Thus, it is important for hotel companies to maintain service standards in order to provide maximum service and satisfy consumers. In addition, keeping the company's operations optimal and developing its services on a regular basis also has an impact on the performance of the hotel company. This study aims to determine how the effect of the application of Knowledge Management Practices (KMP) in the operation of Hotel Bumi Sangkuriang on Organizational Performance (OP). This research is an explanatory because it tries to explain how the relationship between the independent variable KMP and the dependent variable OP. The sampling technique used convenience sampling with a total of 30 samples. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between KMP and OP with an R-Square value of 0.856.\u0000Industri perhotelan memberikan berbagai jasa pelayanan kepada para konsumennya. Sehingga, penting bagi perusahaan hotel untuk menjaga standar pelayanannya agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal dan memuaskan konsumennya. Selain itu, menjaga operasional perusahaan tetap optimal dan mengembangkan pelayanannya secara berkala juga berdampak terhadap performa perusahaan hotel tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan Knowledge Management Practices (KMP) dalam operasional Hotel Bumi Sangkuriang terhadap Organizational Performance (OP). Penelitian ini berjenis eksplanatori karena berusaha menjelaskan bagaimana hubungan antara variabel independent KMP dan variabel dependent OP. Teknik sampling menggunakan convenience sampling yang berjumlah 30 sampel. The amount of research samples is 81 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019, selected with a purposive sampling technique. This study found that all determinants have no significant effect on firm value, while profitability has a significant effect on firm value. However, this study found that profitability strengthens the influence of firm size and growth on firm value but didn’t strengthen the influence of leverage and current assets. \u0000Penelitian in bertujuan untuk menguji determinan nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019 yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Furthermore, this study aims to determine whether customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of food quality and perceived price fairness on customer loyalty, and its influence on customer loyalty. The samples collected in this study were 175 samples by using online questionnaire method, but only 129 samples were valid. The data was processed by using Smart PLS software and the results showed that food quality and perceived price fairness affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction mediates the influence of food quality and perceived price on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas makanan dan tingkat kewajaran harga yang dirasakan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan di industri restoran. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan pelanggan dapat memediasi pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 175 sampel dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner online, tetapi hanya 129 sampel yang valid. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing decisions for sanitary products, ONDA brand. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a sample size of 144 respondents who knew and had bought Onda products. The sampling technique of non-probability sampling is accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results show that cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors together have a fairly strong positive influence (71.5%) on the purchasing decision of Onda's sanitary products. Personal factors are the variables that have the most dominant influence on the purchasing decision for Onda products. \u0000Banyaknya pilihan merk produk sanitary yang populer di Indonesia menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan dan menjual produknya menjadi lebih baik agar konsumen dapat membeli produk tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini unuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian produk sanitary merek ONDA. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel terdiri 144 responden yang mengetahui dan pernah membeli produk Onda. Teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling yaitu accidential sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor kebudayaan, sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif yang cukup kuat (71.5%) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk sanitari Onda. This study also analyzes the effect on purchase intention on purchase decision. The population of this research are all Shopee customer in JABODETABEK area. The samples of this research are 200 respondents by online questionnaires with the nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The technique of data analysis used in this study was PLS-SEM and proceed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that: (a) digital marketing and perceived ease of use has positive and significant effect on purchase intention; (b) product variety has negative and insignificant effect on purchase intention; (c) digital marketing, product variety and purchase intention has positive and significant effect on purchase decision; (d) perceived ease of use has negative and insignificant effect on purchase decision. \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, perceived ease of use, ragam produk terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Shopee di wilayah JABODETABEK. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden yang diambil melalui kuesioner online dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS-SEM yang diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisa deskriptif kualitatif, yakni pendekatan analisa yang dapat menguraikan konsep yang berlaku dibidang pemberian kredit. Meneliti fenomena yang menyebabkan terjadinya salah satu kredit macet pada SKC Bank X. Menganalisis konsep 5C dalam analisa restrukturisasi kredit. Setelah analisa konsep 5C dilanjutkan dengan pemilihan skenario restrukturisasi yang terbaik. Hasil yang didapat bahwa permasalahan debitur adalah ketidakmampuan debitur untuk memenuhi kewajibannya kepada Bank sehingga terjadi tunggakan cicilan pokok dan bunga kredit. Penyebab permasalahan tersebut adalah menurunnya tingkat penjualan rata-rata sebagai akibat pengaruh Covid-19. Berdasarkan 5 skenario yang telah dibuat, maka skenario 3 adalah skenario yang mendapat bobot terbesar dengan bobot sebesar 28. Skim restrukturisasinya adalah kredit modal kerja R/C diubah bentuk menjadi KMK termloan (adanya penurunan pokok) dicicil dari Juli 2021 sd Juni 2024, jangka waktu kredit diperpanjang sd Juni 2024, suku bunga diturunkan menjadi dengan suku bunga 6%, tunggakan atas bunga, denda dan biaya didudukkan dalam rekening PPH dan debitur mencicilnya mulai Juli 2022 s.d Juni 2024 dengan nominal angsuran bertahap naik, dan atas bunga berjalan di bayar sesuai jadwal. The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of declining performance at PT CTI based on financial report data that appears in 2021 by comparing the Work from Home (WFH) and Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) incentives to Employee Performance (EP). The purpose of this study is to see whether work from home and flexible work arrangements have an influence on employee performance at PT CTI. The research approach used based on the research objectives is explanatory research. The data analysis methodology in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results obtained that Work from Home has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Flexible Working Arrangement has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Office-based workers who are still working from home can adapt work as the new normal to return to full-time work on a hybrid basis. Flexible work arrangements can be selected by employees based on different work schedules to meet personal or family needs. This research is important for companies to understand and develop work from home and flexible working arrangements to encourage productive behavior and prevent unproductive behavior from affecting performance. \u0000Sistem WFH dapat diambil setelah karyawan berhasil melewati masa pandemi dan menemukan peningkatan produktivitas saat kebanyakan staf bekerja dari rumah. Data sources were collected from financial report of contractor companies in Indonesia for the period 2014-2019 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Method used to analyze the data was Multiple regression analysis as suggested in the literature. The results of this study are as follows (1) both Capital Structure and Working Capital Turnover have partial effects on ROA in Contracting Companies in Indonesia for the period 2014-2019. (2) Working Capital Management has no partial affection ROA in Contracting Companies in Indonesia for the period 2014-2019. (3) There is a joint influence of Capital Structure, Working Capital Turnover, and Working Capital Management on ROA in Contracting Companies in Indonesia for the period 2014-2019. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, perputaran modal kerja, dan manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan kontraktor yang terdaftar di Indonesia periode 2014-2019. Sumber data dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan perusahaan kontraktor di Indonesia periode 2014-2019 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah analisis regresi berganda seperti yang disarankan dalam literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) adanya pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Perputaran Modal Kerja secara parsial terhadap ROA pada Perusahaan Kontraktor di Indonesia periode 2014-2019.(2) tidak adanya pengaruh Manajemen Modal Kerja terhadap ROA pada Perusahaan Kontraktor di Indonesia periode 2014-2019.
