This study aims to identify the level of public satisfaction with the performance of Members of the House of Representatives Commission III, to determine the priority of expectations or public desires on the quality of service absorption aspirations of members of Parliament with Servqual method and improve the quality of absorption services by QFD method. This study, using questionnaires, interviews, and observations in data collection. Research respondents are citizens who have filed complaints totaling 100 people. The survey results are processed by using validity and reliability test, analysis of Importance-Performance Analyze (IPA), Servqual, and QFD. The results showed that the community was not satisfied with the performance of members of the House of Representatives with a gap of 0.84. The priority of improvement based on the IPA diagram is the level of professionalism in solving aspirations, the level of responsibility for the expectation of society aspirations, the level of fairness in the aspiration settlement, the level of aspiration service speed, the accuracy of responding to aspirations according to the problem, the timeliness of completing aspirations and the level of responsiveness to resolve aspirations. Age and employment perceived by employees can decrease productivity or increase employee productivity. This research was conducted at PT. Oasis Water International Palembang Branch and aims to determine the influence of Age and Duration of employment on employee productivity. The number of sample is 27 respondents by using random sampling technique. Analysis method used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS aid which includes t test and F test. As independent variable (independent), that is age and work period, while dependent variable is work productivity. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (PT TELKOM), which is the only state-owned enterprise as well as the largest telecommunication and network service provider in Indonesia. This is because service quality is considered as an important aspect for the success of the service provider. This study aims to assess the service quality of PT. TELKOM for IndiHome products. A preliminary study showed that there are many customers complaining about IndiHome's service quality. In addition, the tight competition and the emergence of several similar service providers as well as attractive promotion will inevitably attract customers not to be loyal if PT. TELKOM does not immediately improve the quality of the service. This research was conducted not only to assess the service quality of IndiHome (using SERVQUAL), but also to give some recommendations to PT. TELKOM especially Regional 1 Sumatra in order to attain customer satisfaction. There were 153 respondents who participated in this study. The results show that on average, customers are not satisfied (the gap value is 1.539). This negative value means that the customers have high expectations of the services that should be delivered by PT. TELKOM, but in reality the performance of the service is not as high as their expectations. Hal tersebut bisa diakibatkan oleh kondisi kebisingan, pencahayaan maupun temperatur. Untuk itu perlu ditentukan nilai optimal dari faktor lingkungan kerja tersebut guna meningkatkan kinerja operator. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja operator dengan faktor lingkungan kerja seperti kebisingan, pencahayaan dan temperatur perlu dikembangkan model empirik untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara kinerja operator dengan faktor lingkungan kerja tersebut. Model tersebut kemudian digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja operator. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode permukaan respon. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan rancangan komposit pusat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara eksperimen yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Analisis Perancangan Kerja dan Ergonomi Universitas Islam Indonesia Yogyakarta. Variabel yang diambil adalah kebisingan, pencahayaan dan temperatur. Range untuk kebisingan adalah 40 dB sampai 75 dB, pencahayaan 200 lux sampai 700 lux, dan temperatur antara 20oC sampai 35oC. Percobaan yang dilakukan adalah pencocokan warna resistor selama 5 menit sesuai dengan kombinasi variabel penelitian yang telah ditentukan dalam metode permukaan respon. Output adalah jumlah kebenaran yang terjadi. Therefore the cost is getting higher. It happened because bad management is the problem source. Restoring the project time need to be focused on the cost and the due date based on the schedule. Scheduling evaluation using Critical Path Method (CPM) and Crashing to find optimal results using Critical Path Method (CPM) can be found the critical paths activity, there are ground digging , bopflang installation, stone installation, agregrate B agrgregation , aggregate A flatting, rigit bavement work, and refining, when the time suppression obtained optimal time results from 126 days to 92 days. It taken an alternative to the addition of working hours with duration 92 day after the crashing. Furthermore, the proposed improvement is done by using the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) approach. In the world of construction, one part of the supply chain which has a significant contribution to the improvement of the company's effectiveness is the efficiency in the procurement of materials (raw materials) from suppliers. In the research found the problem of 50 TON of welded wire failed. This study aims to determine the criteria based on the company needs in determining the supplier of welding wire and provide the ranking of suppliers as a material consideration in determining the supplier. The study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for the selection of criteria and the Technique For Order Performance By Similiar To Ideal Solution for rating or evaluating alternative suppliers. Based on the results of AHP calculation we get the weight of each criteria as follows, for the quality of 0.0644, the price 0.056, the delivery time of 0.158, the quantity 0.053, the response to the claim of 0.093, and from the criteria are made reference to the calculation of vendor selection using TOPSIS. Results obtained supplier S2, i.e., PT.Esabindo Pratama ranked first as a priority supplier with a preference value of 0.322. Produk tersebut mempunyai spesifikasi yang ketat, baik untuk ketelitian ukuran maupun untuk tampilan. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. XYZ adalah keluaran dari bagian pengecekan 100% yang tidak stabil meskipun jumlah sumber daya manusia yang digunakan sama dalam setiap harinya. Terjadi variasi keluaran /jam/operator dari 650 sampai 714.4 buah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa penyebab dari adanya variasi keluaran/jam/operator dan untuk mencari solusi untuk memperkecil variasi keluaran. Hasil Penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab adanya variasi keluaran/jam/operator adalah jumlah jenis produk yang dicek operator tidak selalu sama tiap harinya. Dimana semakin banyak jenis produk yang dicek maka semakin kecil keluaran pada hari tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal maka operator hanya mengerjakan satu jenis produk tiap hari. Jika tidak memungkinkan maka diusahakan seminimal mungkin operator berganti jenis produk yang dicek. Super Absorbent Polymer which is a product as a raw material for making baby diapers / elderly and sanitary napkins. In Super Absorbent Polymer, defects usually found in the colour contamination that there is a dark colour on the product, print labels mistakes and packaging defects. This study aims to determine the value of DPMO and sigma level, identify the efforts which is taken to reduce disability, identify the types of disability, and find the main factors causing disability. Six Sigma method is used to analyze data with define, measure, analyze, improve and control. The quantitative data obtained by direct observation of quality problems. By using the method of six sigma can be seen that the quality of the resulting product is quite good that is 3.07 sigma with a damage rate of 58,624 for a million production (DPMO). The three highest defect product causes are color contamination of 93.34%, misprint of 3.55%, and packaging damage as much as 3.11%. The main factor causing defects is the engine factor for the type of colour contamination defect,.
