In addition, the article examines the verification of the statements of the people's judge of the Kirov region O.P. Martynova, carried out in 1949, the memorandum of the head of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the RSFSR in the Kirov region VYa. Oparin, the written explanation received from O.P. Martynova are analyzed. In the study, based on the data obtained from the website of the Presidency of Migration Management, the routes of migrant smuggling over Turkey, the way it is done, and the number and nationalities of irregular migrants were presented in details.
