The services provided have accommodated the needs of the community regarding legal formal population documents in accordance with legislation number 23 of 2006 concerning population administration, Law number 25 of 2009 concerning public services, Regional Regulation number 9 of 2009 concerning the administration of population administration, and Fitzsimmons' theory in Sinambela et al, McCormick and Tiffin in Dewi Ariani. By applying computer-based technology that has been integrated throughout the territory of Indonesia, coupled with qualified employee competence so that they are able to operate computers to support service and organizational performance to provide services to the community. In this case, there are often cases of disputes over territorial boundaries and social problems in border areas. To overcome this, Indonesia and Malaysia created the Malindo Social Security Cooperation (Sosek Malindo) and the Joint Indonesia Malaysia (JIM). This is following Indonesia's border diplomacy efforts which prove by the activities of annual meetings and sessions. The research method used a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. The case analysis will explain the causes and effects of holding Indonesia-Malaysia border diplomacy based on secondary data. The author finds that various meetings and annual sessions of the two cooperation forums can resolve border disputes, illegal trade in goods and labor, and cross-border disputes related to the existence of Natural Resources. This research found that Indonesia-Malaysia border diplomacy in dealing with cross-border problems in 2014-2020 is carried out through the Malindo Social Security Cooperation (Sosek Malindo) and the Joint Indonesia Malaysia (JIM) cooperation. As a result, two segments of the national border were established at Simantipal River and Point C500-C600. In order to increase the synergy of poverty reduction programs and to stimulate the economy of poor families, this research aims to measure the performance of the government of Pasuruan Regency by using a value for money approach based on the performance budget of a program, which uses the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness ratio. This research uses a case study research with a qualitative approach. Findings of this study indicate that the average economic ratio of the overall achievement ratio is 82.4%, it is considered economical. Overall, the efficiency ratio of the Pasuruan Regency Government's performance has been efficient, which is 134.1%,. Meanwhile, the effectiveness ratio obtained an average result of 122.41% thus it can be classified the performance of the Pasuruan Regency Government as a whole is considered effective, however, the performance of the two programs from the Health and Fisheries sector is considered ineffective. The data were analyzed descriptively with a phenemological case study. The results of the study show that as a public policy, the Smart Indonesia program is able to alleviate poverty in the field of education for the poor with the cooperation of related parties and equalization of education for students in Konawe Regency. The implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program was analyzed in terms of the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Program effectiveness needs to be determined by the program monitoring team. This study aims to find out how to entrepreneurship the local government bureaucracy in Kebumen Regency and to find out how the implementation of entrepreneurship in the bureaucracy is as a transformation of the entrepreneurial spirit in the public sector, as well as what are the problems faced in entrepreneurship bureaucracy in the Kebumen Regency Government. This study uses a qualitative approach, which is trying to get as complete information as possible about how to apply entrepreneurial principles to the bureaucracy through in-depth interviews. The writing is focused on issues related to the transformation of entrepreneurship in the bureaucracy in the local government of Kebumen Regency. The research subjects were the researchers themselves, while the informants used to collect data through interviews consisted of elements of the local government of Kebumen Regency. Based on the results of the research conducted, the concept of entrepreneurship of the Kebumen Regency Government bureaucracy through the principles of bureaucratic entrepreneurship has been carried out by various public service agencies. In addition, this study also aims to analyze what obstacles can hinder and what solutions can be given in optimizing the utilization of the research results of the RD Ministry of Religion in product development. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, with typology method and analyzed using qualitative descriptive. Data collection used document studies as secondary data and in-depth interviews with several stakeholders as primary data. The scope of this research are the central work unit and regional work unit in the Ministry of Religion whose main task is to conduct RD. The findings of this study indicate that the utilization of RD of the Ministry of Religion in the form of product development has not been optimal yet. This is indicated by data showing that from 330 studies conducted, 25% of these studies have been developed into a product while the remaining 75% has not been utilized as a product development. Five classifications of constraints were also identified in this study, financial, operational, socialization, human resources and policy constraints. Human resource constraints and policy constraints are the most inhibiting factors in the use of research. Indicators or basic elements of the smart village concept by looking at the indicators used in the smart city concept which are adapted to be more suitable for implementation in village government into Smart Governance, Smart Technology, Smart Resources, Smart Village Services, Smart Living, and Smart Tourism. This research uses descriptive analysis research method and combined with SWOT analysis method. The results showed that the application of the smart village concept in Tuban Regency did not have a previously designed development model. In general, border areas are still lagging behind other regions in Indonesia. Besides the minimal basic needs, other needs have not been appropriately met, namely the need for information in the country and the penetration of television broadcasts from Malaysia. This study aims to describe how the implementation of information security in border areas, especially in Riau province, through the operational concept of David L. Weimer and Aidan R. Vining. This research uses a qualitative approach through a case study, namely Rupat Island. The data collection method in this study was through observations in border areas and interviews with government employees of Bengkalis Regency and border communities, which were carried out from January 2021 to November 2021. The results showed that information security in border areas led to improved telecommunications infrastructure, which proliferated. Apart from that, local governments continue to build access to public information. However, border communities are still lagging in television and radio broadcasting. In addition to the ease of accessing Malaysian television channels, in general, the socio-cultural life of people in border areas is constructed from the Malaysian television channel programs they enjoy.
