Tarekat as a Sufi organization is always expressed in spiritual activities, which are considered the beginning of worldly life. Sufism has been known as an esoteric dimension in Islam. This identification often causes Sufism to be considered close to things that are mystical and ascetic. A true Sufi, according to progressive Sufism, is a Sufi who works, earns a living. Maybe he has wealth and a lot, but his wealth is used proportionally, not for himself and his family, but empowering fellow humans who are only empowered, the weak and those in need. As did the Tarekat al-Idrisiyyah. This research aims to ward off the notion of Sufism which has been considered anti-social and has to live in poverty. To answer that, the writer gives the formulation of the problem, namely: First, how is the business development in the Tarekat Al-Idrisiyah? Second, how is the Tarekat Al-Idrisyiah Social Movement? In conducting the research, the author uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The selection of the tarekat Al-Idrisiyah organization in Indonesia as the object of research based on phenomena and information on groups that have their characteristics or characteristics that are relevant to the problem to be studied, namely the business and social movement of the Al-Idrisiyyah Tarekat. The results of this study were the Tarekat Al-Idrisiyyah which was based in Cisayong, Tasikmalaya Regency, until now there have been 18 business units in various sectors, from finance to www. Minimarkets have six spread over several points, up to BMT. In addition, the Tarekat Al-Idrisiyyah is engaged in the field of Philanthropy in helping the community establish COVID-19.      ABSTRAK (Kalangan awam memahami bahwa sufi atau tasawuf adalah jalan menuju Tuhan yang ditempuh dengan mengabaikan kehidupan dunia (zuhud). Tarekat sebagai organisasi sufi selalu diekspresikan dalam kegiatan spiritual, yang dianggap menjauhi kehidupan duniawi. Tasawuf selama ini dikenal sebagai dimensi esoterik dalam Islam. Identifikasi tersebut sering menyebabkan tasawuf dianggap dekat dengan hal-hal yang bersifat kebatinan dan askese.  Seorang sufi yang benar, menurut tasawuf progresif adalah seorang sufi yang berkerja, mencari nafkah. Mungkin mempunyai harta dan banyak, tapi hartanya itu digunakan secara proporsional, bukan hanya untuk diri dan keluarganya, melainkan memberdayakan manusia-manusia sesamanya yang tidak berdaya, yang lemah dan orang yang membutuhkan. According to a report from the Setara Institute 2011-2012, cases of intolerance that occur in Indonesia are often committed by youth, especially high school age teenagers. In 2017, there has been a spread of religious radicalism doctrine in Batang carried out by several religious leaders towards high school youth age. In response to that, a group of youths in Batang formed a youth community aimed to counteract the spread of radicalism in Batang, Komunitas Santri Batang (KSB). This study wants to see the extent to which the role of youth represented by the KSB against religious radicalism by campaigning for the idea of 'religious moderation'. This study formulates two problems related to the role of youth in campaigning for religious moderation, (1) What is the strategy of the KSB in promoting religious moderation idea? (2) how effective are the programs organized by the KSB related to the prevention of radicalism among youth groups? To answer these questions, the researcher will interview several members of the KSB and participants of the KSB programs. The results of this study indicate that there is synergy between the KSB youth and several agencies in cultivating moderation and diversity dialogue among the community. This can be seen through the KSB community strategy in countering religious radicalism using an inclusive approach and social engagement dialogue. Also, KSB pays attention to strengthening intra-religious relations by involving various youths from different religious mass organization backgrounds in several activities. Kedua untuk mengetahui sejarah perkembangan bisnis di Pondok Pesantren Tarekat Idrisiyyah. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemaknaan zuhud dalam perilaku bisnis di Pondok Pesantren Tarekat Idrisiyyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang mana sumber data berasal dari hasil observasi dan wawancara serta literatur lainnya yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa zuhud adalah menempatkan dunia dalam genggaman bukan dalam hati. Pendapat lain mengungkapkan bahwa zuhud bukan berarti meninggalkan kehidupan dunia tetapi meninggalkan efek negatif dunia. Bisnis di Tarekat Idrisiyyah dimulai sejak tahun 1932 yang dipelopori oleh seorang entrepreneur, yakni Syekh Abdul Fattah. Kemudian dikembangkan oleh mursyid-mursyid berikutnya di tahun 80-an dibentuk kopontren (koperasi pesantren) dan pada tahun 2000-an terjadi perpindahan dari fase personal ke fase struktural dan dimodernisasikan setelah istihlaf kepemimpinan kepada Syekh Akbar Muhammad Fathurrahman.  Pada tahun 2010 bidang bisnis di Idrisiyyah mengalami kemajuan serta ter-manage dengan baik dan tetap mengedepankan sisi ukhrawi. Terdapat tiga aspek manajemen profesional yang perlu disiapkan yaitu manajemen SDM, manajemen usaha dengan belajar professional, dan manajemen keuangan. This study is a qualitative study that uses phenomenological methods in psychoeducational group counseling. The respondents of this study consisted of 5 students of Tahfiz School and Malaysian Armed Forces Orphans (STAY ATM) who were 17 years old. Data analysis using content analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the mental stress faced by tahfiz students is caused by parental coercion, military- lifestyle and environmental factors. As a result of the mental stress experienced, emotional changes also occur. In the aspect of self-efficacy, tahfiz students have personal advantages such as being talented in various fields, extroverted, and independent, but their introvert attitude, low self-esteem and not knowing how to manage time are also their weaknesses. From the aspect of coping strategies, tahfiz students have a mature and rational coping strategy in managing the mental stress they face and have a clear future plan. Al Quran approach clearly shows that it can have a positive effect on the mental stability of tahfiz students. This research uses a descriptive quality method by taking a location in the Suku Anak Dalam community in Pasir Putih Jambi Village. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study found that the Jambi Suku Anak Dalam had animist beliefs in their pre-Islamic lives, expressed by mantras in aspects of their lives. After they embraced Islam, the old beliefs they held were not completely abandoned by them. Weh-wehan memiliki arti memberi atau menengok orang yang lebih tua. Tradisi ini merupakan tradisi turun termuru yang dilestarikan oleh masyarakat Kaliwungu, Kabupaten Kendal sebagai tradisi untuk saling bertukar makan dan memberi antar sesama. Tradisi Weh-wehan bagi masyarakat Kaliwungu telah dilakukan sejak zaman Walisongo hingga sekarang ini. Tradisi ini konon dipelopori oleh salah satu Kyai Guru, yakni ulama utusan yang berasal dari Kerajaan Mataram. Adapun proses terjadinya tradisi ini memiliki dua rangkaian acara yakni persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Tradisi ini juga memiliki makanan khas weh-wehan yaitu sumpil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan perdamaian dan budaya.  Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna tradisi weh-wehan bagi masyarakat adalah memiliki nilai sosial, saling menghormati, dan kedermawanan. Selain itu, tradisi weh-wehan juga terdapat unsur shadaqah dan saling tolong menolong antar sesama. Kemudian pengaruh tradisi weh-wehan sangatlah penting, salah satunya adalah unsur perdamaian. This study aims to explain a method or method in achieving the degree of insan kamil through the maqamat of monotheism of Muhammad Nafis al-Banjari, which is contained in the book of ad-Durrun Nafis. This study uses a qualitative model with the type of literature study research with content analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that people who have undergone maqamat-maqamat tauhid will arrive at fanna fillah and baqa fillah where, when a servant has achieved it, will be classified as a perfect human being. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian observasi, wawancara, serta partisipasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwasannya kepemimpinan damai dalam struktur kepengurusan di pondok pesantren Muslimat NU Jawa Tengah sejauh ini terealisasikan dengan baik. This study aims to determine the impact and role of spiritual rituals on the condition of the morality of Indonesian students in the city of Sakarya, Turkey. This research is categorized as field research. Data collection was carried out using observation and interview techniques, while data analysis using descriptive-qualitative techniques. This study found that spiritual rituals initiated by the Indonesian Student Association (PPI) can create intimacy between Indonesian students who are in Sakarya Turkey. Spiritual rituals are performed once every two weeks. This activity begins with reading the Qur'an, prayers, and scientific discussions, and closes with dinner together. This activity was carried out in turns at the residence of Indonesian students in Sakarya. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data used descriptive-comparative technique. This research found that religious education in Turkey and Indonesia have similarities, that is, both are implemented in private or non-government educational institutions.
