There is described specific methods applicable to training, including a system of points and levels, assignments, awards and achievements, ratings and competitions. Practical experience of using the simulator of oil field development is given, which is used in internal education courses, practical classes as an interactive component, as well as a tool in the annual internal corporate competition. It is concluded that gamification can significantly improve the learning process, making it more engaging and stimulating. Abstract
The article discusses gamification methods as a means of improving the effectiveness of training for professionals.
