The high intensity of the use of technology in economic and socio-political activities is a sign of the birth of the era of digital society. As an actor with a significant position in government activities and development, it is appropriate for Civil Servants (PNS) to support the dynamics of developing a digital information society. As a generator of national and regional development, personnel assessment in the bureaucracy must adjust to the needs and demands of communicative-informative actions. The Study of the Relevance of Indicators of Performance Appraisal in The Advancement Provisions of Civil Servants in The Digital Society Era is intended to determine the role of civil servants in the development of digital society with the final result in the form of policy recommendations to optimize the role of civil servants in implementing digital society in the advancement aspect. The research method used is juridical-normative through literature studies and legislation relating to the State Civil Apparatus, employee affairs, and the digital society. Based on the research results, digital literacy is the key to optimizing the quality of bureaucratic resources in the era of the digital information society. This study aims to explore, uncover and analyze the effect of the influence of the implementation of financial management policies of private colleges to financial management in an effort to increase the participation of students in education funds paid in Karsa Husada Of College of Health Science Garut. The method used in this study is a survey method descriptive analysis. The study population comprised 380 people, while the samples in this study were 80 people who were taken on the basis of stratified random sampling technique. While the technical analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis with path analysis. So that measuring the maturity of websites in all 35 cities in Central Java Province is important so that these regions make improvements This study uses a government maturity model, there are 5 variabels: Simple Information, Two-way Communication, Service and Financial Transaction, Integration and Political Participation. This study method uses a quantitative approach. Then, This study uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The result of this study is 35 websites government in Province Central Java has a level of immature maturity model. Dalam penelitian ini yang dijadikan populasi adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dewan guru, dan pengurus OSIS dan pegawai pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Kota Bima yang berjumlah 69 orang. Besarnya sampel sebanyak 55 orang dengan tingkat kesalahan \u00005% pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan paradigma e-government pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, materi-materi visual kualitatif dengan pegawai dan stakeholder Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pelaksanaan sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan telah menerapkan pradigma e-government yang dilihat dari beberapa indikator penelitian seperti orientasi, proses organisasi, prinsip manajemen, gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi internal, komunikasi eksternal, bentuk penyerahan pelayanan dan prinsip penyerahan pelayanan. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap pengimplementasian kebijakan dengan menggunakan konsep teori implementasi kebijakan Edward III yakni Komunikasi, Sumber daya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif melalui kegiatan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data Interactive Model. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan pada variabel komunikasi kebijakan telah berjalan dengan baik. Pada variabel Sumber daya UKL telah memiliki kewenangan yang cukup namun masih adanya permasalahan berupa keterbatasan jumlah sumber daya manusia, kurangnya fasilitas, keterbatasan anggaran dan permasalahan jaringan. Pada variabel disposisi, sikap pelaksana telah mendukung kebijakan dengan komitmen yang dimiliki, tetapi pola pengangkatan birokrat belum mempertimbangkan kualifikasi serta belum tersedianya insentif bagi pegawai fungsional UKL. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan bentuk pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek Idealized policy digunakan untuk mengendalikan pemanfaatan ruang, penataan ruang dan lingkungan serta mencakup materi pokok seperti ketentuan program terkait dengan bangunan dan lingkungan sebagai panduan dalam rancang bangunan suatu lingkungan/kawasan. Kemudian pada aspek target groups menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan tata ruang perkotaan berupaya melakukan pendekatan oleh semua pihak melalui forum musyawarah dan publik hearing. From a study conducted by the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) and research on ASN management, it is concluded that the merit system in Indonesian ASN management has not been implemented effectively. Considering that the implementation of the merit system must continue to be supported through continuous improvement, this research aims to conduct an evaluative study through a study Learning Hour's achievement of employee competency development and employee performance and its influence on performance of government organizations. The research was conducted using data from 2020 at one of the Government Institutions that became the object of research using data on Learning Hour's achievement of employee competency development, data on employee performance appraisal results, and Government Agency Performance Accountability evaluation data (AKIP) as an organizational performance data. The study used all data on 43 independent organization units the research population at a Government Institution. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively through multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results show that the variable of Learning Hour's achievement of employee competency development and employee performance together does not have a significant correlation to organizational performance variables in Government Institutions, and employee performance variables have more influence on organizational performance than Learning Hour's achievement employee competency development. Distribusi bantuan alsintan kepada Kelompok Tani/Gapoktan dilakukan setelah calon penerima dinyatakan memenuhi syarat. Proses penyerahan dilakukan disertai dengan berita acara penyerahan yang dilengkapi dengan foto saat penyerahan bantuan.
