Problems related to Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, as well as the imposition of martial law and hostilities in most parts of Ukraine, have led to a decline in production on poultry farms, egg and egg farms. Current trends and problems in the development of the market of eggs and egg products, led to the urgent need to consider them on the example of the food market in conditions of uncertainty. Integration of domestic enterprises for the production of eggs and egg products, the livestock sector, the agri-food market of Ukraine. The participation of niche markets in such logistics chains provides a synergistic effect that allows stakeholders to join forces to achieve their goals and objectives and generally improves competitiveness in food markets, including foreign ones. Strategic priorities of economic development of the national market of eggs and egg products in the conditions after the military economic recovery in the food market. Modern economic policy and the interest of stakeholders in the logistics chains of the market of eggs and egg products, which is why it is formed and implemented through the prism of risk conditions and instability. Aim and tasks. The aim of the article is to analyze the trends and problems of development of the Ukrainian market of eggs and egg products in conditions of uncertainty. Research results. Analysis of the problems of efficiency of global selective chains of egg and egg products and specific egg market participants, allows the study of poultry enterprises in the selective chain of the egg market to see how and when they can be strengthened to achieve greater production and marketing efficiency; or to promote more efficient egg market production. Such an analysis of the egg market may reveal performance constraints related to a specific feature of niche markets. Recent data suggest that as countries participate in global value chains, commodity growth rates increase. Value-added chains play an important role as a source of job creation. Thus, trade and supply in food hubs within the logistics chains of food markets stimulates the development of logistics as a critical component of global chains, as the most important problem is to supply products in the right quantity, quality, on time. The study also focuses on general market factors that affect the efficiency and dynamics of specific projects in the development of the egg market in the postwar period. The model of selective management of innovative organizations on the example of the market of eggs and egg products has been improved. The author proposes to use the entropy method to calculate the period and conditions of uncertainty in the niche market of eggs and egg products. Conclusion. The levers and conditions for the formation of competitive advantages in the Black and Azov Seas in the postwar period will be radically changed. This, in turn, will change the routes of traffic flows and their structure, which will inversely affect the level of competitiveness of water transport in Ukraine. This necessitates a detailed study of the problem of formation of competitive advantages in the field of water transport, transport infrastructure and effective use of transit potential in the postwar period. Aim and tasks. Based on the study of the peculiarities of the formation of competitive advantages in the field of water transport, restoration and development of transport infrastructure in the postwar period to propose a strategy for restructuring the transit potential on new, modern principles and develop a set of measures and directions of restructuring and, in such a way as to avoid the problems inherent in water transport in the pre-war period and based on the short-term post-war restructuring, to ensure the long-term development of the water sector, its infrastructure and, with the effective use of transit potential, to form the preconditions for economic development of regions and the country as a whole. Research results. Peculiarities of formation of competitive advantages in the field of water transport, restoration and development of transport infrastructure in the postwar period are investigated, proposed strategy to ensure competitive advantages in the field of water transport for the medium and long term: \"not costs but investments\". This strategy based on the urgent tasks of post-war restructuring due to the growing level of competitiveness of the water industry of Ukraine should provide the preconditions for long-term development of the water industry, its infrastructure and, with the effective use of transit potential. This should be facilitated by such an orientation of the urgent tasks of recovery of the water sector, in order to further avoid the problems inherent in the pre-war period. A set of measures has proposed to implement this strategy. Conclusion. A strategy for restructuring the transit potential proposed, which provides an opportunity to get rid of the problems that hindered the development of efficient transportation of goods by water transport in the pre-war period. The specified strategy allows to form consequential connection of performance of urgent tasks of branch so that to increase efficiency of performance of tasks of the following stages and as a whole, to promote increase of competitiveness of water transport. The article explores the issue of determining the direction in which the region should develop its foreign economic relations, how to rebuild a regional economic system in order to realize their resources and opportunities for growth in the globalized international economy in the most effective way. Theoretical and conceptual foundations of the regional foreign economic relations development, analysed in this article, determine a role of commodity exports, imports of modern technologies, investment (including foreign capital), innovation, institutional environment and entrepreneurship for regional development. Among other issues addressed in this article, special attention was paid to analysis of changes in regional development paradigms.Aim and tasks. The aim of the article is to study theoretical and conceptual foundations of regional development through by means of regional foreign economic relations amplification. In addition, the objectives of the current study include: highlighting changes of scientific views on paradigms of regional development in terms of areas of amplification of regional foreign economic relations, identification of the main contradictions and temporal context of the proposed theories and concepts of regional development, addition to the main trends in the theoretical and conceptual basis of regional development in recent years.Research results. The article considers a formation of theories and concepts of regional development, which provide for the intensification of regional foreign economic relations. The analysis of theoretical and conceptual bases of regional foreign economic relations amplification testifies the transformation of paradigms of regional development according to a context of times in which there were changes of scientific views on the reasons and consequences of regional growth. The article examines the evolutionary transformation of regional economic development paradigms through the following theories: spatial location theory, theory of international (interregional) trade, Keynesian theories (export base theory and input-output model), neoclassical theories of regional economic development, concepts of economic rationalism, comparative, competitive and common advantages, theories of globalization, sustainable development, regional self-help and endogenous development, a new growth theory. Based on the analysis of the regional development theoretical foundations, the article establishes that the main theories and concepts of regional foreign economic relations mostly focused on consideration of such incentives as: capital investment, technological innovation, foreign trade, agglomeration effect (economies of scale), as well as a level of institution development.Conclusion. Spreading the philosophy of sustainable development, where activities preserve natural and social resources for use by future generations without harming the business economy, as well as significant increases in the price of chemical fertilizers due to rising gas prices require ways to reduce the chemical burden on agriculture. The trend of abandoning intensive technologies will be exacerbated by economic leverage - European Union regulations are increasingly banning agrochemicals and introducing a \"carbon tax\". Therefore, the use of sewage sludge as fertilizer for agricultural production is becoming an urgent issue. Therefore, the use of sewage sludge as fertilizer for agricultural production on the basis of economic efficiency is becoming an urgent issue.Aim and tasks. The aim of the article is to consider the economic and technological principles aimed at improving the bioavailability of nutrients and reducing the risk of using biowaste before entering the soil, in the context of the idea of sustainable development.Research results. Sewage sludge (SS) application in agriculture has a beneficial effect on soil organic matter content, sorption capacity and an overall improvement in physical properties. Conversion of SS to a soil amendment can be performed by a broad spectrum of methods, which greatly differ by substrate/amendment composition, treatment time, and physicochemical conditions. Sanitary and epidemiological safety is essential, which is why bio-wastes require processing according to selected technologies that aim to improve the bioavailability of nutrients and reduce hazards before entering the soil. This review provides a more complete overview of the present status of the methods for SS disinfection. The review is focused on i) environmental and legislative aspects of SS application in agriculture; ii) risk factors related to the abundance of bacterial, viral, protozoan and other pathogens in SS and methods of SS hygienization by various physical and chemical treatments; iii) risks of soil pollution with biologically active compounds (e.g., antibiotic resistance genes and other emerging contaminants). For the life cycle assessment, an environmental performance and pathogen risk was considered. The results of such consideration have direct impact on the nature of the applied economic and technological measures. Conclusions and perspectives in this field were formulated, using 102 references, including 49 citations dated by the last five years.Conclusion. Numerous technological approaches on SS treatment have their particular advantages, although disinfection efficiency remains unsatisfactory. Legislative requirements are still based on less resistant indicator organisms. Further comprehensive research on SS treatment should be focused on combination of different physical (especially, thermal) and chemical processes, which would convert SS into a qualitative fertilizer with safe microbiological characteristics. The UN Summit on Global Goals and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development identifies the need to address poverty and hunger, human rights, and long-term protection of the planet and its natural resources. The development of the economy should be aimed both at a single goal and to represent a multifunctional system that covers their achievements in an interdependent set. Building a blue economy in the context of sustainability is crucial not only for the Summit's global goal of 14 \" Life below water\", but also for the goals of resources, poverty, health, justice and prosperity. This is especially true of island and coastal states, where the seas and oceans provide daily life, livelihoods, economic opportunities in poverty and food shortages. Sustainable development of mariculture can provide significant potential for increasing revenues and contributions of the industry to the national economy. With the right approach to location, development, management and regulation, the mariculture industry can bring economic, environmental and social benefits. Mariculture as a highly productive industry based on sustainable development practices is the key to food and environmental security, a sustainable seafood supply chain and significant socio-economic benefits for coastal areas.\u0000For the effective development of mariculture, as for any economic sector, a stable basis is needed as an institutional support, which in Ukraine, unfortunately, is not characterized by a high enough level. The aim of the Cohesion Policy, founded by the European Union (EU) in the 1980s, is to help peripheral regions lagging in terms of economic development to achieve higher growth rates than developed regions to establish economic balance. As specified by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, the key factor for economic growth in a globalized, competitive environment is the ability to innovate. The EU's Lisbon Agenda, announced in 2000 in response to the challenges of globalization, aims to increase social and economic cohesion by making Europe the world's most dynamic and competitive knowledge-based economy. Since then, the innovation component has become a key element of EU cohesion policy, strengthening its competitiveness in a globalized environment.The formation of a cohesive state in the social, humanitarian, economic, environmental, security, and spatial dimensions is the first strategic goal of the State Strategy for Regional Development of Ukraine for 2021-2027. According to it the formation of regional economic systems should be based on “cohesion”, “competitiveness” and building effective “multilevel governance” principles. Stimulation of innovation should become a key direction in building competitive regional economic systems.At the same time, the practice of implementing EU cohesion policy on an innovation basis has revealed some \"tension between competitiveness and cohesion goals\", increasing the competitiveness of more developed regions, which is conditioned by their ability to benefit more from innovation than peripheral regions.Aim and tasks. The article aims to investigate the innovation agenda of cohesion policy, the contradictions of its implementation, and to substantiate the ways to solve them in Ukrainian realities.Research results. The innovation component of EU cohesion policy has evolved from measures to stimulate the production and cooperation activities of firms, including the establishment and innovation (2000-2006 budget period), the formation of regional innovation systems (2007-2013), the elaboration of smart specialization strategies for research and innovation, which have become a prerequisite for receiving financial support from the European Structural and Investment Funds for each region (2014-2020 and 2021-2027).Ukrainian regions show significant differences in levels of innovation development compared to European regions, as well as compared with each other within Ukraine. The publication is devoted to the areas of corporate social development in the processes of production management and personnel relations. The relevance of the article is justified by the fact that national production is in a state of convergence of directions of development of the manufacturing sector with the strategies and processes taking place in the European economic space.\u0000Aim and tasks. The main challenge for national governments, supranational regulators is the formation of a food security system for both national and global society. The rapid growth of the world's population encourages consideration of trends in export and domestic production opportunities in this perspective, as 9 billion people are expected to live on Earth by 2050. So far, the demand for food is expected to double, including the demand for oilseeds. This encourages the assessment of the possibility of increasing the production of oil and fat industry, taking into account the potential increase in demand.\u0000Materials and methods. In the process of preparing the material of the article were used materials of own research, analytical statistics, publications of leading practitioners and scientists. The following research methods were also used: monographic (for comprehensive and in-depth study of individual phenomena, processes and identification of causal links of their development), system (consists in studies of certain objects as complex systems), statistical (when working with statistical information and analytical calculations).\u0000Research results. Based on the analysis, the main directions of further development of the national oil and fat industry are identified, which are to strengthen export orientation and increase sales of oil oils in traditional (EU, Arab countries, India) and new areas (China and USA). In crisis external conditions, in particular during the pandemic crisis, the experience economy is not a priority for the development of the national economy, but in the long run, in particular in combination with the use of natural assets, it can become a leitmotif that accelerates sustainable and inclusive development, especially in transition economies such as Ukraine.Aim and tasks. The purpose of the work is to substantiate and generalize the prerequisites and patterns of development of the conceptual relationship between the formation of the experience economy, the use of natural assets and inclusive growth.Research results. In the article the prerequisites and patterns of interconnected development of the experience economy and nature management on the principles of inclusiveness and sustainability are substantiated and summarized, in particular, on the basis of the geometric interpretation analysis of the Hoover Index. In particular, it is substantiated that the general patterns of development of the interrelationship ―experience economy – natural assets – inclusiveness‖ are reflected through the relevant socio-economic and economic-environmental contradictions and are considered within the concept of sustainable development; the studied interconnections are relevant to a comprehensive approach to finding new effects in use of natural assets for society through economic relations in the field of impressions. In accordance with the specific provisions of the interrelationship ―experience economy – natural assets – inclusiveness‖ defined in the article, it contributes to the creation of preconditions for transformation, and thus stimulates environmentally relevant and socially responsible changes in the country's economy.Conclusion. In Ukraine, there are opportunities for integration into global value chains, primarily in the agri-food markets. Concentration of these strategic resources in the structural units of agri-food enterprises in all segments of the global market with the formation of dynamic competitive advantages of national economies of their countries. This process is facilitated by the availability of developed transport infrastructure, especially sea and river ports, attracting investment, including foreign in increasing crop production, productive land, increased role of the state in regulating strategic agri-food markets. At the same time, this powerful potential is not used effectively. Significant losses are due in particular to the creation of logistics of export flows, which in many cases make domestic food products uncompetitive in foreign markets, due to inflated costs of supply to final consumers. Such inflated costs indicate the lack of coordinated interaction of export-oriented chains and organizational and economic mechanisms, their regulation. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the scientific provisions and organizational and economic forms of logistics support for the integration of agri-food markets into global value chains. Research results. The current methodological approaches to the analysis of global value chains are analyzed, it is established that the main analytical indicator for agri-food markets and their individual sectors is a two-component \"index of participation in global value chains\". Low rates of participation of commodity markets in global chains are characteristic of developing countries and exporting countries of commodities with low levels of domestic value added, as evidenced by the sectoral analysis of agricultural markets. Analysis of problems with the efficiency of global agri-food value chains and specific market participants, practice shows that the producer achieves the greatest economic effect when it sells not raw materials, but products of processing, with increased value. In particular, the urgency of this issue is exacerbated by the need to use logistical reserves in the process of servicing export flows. Recent data suggest that as countries participate in global value chains, commodity growth rates increase. Value chains play an important role as a source of job creation. Thus, trade and supply in food hubs within the logistics chains of food markets stimulates the development of logistics as a critical component of global chains, as the most important problem is to supply products in the right quantity, quality, on time. The study also focuses on general market factors that affect the efficiency of specific value chains in the external dimension. Conclusion. The study proposes a conceptual approach to integrating agri-food markets into global value chains by creating agri-food hubs. It is time to solve the problem of evaluation and response and, first, to identify and rank the factors of their large number that directly or indirectly affect the innovative development of enterprises. An important step in the process of such an assessment is to establish the most typical features that characterize the threats and opportunities of an innovative enterprise, identified because of an expert survey. Therefore, this study serves to develop comprehensive issues of micro and macro environment, which affect the innovative development of any enterprise, and can be the basis of a standard questionnaire for managers and business owners, as well as innovation managers and employees. Moreover, today the problems of innovative development of enterprises are exacerbated by the emergence of barriers to communication due to the pandemic, disorientation in the goals and objectives of the enterprise as a purposeful system, huge distrust and uncertainty and outflow of specialists. Aim and tasks. The purpose of this study is to systematize the factors of innovative development and development, on this basis, proposals for creating a profile of innovative development of enterprises. The specified goal was concretized in following research tasks: to make a sample of experts in this field; determine the list of non-financial indicators - stimulants, disincentives and focus factors; to create a profile of innovative development of the enterprise, which differs in the interaction of the planned activities of enterprises to avoid adverse consequences and take into account the possibilities of innovative development. Research results. Empirical information obtained during the questionnaire revealed the level of innovative development of enterprises and values regarding the susceptibility of enterprises to innovation. On the basis of the survey (including online surveys) to assess the disincentives to the internal environment, macro-environment and micro-environment of enterprises that have the greatest impact on the innovative development of the enterprise, as well as factors that create favorable conditions for innovative entrepreneurship an approach based on the use of expert survey methods and economic-mathematical modeling. Conclusion.
