Salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan objek wisata yang ada. Akan tetapi, kondisi pandemi sekarang mengakibatkan sektor pariwisata di Indonesia khususnya pendapatan mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana bentuk pengelolaan objek wisata Rammang-Rammang di Kabupaten Maros melalui salah satu indikator model Collaborative Governance oleh Ansell dan Gash (2008). Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Di mana teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, studi pustaka, observasi, dan dokumentasi. penelitian ini teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah purposive dan snowball dengan informan kunci meliputi; pengelola desa, pemerintah daerah, pedagang, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa collaborative process dalam pengelolaan objek wisata Rammang-Rammang Kabupaten Maros belum cukup berjalan baik. Pada collaborative process: (1) Dialog tatap muka,; sudah diterapkan namun masih sebatas formalitas melalui Musrenbang (2) Membangun kepercayaan, masih belum maksimal terjalin dikarenakan terdapat pihak yang kurang dilibatkan; (3) Komitmen,belum terbangun pada pihak masyarakat karena pasif dalam memberikan saran ; (4) Pemahamanbersama, masih belum ada karena tidak adanya gramd desain wisata ; (5) Hasil Jangka menengah, belum sepenuhnya tercapai karena konsep pembangunan pariwisata atau grand desain wisata yang belum terealisasi.\u0000Tourism is a very significant field and its management must be sustained to be developed every year. One of them by establishing existing tourist objects. However, the current pandemic condition has impacted the tourism sector in Indonesia, especially the income from tourism, experiencing a decline. This study aims to see how the management of the Rammang- Rammang tourist attraction in Maros Regency is from the perspective of one of the indicators of the Collaborative Governance model by Ansell and Gash (2008). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. the data were collected by interviews, literature study, observation, and documentation. In this study, the sample technique used was purposive and snowball with key informants including; village managers, local governments, traders, and the community.The results showed that the collaborative process in the management of the Rammang-Rammang tourism object in Maros Regency had not run well enough. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam menerapkan kewajiban penggunaan Kantong Belanja Ramah Lingkungan (KBRL) di Kecamatan Cilandak. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori partisipasi masyarakat menurut Keith Davis dan John W Newstrom dengan 3 indikator, yaitu keterlibatan mental serta perasaan, dorongan motivasi, dan tanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam penerapan kebijakan kewajiban penggunaan KBRL sudah cukup baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala diantaranya, pada pasar tradisional masih banyak pedagang yang menyediakan plastik, masyarakat sering lupa untuk membawa KBRL, sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah untuk masyarakat kurang, dan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Sudin LH Jakarta Selatan belum optimal karena terhalang pandemi Covid-19.\u0000Plastic rubbish that piles up every day takes hundreds of years to cause unhealthy environmental conditions. Therefore the DKI Jakarta Government's efforts to reduce plastic are by creating prohibiting regulations on the use of plastic bags in shopping centers, supermarkets, and traditional markets. Dalam rangka melaksanakan kegiatan pengawasan laut tersebut, DJBC melakukan patroli laut. Seluruh rangkaian kegiatan patroli laut yang terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pengakhiran patroli laut diadministrasikan dan didokumentasikan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini, pengadministrasian kegiatan patroli laut yang semula dilakukan secara manual, saat ini telah dimodernisasi dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Manajemen Patroli Laut. Penggunaan Aplikasi Manajemen Patroli Laut, atau yang disebut dengan Customs-Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA) ini telah diterapkan secara penuh kepada seluruh satuan kerja yang memiliki proses bisnis pengawasan laut mulai tanggal 30 Juni 2019 melalui KEP-107/BC/2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi Aplikasi Manajemen Patroli Laut dalam mendukung kegiatan patroli laut DJBC, serta menganalisis hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi sekaligus upaya mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti menguraikan kinerja implementasi kebijakan berdasarkan 4 (empat) faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan menurut Edwards III. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa faktor komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi saling berkaitan dan memberikan pengaruh pada implementasi Aplikasi Manajemen Patroli Laut. Program UMKM model social enterpreneurship bertujuan tidak hanya fokus pada keuntungan ekonomi akan tetapi memecahkan permasalahan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi dan dampak sosial ekonomi dari program UMKM dengan model social enterpreneurship di Kota Serang khususnya pada jenis usaha design and fashion, crafting (handmade aksesoris dan supply bahan-bahan kerajinan), dan tour and travel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa partisipasi aktor UMKM kewirausahaan sosial sudah menunjukkan capaian yang efektif melalui keterlibatan mental dan emosi individu dalam melakukan aktivitas kelompok, motivasi individu untuk memberikan kontribusi dan rasa tanggung jawab dalam diri individu terhadap aktivitas kelompok dalam usaha pencapaian tujuan. Selain itu dampak sosial ekonomi dalam konteks kewirausahaan sosial telah menghasilkan kapasitas dan kemandirian dalam membuka peluang usaha. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan pemerintah Kota Serang dan kebijakan yang mampu mengakomodir peluang ekonomi dan merepresentasikan nilai-nilai sosial kewirausahaan di masa depan secara berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah mendorong peningkatan UMKM melalui model kewirausahaan sosial sebagai upaya memecahkan permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, peningkatan kemitraan dengan kewirausahaan yang lebih besar dan mendorong regulasi pemerintah untuk mengakomodir peluang dan partisipasi masyarakat dan dampak ekonomi dalam kewirausahaan sosial.\u0000Socioeconomic problem handling and the increasing number of poor people in Serang City are still the focus of attention of both the government and the community, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that the participation of MSME actors in social entrepreneurship has shown effective achievement through the mental and emotional involvement of individuals in group activities, individual motivation to contribute, and a sense of personal responsibility towards group activities to achieve goals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, memahami, dan menganalisis implementasi pelayanan lintas batas di Kecamatan Marore, Kepulauan Sangihe Sulawesi Utara, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Permasalahan utama terkait lingkup penelitian ini, yakni tidak adanya waktu yang konsisten dalam pelayanan lintas batas, sehingga pelayanan seringkali justru dilakukan di luar jam kerja; fungsi pelayanan lintas batas yang signifikan justru tidak menjadi bagian dalam struktur pemerintahan Kecamatan, sehingga turut mempengaruhi legalitas pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi; yang turut diperparah dengan tidak adanya dukungan insentif atas beban kerja di luar yang semestinya. Dimensi implementasi pelayanan lintas batas dalam penelitian ini ditelaah berdasarkan asas-asas pelayanan yang diungkapkan Mahmudi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima aspek yang menjadi fokus telaah dimensi implementasi pelayanan lintas batas, yang terdiri dari transparansi, akuntabilitas, kondisional, tidak diskriminatif, serta keseimbangan hak dan kewajiban, kesemuanya telah diimplementasikan dengan cukup baik. Temuan menarik lainnya adalah adanya pengaruh faktor geografis dan cuaca/iklim dalam pelayanan lintas batas di Kecamatan Marore yang berbeda dengan kondisi pelayanan pada umumnya, dalam hal ini kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu turut mempengaruhi wilayah perairan yang dilintasi, sehingga waktu pelayanan menjadi tidak konsisten dan turut mengakibatkan seringnya pemadaman listrik.\u0000Cross-border service is currently quite an interesting problem to study, apart from the lack of government attention on the problem, it is also due to the lack of studies conducted by experts on this topic. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village head, communication skills, communication styles, reciprocal relationships between leaders and subordinates. This type of descriptive quantitative research, while the number of samples is 30 with a total population of 2,630. by developing an instrument in the form of a questionnaire given to each respondent who visited the Monta Baru Village Office, Lambu District, Bima Regency. Then the data analysis technique used is to analyze the data based on the respondent's answer to the questionnaire. As for the results of the study, it can be explained that as many as 78.80% of respondents said it was very good, then 8% good, then the respondents answered quite well 3.15% and the respondents who answered were not good at 0%. Based on the data obtained, the intensity of communication built by the village head was very good and needed to be maintained as a form of communication reconstruction effort. Therefore, this research aims to develop an ecopreneurship-based local resource management model in Bima Regency. The research method used was qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and field observations. The results showed that Bima Regency has abundant natural resource potential, such as agriculture, fisheries, and tourism. However, there are still obstacles in the utilization of these natural resources, such as lack of market access and limited technology. The results also show that the concept of ecopreneurship can be an alternative for community empowerment and sustainable economic development in Bima Regency. Through this concept, the community can utilize natural resources sustainably by producing value-added and environmentally friendly products. This research uses a qualitative approach method. data sources are obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. the village ambulance program policy is one of the public service programs found in poja village, sape sub-district, bima district. Lack of socialization to the community is also one of the factors that cause policies that have been made to be less well implemented. factors like this are less considered by those who only provide what has become a village government program. based on the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that the operational implementation of the village ambulance is still not optimal. People call it: GENTRIFICATION! Like a catastrophe, gentrification always seems to be followed by the emergence of social conflicts. Mass actions are taken to the streets to voice protests against vandalizing gentrification properties, and clashes with officials are carried out for one purpose: against the presence of gentrification. Unfortunately, gentrification research in Indonesia is roughly \"useless\" for blue-collar workers because it still does not provide any suggestions to face this problem.
