However, Employee Engagement (EE) has been labeled as an essential nutrient that organizations need in order to survive in these turbulent times. This study was to examine the effect of EE on Employee Performance during the COVID-19 pandemic and how this relationship is moderated by job demands. The study used a sample size of 395 respondents who were chosen from a variety of MSMEs via a convenience sampling method. The study used a survey questionnaire approach as the main method for collecting primary data. The result of the correlation analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between EE and employee performance. It was revealed that job resources moderated the relationship between EE and employee performance. Finally, the result showed that job resources had a significant effect on EE. Thus, it can be concluded that, in the face of COVID-19, EE is a significant predictor of the performance of employees in the MSMEs sector.","PeriodicalId":53487,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Science Education","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135286994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study aims to identify the factors that contribute to historical bias, the impact it has on our understanding of history, and the strategies that can be employed to overcome it. The study employs a mixed-methods approach that includes a comprehensive review of relevant literature, interviews with scholars and historians, and analysis of historical narratives. The study finds that historical bias is perpetuated by a variety of factors, including political and cultural agendas, the limitations of available evidence, and the perspectives and biases of historians themselves. The study also identifies several strategies that can be used to address historical bias, including the adoption of a more diverse and inclusive approach to historical research, the incorporation of multiple perspectives and sources, and the acknowledgement of historical injustices and their impact on marginalized groups. The study concludes that a commitment to redressing historical bias is necessary to achieve a more accurate and inclusive representation of the past, which can in turn contribute to a more just and equitable society. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":53487,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Science Education","volume":"30 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74075497","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Along with the strong development of the industrial revolution 4.0, the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in agriculture is increasingly popular. However, for the application to be synchronized and to effectively exploit IoT technology resources in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to have a policy orientation on science and application from the government. This article will address the outstanding issues of IoT application in Vietnamese agriculture and point out some potential applications.","PeriodicalId":53487,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Science Education","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135239153","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
