Through an online survey and following the Theoretical Framework of Acceptability, we analyzed the opinions about use, acceptability and intention to use in the future of the Unified Protocol for the transdiagnostic treatment of emotional disorders (UP) in a sample of 153 professionals of General Health Psychology (GHPs). All participants took a training course in the UP and were grouped depending on their previous experience in the UP application. The results showed high scores in acceptability and intention to use in the future in GHPs regardless of the group. Finally, statistically significant correlations were found between intention to use in the future and affective attitude, consistency of the intervention and perceived efficacy (in both groups) and self-efficacy (in the group of GHPs without experience in the use of UP). The UP is an EBPT that presents high levels of acceptance and intention to use by the GHPs who received training in this intervention, this will facilitate its dissemination and implementation and will allow a greater number of people to benefit from this treatment.\u0000 La diseminación de tratamientos psicológicos basados en la evidencia (TPBE) es una tarea pendiente para la Psicología Clínica. Since here, we aimed to determinate through a transversal and observational study prevalence of stress, anxiety and depression within hospitalized patients by COVID-19 as well as their likely association with the emotional impact received by relatives with hospitalized patients by COVID-19. Forty-five COVID-19 hospitalized patients with mean age of 54.4 ± 9.6 years and fifty-five relatives with mean age of 43.2 ± 11.8 years answered a questions battery and DASS-21 survey. Our results revealed high prevalence of depression, anxiety and stress assessed by DASS-21 subscales. We also identified risk factors associated with the emotional health such as age (< 50 years: depression OR = 2.99 [1.31, 6.80], p < .05 and anxiety OR = 2.83 [1.15, 6.93], p < .05), by gender (female: anxiety OR = 4.13 [1.57, 10.89], p < .05 and stress OR = 5.38 [2.27, 12.8], p < .05), by group of study (relatives: depression OR = 3.83 [1.63, 8.96]; p < .05, anxiety OR = 3.60 [1.46, 8.88]; p < .05 and stress OR = 3.30 [1.41, 7.70]; p < .05). Additionally, female gender and low socioeconomic status in patients (β = 3.23; 1.96) and relatives (β = 1.86; 2.31) were associated with higher scores in anxiety (p < .05) and stress (p < .05). The study was conducted online, participants completed the domains of the PERMA-Profiler well-being measure at both measurement times (M1 and M2) and the Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-sR) measure of dispositional optimism at the first measurement (M1). The results show significant relationships between all the well-being domains and the Overall Well-being (PERMA) score, similar at both measurements (M1 and M2). The comparison of the well-being domains score between the two measurements shows significant differences in Positive Emotion, Engagement, Meaning, and the Overall Well-being score; the score is higher at the first measurement (M1) than at the second measurement (M2). For the Negative Emotion domain, the score is higher during the lockdown (M2). Dispositional optimism has a moderation effect during the lockdown on the Accomplishment domain: the more optimistic the person is, the more their Accomplishment score increases. The scale was administered to 1.047 Chilean professionals. The internal structure of the scale was tested by conducting exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. The average variance extracted (AVE) and the Fornell–Larcker criterion were used to examine convergent and discriminant validity, respectively. To investigate concurrent validity, we focused on the relation between the TCS scale and role stress, which is a distinct, albeit conceptually related construct. Our findings supported a five-factor model consisting of 23 items distributed in five factors: techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity and techno-uncertainty. The Spanish version of the TCS had a high level of internal consistency, which was similar to the original scale. Appropriate evidence of concurrent validity was also shown. In addition, we conducted an international comparison of the research results with other relevant adaptations of the instrument reported in different cultural contexts. The results confirmed that the Spanish translation of the TCS is a suitable instrument for measuring technostress and can contribute to an empirical examination of this phenomenon in Spanish-speaking countries.\u0000 El propósito de esta investigación fue adaptar y validar al español el Inventario de Creadores de Tecnoestrés (ICT). A sample of 2,672 Spanish participants, heterosexual adults (1,289 men, 1,383 women) distributed into four age groups (18-25, 26-35, 36-55, 56 years or more), completed a Spanish 40-item version of BSRI. An 8-item scale is proposed with a two-dimensional structure: Masculinity (M) and Femininity (F). Both factors present adequate reliabi-lity. Regarding evidence for validity, men (vs. women) scored higher in M, and women (vs. men) in F. The M scores were higher for the participants aged less than 56 years. No differences were found in the F scores among age groups. Over 10 days, a cohort of 122 people filled out an on-line diary in which they recorded the most important stressful event each day, their primary and secondary appraisal of this, and how they coped with it. The results indicate that negative affect is influenced by a high degree of primary appraisal, limited secondary appraisal and a high rate of refusal, with no significant influence of personality traits. Positive affect is mainly influenced by a lower extent of primary appraisal, more secondary appraisal, and by a low rate of refusal and of social support seeking. Moreover, a low level of neuroticism was a predictor of greater positive affect. These data are discussed, highlighting the importance of a situational assessment of stressful episodes at each moment to not only understand the effects of stress on health but also, to develop effective interventions.\u0000 El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la influencia de la evaluación primaria, secundaria y de las estrategias de afrontamiento sobre el estrés diario, teniendo en cuenta cualquier posible efecto de los cinco grandes rasgos de personalidad. This study aims to test the effect of childhood traumatic experiences on attachment styles in adulthood and to find out what kind of traumatic experiences explain the attachment styles to what extent. Relational survey method was used in the research and the data were analysed with structural equation modelling. The study group is 804 students aged 17-24. For data collection, Childhood Trauma Questionnaire developed by Bernstein et al. (1997) and Relationship Scales Questionnaire developed by Griffin and Bartholomew (1994) were used. The study has concluded that traumatic experiences have a negative and significant effect on secure attachment and a positive effect on fearful and preoccupied attachment, but they are not a significant predictor of dismissing attachment. As a result of the second model of the relationship between traumatic experiences and secure and insecure attachment dimensions, traumatic experiences have been found to have a negative significant effect on secure attachment but a positive significant effect on insecure attachment. With the third model, three types of traumatic experiences have been examined to explain the attachment styles. Bariatric surgery (BS) is the most used and effective treatment, but there are patients who do not lose a substantial amount of weight, a fact that has been related with the presence of emotional eating, anxiety and depression symptoms. The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and feasibility of an emotion regulation-based intervention called Unified Protocol (UP), applied in group format to 6 post-BS patients presenting emotional disorders/symptoms. Results at post-treatment shown high attendance rates and satisfaction with the UP scores and significant improvements on neuroticism, eating disorders symptoms and emotional eating. At 6-month follow-up we found significant reductions on anxiety symptoms, neuroticism, maladjustment and dysregulation (d = 0.83-1.46) and the body mass index remained stable over time. These preliminary results are encouraging about the effectiveness and feasibility of the UP to treat emotional dysregulation in patients after BS.\u0000 La obesidad es un grave problema de salud con implicaciones globales.
