To study psychological features of sports coaches and physical education teachers’ professional hardiness.\u0000Material and methods. The study involved 60 participants. Among them, 24 were coaches of children's and youth sports schools, 19 coaches of national teams of Ukraine and 17 physical education teachers. English-language version of the Professional Hardiness Questionnaire (PHQ) were used. The development of the English-language version of the PHQ was based on its initial Ukrainian-language version (http://prof-diagnost.org). The accuracy of its translation into English was checked and corrected by 12 bilingual specialists with degrees in medicine and/or psychology. To identify the peculiarities of the relationship between the indicators of professional resilience in different professional groups, we conducted a Spearman correlation analysis.\u0000Results. The analysis of professional hardiness revealed the presence of significant differences between the surveyed groups of coaches and physical education teachers by various indicators. It turned out that the length of service in the respective positions of national team coaches is significantly higher than that of Youth Sports School (YSS) coaches and physical education teachers. This indicates the presence of greater professional experience among this category of coaches. Accordingly, physical education teachers and coaches of national teams have significantly higher professional experience than coaches of YSS. As a result, the majority of young specialists are among the coaching staff of the YSS. The correlation coefficient between the general level of professional hardiness and the namely professional component of 0.80 is much higher for coaches of national teams. Among physical education teachers it reaches 0.61, most likely this is because the control over the work of this group is less specific in contrast to the work of the coach. Coaches of YSS have the lowest level of the namely professional component 0.50, we explain this by the fact that the overall level of experience in the position is half as much as in the previous two groups.\u0000Conclusions. It can be said that recently, with the popularity of women's football and playing at a professional level, physical and physiological needs have increased. In this context, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between isokinetic lower extremity strength and vertical jump parameters in elite female football players.\u0000Material and Methods. The model of the research was the relational survey model, one of the survey models. The research group consisted of 26 volunteer professional female football players competing at the Turkish women's super league level. The maximum strength of the knee extensor and flexor muscles of female soccer players was measured using an isokinetic dynamometer device (Cybex NORM®, Humac, CA, USA) that allows the recording of instant isokinetic torque. The vertical jump test data of the female football players were determined with the Fusion Sport-Smart Jump brand jump mat. While SPSS 25.0 package program was used for statistical analysis evaluation, correlation analysis was applied to compare the relationship between isokinetic lower extremity strength and vertical jump parameter.\u0000Results. When the participants' vertical jump, right knee flexion and extension degrees were examined, a moderate positive correlation was found between the vertical jump parameter and the 240s Flexion Right %Body Weight values, and no relationship was found between the other parameters and the vertical jump. A moderate positive correlation was detected between the vertical jump parameter and 240s Flexion Left %Body Weight. Another moderate positive correlation was found between the vertical jump parameter and 240s Extension Left %Body Weight values. At the same time, no relation was found between other parameters and vertical jumps.\u0000Conclusions. As a result, when the study results were evaluated, a positive relationship was determined between vertical jump and right knee flexion parameters and similarly left knee flexion-extension parameters. One indication that significantly influences archery achievement is arm muscle endurance. The study aimed to determine: the effect of free weight training on increasing arm muscle endurance of archery athletes; the effect of gym machine weight training on increasing arm muscle endurance of archery athletes; which is better free weight training or a gym machine, to increase arm muscle endurance of archery athletes.\u0000Material and Methods. This type of research is an experiment with a \"Two Groups Pretest-Posttest Design\" design. The population is archery athletes, totaling 20 males sex with ages 12-15 years. The exercise was carried out for six weeks. The instrument uses the Holding Bow Digitec Test. The data analysis technique was a t-test.\u0000Results. The results showed: 1) there was a significant effect of free weight training on increasing arm muscle endurance of archery athletes with p-value 0.000 < 0.05; 2) there is a significant effect of gym machine weight training on increasing arm muscle endurance of archery athletes, with p-value 0.002 < 0.05; 3) there is a significant difference between free weight training and gym machine on the arm muscle endurance of archery athletes, with p-value 0.019 < 0.05.\u0000Conclusions. Free weight training and gym machines for 18 meetings can increase the endurance of archery athletes' arm muscles. Free weight training is better than gym machine weight training on the arm muscle endurance of archery athletes. Tabata training is getting more and more popular these days. Based on interval training offers metabolic booster that causes major benefits for reducing body fat storage. It is an interval training protocol which is a cardio workout for fat loss. The aim: this study was to examine the effects of a specific 16-week Tabata intervention program on body fat reduction in inactive healthy women.\u0000Material and Methods. A non-randomized controlled trial with 2x2 statistical design was provide in this study. The research was conducted on a sample of 49 women (aged 30 to 45) employed in the administrative sector, with more than 6h of sedentary tasks in their habitual working day. It included one experimental group–EG (Tabata program, n=24) and one control group–CG (without physical activities, n=25) and two moments of evaluation: (Initial) at baseline and (Final) after 16 weeks of post intervention period. The body composition parameters and body circumference in each group was recorded. All body composition parameters were measured using a Body composition analyser (Tanita BC-418MA III).\u0000Results. The results revealed that there was statistical significance difference after Tabata training program (TTP) in EG for body composition parameters (Mean±SD) for Body mass index (kg/m²) = 22.11±2.59kg/m²; p=0.04, ES=0.07); Fat tissue (%) =25.97±4.72; p=0.03, ES=0.08) and Fat tissue (kg) =17.52±5.11; p=0.02, ES=0.10). Furthermore, there were statistical significance difference in upper-arm circumference (24.95±2.31, p=0.00, ES=0.16) and waist circumference (75.93±7.18, p=0.02, ES=0.10). The control group did not achieve significant differences in the final measurement.\u0000Conclusions. A cue is a short and concise instruction about the key aspects of a successful performance. In addition to an attentional strategy, an instructional cue has been considered as a Physical Education teaching content for developing the students' knowledge about performing motor skills. This study investigated the effects of perceptual and motor instructional cues on the learning of dribbling during physical education classes at school.\u0000Material and Methods. The sample comprised 81 students from three elementary full-time classes of a public school, aged between 6 to 9 years old. The study consisted of three experimental groups each one from a given PE classroom: (1) perceptual cue - “eye on the circuit”; (2) motor cue - “pushing the ball at waist level”; and control group – no cue.\u0000Results. Results showed that motor cue group improved the performance in relation to all measures (stage of development, ball control, and runtime). In addition, they revealed that this group had superior performance comparatively to perceptual cue and control groups.\u0000Conclusions. This study examined the effect of verbal motor cues on students' learning of dribbling in a Physical Education class. The results showed that the verbal motor cue functioned as a useful tool for providing students with information about the correct technique for dribbling. This information helped students to understand and execute the correct technique, resulting in improved dribbling performance. Overall, this study suggests that verbal motor cues can be a valuable teaching tool for Physical Education teachers when designing practice tasks. By selecting instructions that have the potential to improve students' knowledge about performance, teachers can help their students to acquire skills more effectively. Balance is very decisive in producing good and correct basic archery techniques, resulting in good archery accuracy. This study aims to determine the effect of circuit training bosu ball on improving balance and accuracy in archery athletes.\u0000Material and Methods. This study was an experimental research design that involved 12 archery athletes at Bibis Archery Club Bantul Regency, aged between 14-17 years. The training program consisted of 18 circuit training sessions using a bosu ball. The archery accuracy test was used to assess the athletes' accuracy in sticking arrows to a target located 30 meters away. The balance test was conducted using the Stork Stand Test, which involved standing on one leg, on the dominant leg, for as long as possible. The statistical analysis used was a t-test, specifically paired sample test.\u0000Results. The pretest balance and archery accuracy scores of the 12 archery athletes at Bibis Archery Club Bantul Regency were recorded. The pretest balance score averaged 44.12 seconds, and the pretest archery accuracy score was 216.50. After 18 circuit training sessions with bosu ball, the posttest balance score increased to an average of 51.44 seconds, and the posttest archery accuracy score increased to an average of 282.83. Statistical analysis revealed that the improvement in balance and archery accuracy was significant, with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating that the training using bosu ball can effectively improve the balance and archery accuracy of young athletes.\u0000Conclusions. Overall, our findings suggest that circuit training with bosu ball significantly improves balance and archery accuracy in young athletes. Specifically, the participants demonstrated an average increase in their balance scores improvement in their archery accuracy following the training. Body composition analysis by bioimpedance is a modern investigation method that provides additional and relevant information, compared to the classical assessment, based only on BMI levels. The purpose of the research is to compare body composition parameters for secondary school girls, according to the stages of puberty and to identify the differences that appear between these stages. \u0000Material and Methods. The investigated group was made up of 115 non-athlete girls from the urban environment, divided into two distinct age categories: 10-12 years/55 cases (Under 12 with age=10.97±0.40, BMI=19.53±3.71, percentiles BMI=65.52± 25.78) and 12-13 years/end of puberty/60 cases (Over 12 with age=12.30±0.30 BMI=20.72±3.62, BMI percentiles=66.13±28.23). The assessment carried out with Inbody 720/Biospace (Korea).\u0000Results. Reporting to the percentile ranges indicates the absence of Underweight cases for the Over 12 group and only 7.27% of the Under 12 group falls within these values. In both groups, the Normal Weight class dominates (67.27% for Under 12 and 63.34% for Over 12), and the percentages of Overweight and Obese cases are higher for Over 12 (23.33% and 13.33%, respectively). The distribution according to body composition indicates the slim type for about a quarter of the students of both groups, but also the placement of a large number of subjects in the Chubby/normal type category (29.10% for Under 12 and 20% for Over 12). According to the percentage of mass fat, the Over 12 group has a double percentage of Obesity for high level, compared to Under 12 group (23.33% vs. 10.90%). The Over 12 group has statistically higher values (P<0.05) for body fat mass (BFM), Skeletal lean mass (SLM), fat free mass (FFM), total body water (TBW), Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) and has a much higher number of cases reporting abdominal obesity/ waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) (33.34% vs. 14.55%). \u0000Conclusions. The analysis of body composition by bioimpedance allowed the precise identification of the ratio between the main components of the body, clearly highlighting the cases with problems related to the very high percentage of fat mass. In this sense, for many girls who fell according to the BMI percentiles in the Normal Weight category, the low percentage of muscle tissue and the excessive amounts of fat generated the reclassification in the Chubby/normal type or Obese/excessive fat type categories. In modern sports, the research and study of the functional capabilities of athletes' breathing is relevant. The analysis of individual results made it possible to form an idea about the respiratory functions of athletes. Among elite athletes, parameters of respiratory functions are significantly higher than the norm, so their interpretation relative to the general healthy population is inadequate. The purpose of the study is to determine lung volumes and dynamic parameters of the respiratory act and their difference in height and weight categories, respectively.\u0000Material and methods. The study involved 22 elite athletes aged 19-24 took part in the study. Testing of all athletes was carried out during the period of preparation for the competition The following research methods were used: method of anthropometry; method of computer Spirometry (was used to assess the functional state of reserve possibilities of the external breathing of athletes by absolute indicators). The studied material was processed by the methods of mathematical statistics using the \"Statistica 6.0\" software and MS Excel. Athletes were divided into three groups of height categories: group-A (190 cm and above), group-B (180-189 cm), group-C (170-179 cm) and three weight categories: group-D (90 kg and above), group-E (80-89 kg), group-F (70-79 kg).\u0000Results. Studies have shown that the absolute values of respiratory functions in athletes with significant hight and significant body weight are higher than in athletes with short height and insignificant weight. Real indicators of respiratory functions in most athletes are within the normal range. The highest actual indicators of respiratory functions are observed in the group of athletes with average height and average body weight. Also, in elite athletes with average height and average body weight, individual actual indicators are practically the same.\u0000Conclusion. Planning and construction of the training process requires knowledge of absolute and actual indicators of respiratory functions. The conducted research made it possible to establish the level of functional reserves of power and mobilization functions of breathing in elite-level rowers. Group fitness programs are a form of programmed physical exercises with the aim of improving health, aesthetic appearance, satisfying the motivation to preserve health and reduce body weight. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of an experimental cardio fitness program on the morphological status of female subjects aged 21.5 ± 3.5 years.\u0000Material and methods. The experimental program was implemented over a period of three months (12 weeks), with a weekly frequency (3 x 20-60 min). Initial and final measurements were performed and Body weight, Body fat percentage, Body fat mass, Free fat mass, Body muscle mass, Body mass index and Basal metabolism rate were analyzed. All test subjects have their doctor's confirmation that they are healthy and can undergo training loads in a planned and clearly defined cardio program.\u0000Results. The exercise program on cardio equipment caused changes in all body composition parameters between the initial and final measurements t-test (except for muscle mass). The total average Body weight at the initial-final measurement (66.45 vs. 64.70kg; t= 5.225, p<0.000), which represents a difference of -1.75kg after the program.\u0000Conclusions. The assumption is that a controlled and monitored program with a special focus on nutrition would lead to even more precise results on the effects on body composition.
