Thus, first, the country's protected areas were identified, and the distances from Ambato to the PAs in kilometers were calculated. While product-market fit, timing, and business models are frequently studied, this paper dive deeper into the backgrounds of the founders themselves. By analyzing various educational, and professional attributes of unicorn startup founders, we seek to uncover common patterns and insights that might hint at the success criteria of unicorn creation.\u0000 \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: Our study adopted an exploratory approach utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods to discover the nuances of unicorn startup founders' backgrounds. Using a dataset of 3925 founders, we identified patterns in unicorn creation. In addition, qualitative insights were garnered through a review of existing literature. This approach provided a comprehensive view bridging the data with theoretical review.\u0000 \u0000Findings: A significant proportion of unicorn startup founders 1163 of the 3925 examined, had prior entrepreneurial engagements, which underlines the value of experience in high-impact ventures. A pronounced gender imbalance was observed, with a whopping 93% of founders being male, spotlighting potential systemic and cultural barriers in the entrepreneurial field. Fields such as International Relations, Public Administration, and STEM disciplines like Bioengineering and Medical Informatics were represented among the unicorn producing majors. These findings suggest a cross-disciplinary effect resulting in unicorn creation.\u0000 \u0000Originality: Instead of just focusing on one part of founders’ background, this study combines their education and experiences to give a full picture. This approach makes it unique and adds a new perspective to what we know about successful startups. A maioria são estudantes em torno de 18 e 22 anos, solteiros e moram com uma pessoa. Research on employee turnover and performance in the hospitality industry has rarely been found in the Nepalese context. This research tries to explore the effect of employee turnover on the performance of organizations in Nepal.\u0000 \u0000Methodology: This research uses descriptive and causal-comparative research design. Three independent variables i.e., psychological, demographic & economic factors, and one moderating variable i.e., employee turnover and organizational performance as dependent variables have been used for the study. Data were collected from the 150 respondents through the open-ended questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the information.\u0000 \u0000Findings and Conclusion: The study found that there is a positive and significant effect of psychological and demographic factors on the performance of the hospitality industries but economic factor has an insignificant negative effect on the performance of hospitality industries in Nepal.\u0000 \u0000Practical and Social Implication of Research: The outcome of the research can apply to the Nepalese hospitality industry effectively.  Improvement of the Psychological and social values of employees can reduce employee turnover and it will help to enhance the performance of the hospitality industry in Nepal.\u0000 \u0000Originality Value: This research concluded that the author's words like; Economic Factors, demographic factors, and Psychological Factors have a significant positive relation although employee turnover, Hospitality Industries, and Performance have insignificant and negative relations with economic factors. The value of this research is to prepare the plan and policy for the hospitality industries in Nepal to maximize profit with the help of minimizing employee turnover. This study closes this gap, as its chief goal was to ascertain the factors influencing the sustainability of food truck entrepreneurs in Nelson Mandela Bay (NMB).\u0000 \u0000Theoretical Framework: The study used a conceptual framework developed from previous studies on factors that affect food truck entrepreneurs and business sustainability.\u0000 \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: Data for the study was collected through semi-structured interviews with seven food truck entrepreneurs from NMB. The data was analysed using thematic analysis.\u0000 \u0000Findings: Reviewing the factors that have been highlighted in this study, it is evident that several factors are most important for a food truck business to remain sustainable and profitable. It was established that both internal and external factors play an important role in the success of a food truck business. A framework that highlights the factors influencing a food truck business in NMB has been created for ease of use by entrepreneurs in the food truck industry.\u0000 \u0000Research, Practical & Social Implications: Prospective and current practitioners in the field can predict the long-term success of their endeavours by understanding the factors. In this research paper, the researchers focused on identifying the factors responsible for the risk of forest fires in Algeria using a state-of-the-art tool, the Geographic Information System (GIS). The researchers explained a scientific process for exploring new indicators using GIS, and showed how to develop a forest fire risk map. \u0000  \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: The elaboration of the fire risk map requires the application of a model set up, and tested on forest areas in the Mediterranean region. The applied model involves the three main factors of forest fire risk assessment: topomorphology, fuel, and human occupation. \u0000  \u0000Findings: According to the results obtained, our study area is dominated by a very high risk index. In addition, more than half of the surface area of our study zone is located in topomorphological conditions that are highly conducive to the multiplication of fires and can increase the risk of forest fires breaking out. This study will help us to better control the risk of fires and to manage fire-fighting operations in the field. \u0000  \u0000Research, Practical & Social Implications: Mapping the risk of forest fires using GIS will help land managers and planners to identify sensitive areas for better preservation and intervention in the event of fire. \u0000  \u0000Originality/Value: The results show that the number of forest fires is increasing over time and that managing them is becoming increasingly difficult. Using smart PLS, was employed to analyses the research data.\u0000 \u0000Findings: The findings and the results of the analysis indicates that the dimensions of the model included Male top management discrimination, Culture, woman’s personalities, and organizational politics exert different influences on women's empowerment. we find Measuring the effect of moderating factors (The Male top management discrimination) indicates has the strongest effect on Culture and women's empowerment in the Saudi healthcare sector.\u0000 \u0000Research, Practical & Social Implications: As a result, this study has deepened our understanding of the dynamic nature of women's empowerment and the challenges facing women's prospects for leadership while also helping to reframe gender roles.
