During the exploitation of a field, development indicators (flow rate, reservoir pressure, composition of extracted products, etc.) change. At the same time, the efficiency of the apparatus for separating the gas and liquid phases decreases, which is accompanied by an increase in the entrainment of the liquid phase from the gaseous phase and can reach about 30–40 % of the total volume. This affects economic efficiency indicators, since the volume of unstable condensate decreases, and, consequently, the profit from its sale.The article is devoted to studying the effectiveness of using vortex chambers to reduce the entrainment of the liquid phase from the gaseous phase during the preparation of well products. The results of the research analysis are presented, methods for assessing phase transitions in vortex chambers and the mathematical models used are described.The work defines the basic equations that describe the process of entrainment of the liquid phase from the gaseous phase. Thus, to describe the phase boundaries, the volume of fluid model is used, and the standard k – ε is used as a flow turbulence model. A model of a vortex chamber is being developed in ANSYS FLUENT, the mesh model is built using elements – tetrahedrons. The main risks of transporting such oil are related to the consequences of cooling during pipeline movement, namely:- change of technological mode parameters: restriction of flow rate and increase of operating pressure due to high friction losses along the pipe;- complications and unscheduled pipeline stops due to the deposition of asphalt-resinous paraffinic deposits (ARPD) and solidification of oil during transportation;- reduction of the time of safe pipeline stop;- high value of stranding pressure after stop, etc.These problems are particularly acute during periods of low temperatures and when the pipeline is operating in cyclic mode.One of the methods used to reduce viscosity and solidification temperature of high-viscosity oils is compounding with condensate (light oil, gas condensate) produced in nearby regions. One of the requirements is periodic diagnostics of equipment and structures. Technical diagnostics is the recognition of the state of a technical system, which includes a wide rangeof problems associated with obtaining and evaluating diagnostic information. Surveys provide extensive information about the diagnostic object, which allows us to conclude about the operability of the object, to make a decision about repairs or modernization.The article discusses the process of diagnostics, its shortcomings and methods of their elimination. A program for automating the process and processing the results of technical diagnostics is proposed. The implementation of the development is aimed at increasing the reliability of the data obtained, reducing labor costs, and improving the state of safety at production facilities. It is also assumed that when using the development, the number of industrial accidents that occurred due to human factor errors during technical diagnostics will be reduced.The program consists of four elements, which will allow them to be gradually implemented in production: a sensor-server commu-nication system, a database, an electronic technological scheme of the object, a computing module. The communication system will simplify the transmission of data from the control sites. The database will facilitate work with documentation for control objects. The information available on the electronic technological scheme will increase the speed of interaction of employees of various services during diagnostics. Therefore, there is a need to choose effective pumping equipment of oil pumping stations taking into account different criteria, which actualizes the development of a methodology for efficiency assessment of pumping equipment.The aim is to develop a methodology for efficiency assessment of pumping equipment of oil pumping stations.Objectives: to develop a system of indicators for efficiency assessment of pumping equipment; to develop methodological tools for assessing the risks of using pumping equipment; to develop a methodological approach to efficiency assessment of pumping equipment.The article uses methods of analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalizations and systematization, as well as the expert method.The analysis of scientific and technical literature in the field of efficiency assessment ofpumping equipment of oil pumping stations of the main oil pipeline for the development of methods for calculating the efficiency of pumping equipment.As a result of the study, a methodology for efficiency assessment of pumping equipment of oil pumping stations based on the construction of a loss matrix and an efficiency matrix, which allows choosing priority pumping equipment at oil pumping stations is proposed. A comprehensive indicator of the effectiveness of the use of various types of pumping equipment at oil pumping stations has been developed, taking into account the importance of the criteria for the effectiveness of pumping equipment, allowing for a comprehensive and unambiguous efficiency assessment of the use of various types of pumping equipment at oil pumping stations.An algorithm for assessing risk factors affecting pumping equipment operation, including the stages of risk identification and assessment, calculation of the integral risk level is proposed. Berdyev","doi":"10.17122/ntj-oil-2024-1-9-27","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17122/ntj-oil-2024-1-9-27","url":null,"abstract":"This article presents the results of drilling wells in the Predverkhoyanskaya oil and gas area, where deep exploratory drilling for oil and gas was started in 1954 at the Kitchan, Sangar and Ust-Vilyu structures pre-pared by the seismic survey in combination with structural core drilling.According to the results of deep drilling in the Predverkhoyanskaya oil and gas area, the section of the sedimentary cover was studied, and ideas about the material composition of the foundation upper part were obtained. The pro-spects of oil and gas potential are evaluated: the reservoir properties are possessed by rocks of the subsalt Nizhnevendsky, Vendian-Lower Cambrian terrigenous and carbonate complex-es, which are associated with industrial oil and gas potential in nearby fields.The following fluid-bearing complexes are distinguished in the sedimentary section of the Preverkhoyanskiy trough: Permian (P), Lower Triassic (T1), Triassic-Lower Jurassic (T2–3–J1), Middle Upper Jurassic (J2-3), Lower Cretaceous (K1).Deposits of the Lower Triassic aquifer complex are deposited on Permian formations. The capacity of the complex is variable, due to the structural features of the Lower Triassicsediments, and it has not been established with-in the Predverkhoyanskiy trough. Thermobaric data were not obtained during the test. Reser-voir pressures are close to hydrostatic. Reser-voir temperatures, as in the Permian complex, increase from west to south-east to the Predverkhoyanskiy trough from 50 °C to 95 °C.The deposits of the Middle-Upper Triassic – Lower Jurassic aquifer complex are more widely developed. During the sampling and test-ing of oil and gas exploration wells, water and gas inflows were obtained from the deposits of the complex, including industrial ones on Ust-Vilyuiskaya, Sobo-Khainskaya Square. The flow rates of water inflows reached 300 m3/day (Sangarskaya 2), gas inflows up to 1800000 m3/day (Ust-Vilyuiskaya area). The main focus is on the process of isolating complication zones using profile closures, which allow maintaining the nominal di-ameter of the wellbore. To achieve this, it is necessary to increase the diameter of the complication interval using expanders. The article notes that the highest efficiency is achieved when drilling and expanding the wellbore simultaneously using expandable expanders. Such expanders have high wear resistance and can withstand significant loads. The article also ex-amines the challenges that arise when drillinginclined and directional wells with simultaneous wellbore expansion. One of the main problems is the spontaneous increase in zenith angle when incorporating the expander into the bottom assembly of the drill string. Wells drilled with simultaneous wellbore expansion were an-alyzed. After the analysis, it is evident that when the zenith angle exceeds 300 before the start of expansion, a more intense increase in zenith angle is observed during wellbore expansion.
