It is established that the results of spectroscopy of the UV and visible regions of the HA spectrum depend on the results of the elemental composition. With an increase in the atomic ratios of N/S, the values of E465 quantities (quasi-extinction coefficients) decrease, which reflects the composition of the aromatic part of GC macromolecules. MMCs have been studied, however, they contain more peripheral groups than GC and do not have patterns of the relationship of E465 quantities from N/S, therefore, correlation dependencies are not given in the article. The highest content of aromatic carbon in GC was found for samples of GC K-6 of the silicate class of the Kondinsky province (left bank of the Ob) and C-5 of the organic class of the Sredneob province (right bank of the Ob). The general correlation dependence of N/S and E465 values is higher in the samples of the GK of the Kondinsky province. The varieties Green Beans, Snow Fortress and Shima Nishiki bloomed first – 08.06, the varieties Midday Heat, Anastasia Sosnovets and Helen Martin – 09.06, 10.06 and 11.06, respectively. The longest flowering time for the varieties Midday Heat, Snow Fortress and Shima Nishiki is 9 days. The long duration of the growing season was noted in the varieties Snow Fortress, Green Beans, Midday Heat and Shima Nishiki, 118 days. The decorative variety is Shima Nishiki, which scored 64 points due to its originality. Anastasia Sosnovets and Helen Martin varieties are recommended for use in single and group plantings. Early varieties of Snow Fortress and Green Beans can be planted in flower beds, mixborders and in single plantings. When creating rock gardens and English gardens, it is possible to use the Midday Heat. However, improper eating behavior, any violation of food intake, its quality and quantity affects a person’s health and his life expectancy, as well as his performance. In agricultural production, it is quite difficult to organize meals for staff due to the large geography of the location of facilities, as well as the delivery of lunches to work teams located in the field. To successfully solve the problem of providing food to the staff of agricultural enterprises, the authors suggested a general scheme of enterprise activity. We examined six blocks representing organizational measures aimed at organizing proper and healthy nutrition for personnel at agricultural enterprises. In our opinion, all aspects of the employer’s activities in this area are covered. To solve the identified organizational issues, a team of specialists from various professions is required, which in turn will require financial costs. However, proper organization of staff nutrition directly affects ensuring a healthy lifestyle and, as a result, high labor productivity, which in turn is the ultimate goal of any enterprise. The object of the study were seedlings of spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivar “Sokol” and winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivar “Kalym”. The growth rates of plants were studied for 14 days under normal conditions and with a lack of moisture, pre-treated with 2.5 nm solutions of SkQ1 and SkQ3. It has been shown that treating seeds with solutions of SkQ1 and SkQ3 increases the growth rate of the studied crops under conditions of lack of moisture compared to the control. Also, in the roots and leaves of 14-day-old barley seedlings, an analysis of the transcriptional activity of the genes SodA1, SodB, GR, GST1, GST6, Cat1, Cat2, Apx1, encoding oxidative stress proteins, was carried out. It was shown that a decrease in soil moisture by 1.8 and 2.0 times compared to the control reduces to varying degrees the weight of roots and leaves in 14-day-old barley seedlings and increases the transcriptional activity of all studied genes in both leaves and roots. Treatment of seeds with solutions of SkQ1 and SkQ3 under conditions of moisture deficiency increases the dry weight of barley roots and leaves and reduces the transcriptional activity of the studied genes in the roots.
