 km. The result showed that the major fishing area of collapsible trap on the west monsoon around western of Betahwalang waters (zone E5), while during east monsoon they operated around northern of Semarang (zone F6). The major fishing area of mini trawl during west and east monsoon was on the waters around northern of Semarang (zone F6).
