Durante este proceso de investigacion se realizo un estudio de las principales caracteristicas de la intencion emprendedora a nivel de America Latina y El Caribe, se desarrollo un analisis de las Tasas que miden la actitud emprendedora de acuerdo al Global Entrepreneurship Monitor conocido como GEM, luego se procedio a desarrollar una comparacion con Ecuador de tal forma que se obtuvo informacion que permite seguir con el proceso investigativo, finalmente se analizaron diversos estudios previos para determinar los factores que pueden influir en la actitud emprendedora de los ecuatorianos. EnglishEntrepreneurship or entrepreneurial attitude is a key in the business development of a nation, from here, the need to analyze their behavior. During this research process, a study was carried out on the main characteristics of the entrepreneurial intention in Latin America and the Caribbean, an analysis of the rates that measure the entrepreneurial attitude according to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor known as GEM, was developed. Then it was developed a comparison with Ecuador in such a way that the information obtained allows to continue with the investigative process. Por ello, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la percepcion de la calidad del servicio al cliente en una agencia de telecomunicaciones, que en contraste tambien ha presentado indicadores productivos decrecientes a partir de julio de 2019. Para esto, se aplico una encuesta a una muestra de 386 clientes de la ciudad de Guayaquil, a traves de plataformas digitales y llamadas telefonicas. Dicha encuesta consto de 22 preguntas distribuidas en 5 dimensiones de calidad segun el modelo SERVQUAL: tangible, confianza, responsabilidad, seguridad y empatia. Los resultados muestran altos niveles de percepcion favorable respecto a la calidad del servicio recibido. EnglishEcuador has experienced an important advance in the field of telecommunications, a sector that continues to grow thanks to the boom in new technologies. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the perception of the quality of customer service in a telecommunications agency, in which case it has also presented decreasing production indicators as of July 2019. For this, a survey was applied to a sample of 386 clients from the city of Guayaquil, through digital platforms and telephone calls. This survey consisted of 22 questions distributed in 5 dimensions of quality according to the SERVQUAL model: tangible, trust, responsibility, security and empathy. Las empresas, como responsables de dicho deterioro, tiene el deber de ejercer practicas eco amigables dentro de sus operaciones. El marketing verde constituye una de esas practicas, sin embargo, este generalmente es percibido solo como una estrategia para “atraer clientes” y no como una herramienta de proteccion ambiental. Por ello, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo revisar los estudios mas recientes y relevantes respecto al marketing verde, considerando diferentes enfoques y resaltando los principales beneficios que pueden obtener las organizaciones a traves de su implementacion, asi como las responsabilidades que tienen sobre su gestion. Se concluye que, con la implementacion del marketing verde, la empresa puede minimizar riesgos de desperdicios en la produccion, mejorar su imagen en la industria, influir en la construccion de la consciencia ambiental del cliente, entre otros beneficios. EnglishThe accelerated industrial growth has caused the progressive deterioration of the environment. The companies, as responsible for said deterioration, have the duty to exercise friendly practices within their operations. Green marketing is one of those practices, however, it is generally perceived only as a strategy to \"attract customers\" and not as an environmental protection tool. For this reason, this study aims to review the most recent and relevant studies regarding green marketing, considering different approaches and highlighting the main benefits that organizations can obtain through its implementation, as well as the responsibilities they have for its management. En Ecuador, el Canton Duran presenta un alto riesgo derivado de los movimientos de masa. Por ello, el presente proyecto tiene como proposito realizar un diagnostico integral a la problematica del riesgo de deslizamiento y a su vez proponer estrategias de resiliencia urbana que permitan mitigar el impacto que causan sobre las comunidades. Para el desarrollo de este estudio se definieron dos etapas: la primera consistio en la identificacion y delimitacion del problema central a traves de las metodologias de Design Thinking y Marco Logico, mientras que en la segunda etapa se diseno una matriz multicriterio para determinar las preferencias ante las estrategias propuestas a los diferentes actores del proyecto. Los resultados de esta investigacion ubicaron al canton Duran en un nivel de resiliencia baja y se concluye que las alternativas con mayor aceptacion para mitigar el riesgo de deslizamiento son: la limpieza y estabilizacion de las bermas del talud, seguido de la implementacion de un plan sectorial de vivienda y reubicacion de viviendas; ademas de involucrar a la comunidad en la toma de decisiones. EnglishClimate change and rising spatial concentrations represent threats to the economic and social development of Canton Duran, which presents a high risk of mass movements. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to make a comprehensive diagnosis of the problem of landslide risk, as well as to propose urban resilience strategies that allow mitigating the impact they cause on communities. The development of this study was divided into two stages; The first stage consisted of the identification and delimitation of the central problem through the Design Thinking and Logical Framework methodologies, while in the second stage the multicriteria matrix was designed to determine the preferences for the strategies proposed to the different actors of the project. Particularmente a la hora de fichar jugadores, los clubes de futbol desembolsan grandes cantidades de dinero y la pregunta en cuestion es: ?se justifica que el valor de mercado de un jugador sea tan alto?. Por consiguiente, el presente estudio tiene por objetivo identificar cuales son las variables que afectan al valor de mercado de un futbolista; para este caso en particular, se tomo en consideracion una muestra de jugadores del top 35 de equipos de Conmebol en la temporada 2017-2018. Para lograrlo, se aplico la metodologia de regresion lineal multiple bajo la aplicacion de dos modelos. En el primero se tuvo en cuenta solo variables referentes al desempeno. En el segundo modelo se incluyeron variables de naturaleza externa. Los resultados revelaron las variables que explican mayormente el valor de mercado de un jugador. A su vez, se aplicaron varias pruebas de validacion al modelo final, las cuales demostraron su efectividad. Finalmente, se concluye que el grado de influencia que poseen los jugadores tambien constituye un factor determinante en el valor de mercado. EnglishFootball is the sport with more fans on the planet and therefore, it is expected that exorbitant amounts of money will be handled. Particularly when signing players, football clubs disburse large amounts of money and the question in question is: it is justified that the market value of a player is so high?. Therefore, the objective of this study is to identify the variables that affect the market value of a soccer player; For this case, a sample of players from the top 35 of Conmebol teams in the 2017/2018 season was taken into consideration. To achieve this, the multiple linear regression methodology was applied under the application of two models. In the first, only variables related to performance were considered. In the second model, variables of an external nature were included in the first model. The results revealed the variables that mostly explain the market value of a player. In turn, various validation tests were applied to the final model, which demonstrated its effectiveness. Over the past 5 to 10 years, there has been an ongoing search for a cost-effective, minimally invasive laboratory parameter that can detect disease activity and aid in monitoring treatment. Various traditional surgical treatment options exist but are associated with significant morbidity and mortality. In humans, minimally invasive treatment options have overtaken traditional surgical removal. This article reviews the current literature on the management of ureteral stone disease, including various types of lithotripsy, and discusses some of the newer minimally invasive options available for small animal veterinary patients. It is important to realize that much of the data in this article is only published in abstract form and is largely one institution's experience with these novel techniques. Consequent ly, the diagnosis and management of the neurologic disorders associated with hypothyroidism can be challenging. Many owners, and some veterinarians, now advocate feeding dogs and cats home-prepared foods (raw, cooked, or both) as the sole source of nutrition for pets and cite either perceived health benefits or a general mistrust of the pet food industry as the reason. This article discusses the details of some of the most frequently performed thoracoscopic procedures in small animal practice: diagnostic biopsy of pleural, mediastinal, pericardial, and lung tissue; thoracoscopic pericardial window creation and subphrenic pericardectomy; lung lobectomy; thoracic duct ligation; and cranial mediastinal mass resection.
