ACTITUD EMPRENDEDORA EN AMÉRICA LATINA Y ECUADOR: UNA REVISIÓN DEL INFORME GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP MONITOR Y ESTUDIOS PREVIOS

espanolEl emprendimiento o actitud emprendedora es clave dentro del desarrollo empresarial de una nacion. Por ello, surge la necesidad de analizar su comportamiento. Durante este proceso de investigacion se realizo un estudio de las principales caracteristicas de la intencion emprendedora a nivel de America Latina y El Caribe, se desarrollo un analisis de las Tasas que miden la actitud emprendedora de acuerdo al Global Entrepreneurship Monitor conocido como GEM, luego se procedio a desarrollar una comparacion con Ecuador de tal forma que se obtuvo informacion que permite seguir con el proceso investigativo, finalmente se analizaron diversos estudios previos para determinar los factores que pueden influir en la actitud emprendedora de los ecuatorianos. EnglishEntrepreneurship or entrepreneurial attitude is a key in the business development of a nation, from here, the need to analyze their behavior. During this research process, a study was carried out on the main characteristics of the entrepreneurial intention in Latin America and the Caribbean, an analysis of the rates that measure the entrepreneurial attitude according to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor known as GEM, was developed. Then it was developed a comparison with Ecuador in such a way that the information obtained allows to continue with the investigative process. Finally, several previous studies were analyzed to determine the factors that may influence the entrepreneurial attitude of Ecuadorians.
