This is achieved by a balanced and step-by-step organization of the training system for representatives of the studied category. The leading link in the training of military personnel of various categories is played by instructors, who are carriers of the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In addition, the instructors for the types of professional training are carriers of combat experience, which significantly increases the quality of training of military personnel of various categories. In the context of theoretical research, it is appropriate to highlight that in the military units of the NGU, practical classes in physical and special physical training are in the vast majority provided by full-time instructors in physical training and sports (PTS). In view of the above, the importance of individual methodical and practical preparation of the representatives of the studied category in the direction of their organization of forms of physical training is monitored. According to the results of the monitoring of the scientific literature, it is appropriate to state that insufficient number of scientific works are devoted to the urgent issue of organizing the system of professional education of future instructors in PTS for the needs of the institutions of the SDSU. \u0000Research methods: idealization, formalization, axiomatic, historical and logical, descent from concrete. As a result of the research, we determined the essential characteristics of the formation of the readiness of future instructors in PTS for professional activity.
Scientific Journal of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. The physical training of future border guards forms the basis of their professional activities. Therefore, considerable attention is paid to it during training at a specialized university. With the help of physical training, the necessary physical, psychophysiological and mental indicators of the body are achieved and formed. Systematic physical exercises materialize special knowledge and skills into parameters of professional reliability. Participating in team sports, particularly basketball, involves regular physical activity that contributes to the general health and well-being of cadets. Basketball teaches the value of teamwork and cooperation. In a team environment, players learn to work toward common goals, support each other's strengths, and compensate for each other's weaknesses, and these experiences eventually translate into valuable life skills. Team sports are always challenges that allow cadets to develop emotional stability. Facing difficulties on the sports field helps to develop strength, perseverance and a positive attitude towards failure. In addition, team sports contribute to the development of strong character traits. It is shown that group sports contribute to the development of cadets’ command qualities and high physical indicators that are important for achieving the set goals. Playing sports definitely contribute to increasing psychological preparedness, create conditions for active recreation during the period of stress. Thus, basketball definitely develops a person not only physically, but also mentally. \u0000The article examines the use of basketball during the physical training of future border guards and the impact of this sport on the psychological state of cadets, as well as outlines the main directions for future scientific research on this topic.
Scientific Journal of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. Physical training of border guards is defined as one of the most important indicators of professionalism and is the basis of their professional activity. The high role given to physical training in the educational process of departmental educational institutions during the period of their training and retraining is due to the fact that the professional activity of border guards is directly related to various situations that make high demands on the physical fitness of border guards, their personal, moral-willed, mental and intellectual qualities. The use of team sports in the training of military personnel can be a key element in maximizing their potential. The use of team sports is an important component of physical fitness, as it not only promotes the development of physical skills, but also builds key communication and social skills. Active participation in team sports involves systematic physical activity, which contributes to the improvement of general health and well-being. Team games help foster the values of team cooperation and interaction. These sports also help build leadership skills, foster commitment to a common goal, and teach effective teamwork. In a team environment, players learn to work toward a common goal, support each other's strengths, and compensate for each other's weaknesses. Team exercises can be used to achieve specific physical goals, such as improving coordination, developing endurance and increasing strength, while aspects of cooperation and understanding also become important exceptions during classes. Therefore, to get the best results, you need to use the equipment in such a way as to get the necessary reaction from the snow, because turns and braking occur due to the impact of snow on the skis. At the same time, the athlete must constantly remain in balance to avoid falls. Therefore, the aim of the study was to investigate the biomechanical apparatus of an alpine skier and the main forces that act on him during the passage of the track. To achieve this goal, the method of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature was used. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the motor aspects and mechanics that affect athletes in alpine skiing. The article discusses the biomechanics of alpine skiing, its features and the main forces that act on an athlete while overcoming a ski slope. The article also discusses some specific terminology of skiing, which is closely related to the biomechanics of motor actions and the impact of physical forces on the athlete. Another crucial aspect of success in skiing is feeling. This article discusses the problem of using the information of sensations in skiers, obtained through musculo-articular channels and tactile senses of the athlete, the sense of time to assess the quality of downhill control. The study is important for training and preparation of athletes, where the analysis of biomechanics of movements allows to optimize the skiing technique and minimize the risk of injury. Understanding of these aspects helps to improve training strategies and develop more effective methods for improving skiing skills. The results of the research can contribute to the improvement of technique in amateur skiing, the improvement of technical training of athletes and the development of more effective training methods for achieving success in alpine skiing.
Scientific Journal of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. Many coaches mistakenly assume that the flight of the ball on a straight line trajectory with a flat feed and impact will hit the tennis net. As a result, it is considered that adolescents do not need to teach a flat serve, but to teach immediately spin serve with the rotation of the ball. \u0000Purpose of the article: to show analytical and theoretical researches of flat shots in tennis their ability for the best application. \u0000Methodology. Integration of knowledge of various sciences and their methods to solve the problems of physical education and sports training. \u0000Scientific novelty. An analytical method over of calculation of descriptions of motion is brought by means of kinematics. Factors affecting the trajectory of the ball's flight have been educed. The analytical dependence of the instantaneous and final speed, range and altitude of the ball on the mechanical parameters without taking into account the air resistance is derived. The analytical analysis of these shots is expounded with initial velocity, depending on the angle of slope to horizon under that there is a blow to the ball in the distance h from the plane of court. Correcting coefficients over are brought. A percent on that actual speed can change in a flat blow and serve is given. The advantages and disadvantages of these strikes are given. The terms of implementation of flat serve, her advantages and defects, are examined. \u0000Conclusions. Most powerful and at the same time most difficult for implementation flat shots at that a ball is not given by a rotation are considered. It is necessary to take into account that rectilineal and curvilinear trajectories outbowed only in a vertical plane are named flat. A trajectory of flight of the ball sent by a player can be different. The decisive influence on it is the rotation of the ball during its flight. The rotation of the ball during its flight has a decisive influence on it. Factors affecting the trajectory of the ball's flight have been clarified.
Scientific Journal of National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. Series 15.
