Vinogradov, Sergey Chernopyatov, Tatyana Zubkova, Guladi Gogmachadze","doi":"10.51419/202136617.","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51419/202136617.","url":null,"abstract":"In the experiment, it was found that the productivity indicators of the aboveground mass of winter triticale of the Tribune variety and the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in their plant tissues are generally consistent with water-physical, physico-chemical parameters and with soil bonification data. It was found that there were no differences in the mass of green leaves and the dry mass of the aboveground part of triticale on chernozem typical of agrocenosis and virgin soil. Of the forest soils, the smallest mass of triticale leaves was obtained on gray forest and turf alluvial, and the largest on sod–podzolic light loamy soil. Plants with massive leaves were also obtained on alluvial meadow soil of the same light loamy granulometric composition. The water content of triticale leaves, as a rule, does not depend on soil fertility. Only on the chernozem-meadow soil of the trunk strips of the apple orchard, in contrast to the row-to-row soil, the hydration of the leaves turned out to be significantly higher. This can be explained by a less acidic reaction, greater hygroscopicity and nitrogen content in the soil of the trunk strip. In summary, winter triticale plants are recommended to be used as a test crop when assessing the degree of soil cultivation. The work was carried out as part of the implementation of a comprehensive project to create high-tech production, provided for by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 218 dated April 9, 2010 on the topic \"High-tech production of soils by innovative waste processing methods\" (state contract identifier 000000S407521QL90002). In the introduction, the requirements for soils on the content of harmful substances are given. The research methodology contains objects, schemes of experiments, the place and conditions of their conduct. The results provide a detailed analysis of laboratory studies conducted with spring wheat and barley, with the reduction of biomorphometric indicators. The illustrations show the growth and development of the vegetative mass of plants. The conclusions reflect the results of the data obtained. For a part of the population, tea is a product of prime necessity and is a part of many peoples traditional cultures around the world. Scientists worldwide have been interested in studying not only the biology and ecology of one particular species of higher plants but also other branches of knowledge that have made it possible to introduce a unique beverage to people all over the world and to involve huge labor resources in its production. There is a wide range of events that have been associated with tea, from medicinal remedies to sporting events. The establishment of tea growing on the territory of the Russian Empire and then in the USSR is a natural world trend and it is inseparably connected with the subtropical zone on the Caucasian Black Sea coast. The change of the social system allowed to organize tea industrial production in the Krasnodar region, having developed special lands and introducing new unique agrotechnical methods. At the moment, there is a decline in the industry due to various factors of economic, political, and legal nature. Plants of Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze strive to adapt to new conditions and survive among the Colchian forests, despite the upheavals of the nineties of the XX century. All conditions for survival have been created and laid down to the tea plants by man since time immemorial. The aim of this article is to study the origin of tea, the history of the introduction of tea bushes in Krasnodar region, and to highlight the current status of the tea plant. The species composition is dominated over all the years of observations by the families characteristic of the steppes – Asteraceae and Poaceae. The share of the Asteraceae family is on average 34.0% of the total number of species, that is, the main share in the herbage. There is a decrease in the proportion of Asteraceae during the study period from 35.4 to 32.2%. The Poaceae family makes up an average of 23.4% of the total number of species in terms of the number of specimens. At the same time, it is important to note the absence of buckets. There is an increase in the proportion of Poaceae during the study period from 20.9 to 26.4%. Legumes play a significant role in the formation of vegetation cover: Medicago lupulina, Melilotus officinalis, etc. It is noted that a large proportion is mixed grasses – 71.2%, followed by cereals – 23.4% and legumes – 5.4% on average over the years of the study. Herbaceous plants – perennials dominate among the life forms (53.4%), annuals make up 26.8%, biennials – 19.8% on average over the years of the study. In general, the floral composition of the quarry indicates that it is at the weedy stage of demutation succession. Currently, overgrowth occurs mainly with weeds and weeds, but the introduction of steppe species has also been noted. The study was conducted in 2020-2022 with the use of urea nitrogen fertilizer (urea) with increasing doses: N0 (control), N140, N180, N220 and N260 kg/ha. In all variants of the experiment, an increase in plant height and the number of corn leaves relative to the control was observed against the background of the use of nitrogen fertilizer. The sharpest increase in the accumulation of dry matter by the time of harvest was observed in variants where nitrogen fertilizer was applied at a dose of N260 kg/ha -176.7 c/ha, which is 56.25% more relative to the control over an average of three years of research. Analysis of the elements of the structure of the corn crop showed that the use of increased doses of nitrogen fertilizer (N260 and N220 kg / ha) contributed to an increase in the number of grains in the cob, the mass of 1000 grains, and as a result, higher yields of grain and corn straw. The yield index at N260 and N220 kg/ha of urea doses was 40.07 and 40.52%, which is 10.42-11.66% more painful relative to control on average over three years of research. It was found that among the studied varieties of mustard Sarepta, the best indicators were in the varieties Lux and Lera, forming a seed yield of 11.0 and 10.56 c / ha, respectively. The coefficient of energy efficiency of growing these varieties was 1.56 and 1.53. The increase in energy in the yield of dry matter was in the range of 10.56–11.04 MJ/ha, which is more than that of the standard Donskaya 8 variety by 1.64 and 1.02 GJ/ha, respectively. The sunflower yield is significantly influenced by the sowing of a perennial legume crop – eastern galega. Perennial leguminous grasses have an impact on the economic value of the soil cover, which is expressed in such indicators as the thickness of the humus horizon, the percentage of humus, the amount of alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen. There was no significant effect of eastern galega on the amount of exchangeable potassium and phosphorus. Binary crops contribute to the preservation of soil moisture, due to a denser covering of the soil cover, which prevents the physical evaporation of moisture from the surface. Therefore, the introduction of binary crops leads not only to the stabilization of the soil component, the integrity of the agroecosystem is preserved, the productivity of the agrocenosis increases. Phytotoxicity was assessed by the method of seedlings, the results of seed germination, the total phytomass of the test culture and the phytotoxic effect were taken into account. The use of a test culture on recultivated oil-contaminated soil made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of recultivation measures. The conducted studies have shown that recultivation of oil-contaminated soil by mechanical method is not effective enough and needs additional cleaning.
