Distinctive features of these changes are unprecedented speed, as well as spatial and temporal heterogeneity. In this regard, the identification of regularities of influence of regional agroclimatic factors on soil microbiota as an indicator of soil health under different types of land use is of great relevance. In this work, an attempt was made to determine the climatic factors limiting the activity of soil microbiome functioning on the basis of calculation of climatic indices in two regions of grape cultivation close in temperature regime but contrasting in humidity. The results of the research showed that the value of basal respiration in the soils of ampelocenoses of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina of the Republic of Serbia was 6-11 times higher than in the soils of ampelocenoses of the South Coast of Crimea, which is probably due to a sharp deficit of moisture in the latter (moisture coefficient 0.39 vs. 1.13 in Vojvodina). Regardless of the geographical location of wineries, basal respiration of soils in organic vineyards was twice as high as in soils of farms practicing the traditional system of grape cultivation, indicating more favorable conditions for the functioning of the soil microbial community. The purpose of the research is to model the spatial distribution of soil organic matter in the experimental plot using UAV survey data. The research area covers an area consisting of 20 plots of one of the experimental fields with an area of 0.34 hectares, on which a UAV survey was carried out on September 12, 2023 and the content of organic matter was analyzed. Spatial modeling was carried out using geostatistical and regression methods based on 20 points representing the centroids of experimental plots. As a result of the research, an average relationship between the content of organic matter and elevation and distance to watercourses was established. With regression modeling, the range of values of the distribution of organic matter is narrowed by approximately 0.5% from the minimum and maximum compared to the geostatistical model. It is especially important to conduct such research in areas exposed to negative environmental factors (for example, industrial pollution of the atmosphere, soil pollution with chemicals, etc.). At the same time, fluctuations in the content of trace elements in the environment inevitably affect living organisms, including humans. Thus, the accumulation of toxic chemical elements in environmental objects is highly likely to lead to an imbalance in the elemental composition of the human body. At the same time, there is not only an excess content of heavy metals, but also a deficiency of essential trace elements. All this affects human health, body functioning, immunity, etc. Therefore, the accumulation of chemical elements in the human body should be investigated in order to correct the elemental status. Also, the assessment of the content of elements in the human body and its individual biosubstrates can serve to monitor the environmental situation in a particular territory. In the course of the work, the following methods were used: serial breeding, seeding and cultivation of bacteria on nutrient media, MALDI ToF MS, agar wells and nephelometric. The maximum values of tolerance and growth were recorded in the B. cereus strain OCT2022.6, which was slightly inferior to OCT2022.2 and OCT2022.9, showing relative resistance to both nitrate and iron sulfate. The pronounced antagonistic properties of the strains were manifested against the background of pre-incubation with iron nitrate in relation to E. coli and P. aeruginosa, and in the sulfate variant, suppression was noted only for 3 strains against P. aeruginosa. Iron sulfate has a more pronounced toxic effect on the growth of the tested B. cereus isolates. The OCT2022.6 strain had the highest resistance to iron nitrate and the ability to suppress opportunistic microorganisms. By reducing feed costs and using plant resources in the Far East, it is possible to reduce the cost of livestock products and increase their competitiveness. One such plant resource is soybean. Soybeans and soy products increase their productivity and also help maintain this industry at a high level. The rational use of soybean grain and its processed products is associated not only with the presence of protein, minerals, fat and vitamins in its composition, but it is also necessary to ensure an increase in the palatability of soybeans and the bioavailability of protein. It is possible to increase animal productivity by using soybean products in diets. Basic tillage is an important agrotechnical technique that affects many indicators, including crop yields. The aim of the research was to study the influence of basic tillage (classical and energy-saving) on crop productivity, as well as on the process of creating optimal water-physical properties of the soil of short-rotation crop rotations in conditions of insufficient moisture. The research was carried out at the experimental field of Rossorgo in 2021-2023. The experiment traces the dependence of the main agrophysical properties of the soil, the contamination of crops and crop yields on the applied techniques. It is proved that plowing is the most effective in the rain-fed conditions of the Lower Volga region. With the minimization of the main tillage, yields decrease, with the use of disking – by 10...30%, on variants with cultivation – by 14...51%, as well as deterioration of the water-physical properties of the soil and the phytosanitary condition of crops. The soil in these places had different properties. Two varieties of winter wheat and one variety of winter rye were sown on the soils. The different cultivation of the soils of apple orchards is most noticeable in meadow-chernozem and chernozem-meadow soils. The degree of soil cultivation in apple orchards affects the vegetative mass and the content of mineral elements in winter wheat and triticale. In the tillering phase, plants accumulate less vegetative mass on less cultivated soil. The water content in the aboveground mass of crops does not depend on the cultivation of the soil. Plants in the process of their development maintain the hydration of tissues necessary for life, therefore, the water content in plant tissues cannot be used in bioindication as a test indicator of soil cultivation. The productivity indicators of the aboveground mass of winter wheat of the Moskovskaya 70 variety, Moskovskaya 39 variety, winter rye of the Chulpan 7 variety and the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in their plant tissues are generally consistent with water-physical, physico-chemical parameters and with soil bonification data, therefore, these agricultural plants are recommended to be used as test crops when evaluating the degree of cultivation of soils.
