In addition to prestige, the advantage of the internationalization of the national currency is the reduction of transaction costs and foreign exchange risks of foreign trade participants, which will contribute to the development of foreign trade. An increase in external demand for financial assets denominated in rubles will help increase the depth of the market and reduce the cost of borrowing. The urgency of the research is based on the need to ensure the objectivity and transparency of contractual relations in all parts of the logistic chain, on the one hand, and the possibility of using the synergistic effect of the participants’ experience grounded in interconnected business-possesses, which can be achieved by introducing the principles of multi-agent technologies into the logistics management, on the other hand. The purpose is to work out an algorithm for creating and developing a multi-communication logistics system for a business structure. Materials and methods. A systematic approach, economic methods for processing special data, a method for analyzing dataset are used. Results. The paper presents a methodology for the development of a virtual enterprise in supply and marketing spheres of an industrial company, based on the author's methodology of financial micro-logistics. The core of the proposed algorithm for developing a multi-communication logistics system is focused on two aspects. The first is a combination of financial transparency and objectivity with the help of the proposed information support for logistics management of supply and sales. The second is a use of voluntary symbiosis of all logistics resources (material, financial, human, organizational capital). Conclusions. In Russian theory and practice, the issues of the state and functioning of the organizational and management system for the implementation of the strategic approach in the management of the Russian Federation have been comprehensively studied, despite differences in aspects and details. As part of the study, a retrospective analysis of key regulatory legal acts regulating the application of the strategic approach in the Russian Federation was carried out. In addition, the article presents the main tasks of the strategizing process, the paradigm shifts of strategic planning, as well as the stages of its development. The author conducted a retrospective analysis of the application of the strategic approach in management and described the state of the strategic approach in management at the present stage. In connection with the fifteenth anniversary since the establishment of the Rosatom State Corporation, it is advisable to evaluate the results obtained, promising opportunities for further application, development, as well as the legality of extending this legal form to other areas of production. \u0000These tasks require consideration — the features of this organizational and legal form of the state corporation, its structural and economic organization, management system, the results of production, economic and innovation activities, including participation in the processes of global energy transition, and finally — the goals and objectives of strategic planning and its implementation. \u0000Research objectives — to substantiate the high and enduring systemic potential, on the one hand, of the managerial and legal organization imputed to Rosatom State Corporation by federal law on the scale of sectoral management, and on the other hand, of the structural and economic organization within the entire nuclear energy industry. Each of the countries has unique experience in the field of interest to the authors. The successes of the considered countries are determined in many respects by the developed systems for monitoring the implementation of plans. In some cases, this is monitoring by the executive branch, in other cases, a developed strategic audit. The problems of domestic strategic planning are also considered. The subject of the study is the sovereign technological policy of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the article is to reveal the strategic goals of the technological policy of the state. Materials and methods. To study the role of the state in the development of high-tech projects in various sectors of the economy, system analysis, methods of analysis and synthesis were used. Results. The directions and main participants of the technological policy of Russia are systematized. Conclusions. The results of the analysis of Russia's technological policy demonstrated the ability of the state and business to achieve the goal for the development of high-tech industries on a sovereign technological base in the prevailing military-geopolitical and economic conditions. Application. Corporate governance in private organizations is generally less regimented than in state ones. Differences exist in federal and regional joint-stock companies. Authorities independently build corporate governance regulation systems there. In general, Russia has a fairly large number of norms in the designated area, but some of them complicate process of corporate governance. This article discusses the current issues of digital transformation of industrial enterprises, identifies the key indicators of this process. The subject of the research is innovative tools and driving forces of digital transformation of the country's economy in general, and industrial enterprises in particular. The purpose of the article is to identify innovative tools and driving forces of digital transformation of industrial business structures, to analyze the possibilities of using platform solutions to ensure their competitiveness and sustainability. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the presented research consists of the works of domestic and foreign authors, normative legal acts developed and implemented at the present time to ensure the digitalization of the country's economy. The author of the article uses both general scientific and private scientific methods, among which one can distinguish: analysis and synthesis to assess the actual level of digitalization of enterprises; discourse analysis to study regulatory documentation; systematic, structural-functional and situational approaches to identify the features of the use of digital platforms in order to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of industrial enterprises. Results. The author of the article analyzes the current state of the process of digital transformation of industrial enterprises, identifies its key driving forces. Conclusions. In the course of the study, conclusions were formed about the need to improve the regulatory framework that ensures the digital transformation of industrial enterprises, the development of domestic technical and technological support in the context of import substitution using reverse engineering technologies and the training of highly qualified specialists. Application.
