The humus content in the soil varies from 1.42 to 2.34% (Table.1), there was an increase in the humus content over the years of the study. The content of nitrate nitrogen and exchangeable potassium in the soil is very low. Organic residues are decomposing in the turf horizons, so the content of mobile phosphorus is average. The content of carbonates increases from 0.68 to 1.12% over the years of research, the quarry soils are not saline, the cationic-anionic composition of the aqueous extract is chloride-sulfate. The structural condition of the quarry soils is good. Perennial herbaceous vegetation has a beneficial effect on the structural condition of the soils. The soil cover has been radically disrupted at the abandoned sand quarry, therefore, at this stage, vegetation and soils are gradually being restored. The soils of the abandoned sand quarry are at the stage of initial soil formation. Salt lakes in the complex from 30-50 % occupy 68.3 thousand hectares. The humus content in the arable layer is low. There is a decrease in the content of humus (from 2.2% to 1.7%) and phosphorus (from 18.6 mg/kg to 18.2 mg). The content of exchangeable potassium is generally within the optimal range. The processes of loss of humus and nutrients in the soils of the area are a manifestation of the desertification process. The content of sulfur and trace elements (copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt) is low, insufficient for grain crops. The soils of the district are slightly alkaline (pH – 8.1). The aridity index of the Zavetinsky district is 0.41, and the normalized index is 0.59. According to the normalized aridity index – 0.59, the territory of the Zavetinsky district belongs to the moderately arid (NIA =0.5—0.6). {"title":"The influence of new types of enriched fertilizers on crop productivity and agrochemical properties of soils","authors":"Anna Bezrukikh, Olga Sorokina","doi":"10.51419/202143304.","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51419/202143304.","url":null,"abstract":"The effect and aftereffect of new types of enriched sulfur-containing fertilizers on the productivity of spring wheat of the Novosibirskaya 31 variety and peas of the Radomir variety, as well as the agrochemical properties of leached chernozem and agro-gray soil of the Krasnoyarsk forest-steppe, characterized by an acute deficiency of mobile sulfur, were studied. It was found that the application of fertilizers containing sulfur statistically significantly increased the increase in productivity of pea biomass in the year of application. With the aftereffect of spring wheat, an increase in productivity was noted on leached chernozem; the aftereffect of fertilizers for wheat on agro-gray soil was not effective. The application of enriched fertilizers did not affect the acid-base balance of soils. In chernozem leached in all fertilized variants, the supply of mineral forms of nitrogen is high, while the content of mobile sulfur increases. The supply of nitrate and ammonium forms of nitrogen in agro-gray soil is low, and the amount of mobile sulfur does not increase. It is known that helminthozoonoses pose a particular danger to people and cause economic and environmental damage. The purpose of the work was to identify the current epizootic situation regarding helminthiasis of commercial animals in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The material for the study was helminthological samples from game animals. The research was carried out during 2022–2023. The hunted animals were brought from the hunting grounds of Yakutia. Animal carcasses or their fragments were subjected to full or partial helminthological examination. The detected helminths were differentiated according to generally accepted determinants. A total of 128 specimens of game animals were studied. During the research, 6 helminthiasis were identified: trichinosis, echinococcosis and 4 taeniasis. {"title":"Specificity of elemental composition of Calcic chernozems of Rostov region at the background level and due to anthropogenesis environment","authors":"Nadezhda Salnik, Sergey Gorbov, Lalita Zakharikhina","doi":"10.51419/202142221.","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51419/202142221.","url":null,"abstract":"The analysis of elemental composition (by ICP method for 70 elements) of Calcic chernozems of the Rostov region in a wide spectrum including rare and scattered chemical elements, the content of most of which was established for these soils for the first time, allowed to reveal geochemical features of these soils. In particular, they are characterized by a rich elemental composition. The mostly studied chemical elements have contents exceeding clarks for soils (clark - average contents for soils of continents). The group of stable excess elements includes: As, Ni, Co, Tl, Sc, Th, as well as rare earth elements (REE). The studied territory is characterized by the ubiquity of carbonate rocks, which are poor in elemental composition among all sedimentary rocks. Thus, the content of soils should be associated with general favorable natural-climatic conditions for soil formation processes and soil with fertile humus, which contributes to good accumulation of chemical elements. REE activity in soils reflects geochemical specialization of regional rocks. The performed traditional ranking of these elements in relation to North American shales allowed us to show the specificity of their regional fractionation, manifested in the predominance of the subgroup of medium and light REEs. It is known that REEs with similar chemical properties are recognized indicators of changing conditions, including anthropogenic activity. Such a pattern can be considered as a background baseline, which makes it possible to identify anthropogenic sources that caused these changes when REE distribution changes. The experiment is laid down in the hospital of agrochemistry and plant protection FSBSI FRARC. The effect of the use of potassium humate and the humic preparation BIO-Don on the content of mobile forms of phosphorus in the Calcic Chernozem during the cultivation of Alliance peas (Pisum sativum L.) was studied. The scheme of the experiment included options with the use of mineral fertilizer (azofoska 40:40:40) and without its use. Humic preparations were introduced foliar in a tank mixture with an insecticide during the bean formation phase and without the use of a chemical protection system. It has been established that the use of potassium humate and the humic preparation BIO-Don has a positive effect on the phosphate regime of the Calcic Chernozem. The application of azofoska mineral fertilizer in combination with the use of humates in a tank mixture with an insecticide contributes to the accumulation of mobile forms of phosphorus, which allows the soil to be classified from \"elevated\" to \"very high\" in terms of P2O5 content.
