Among them, IPE (ideological and political education), as an important foundation for the future growth of university students, is of great significance. This paper discusses the relationship between IPE and psychological fitness education in university teaching. This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of playing the role of psychological fitness education in IPECU (ideological and political education in colleges and universities). Based on this, this paper gives the strategy of infiltrating psychological fitness education into IPE. This paper combines NN (neural network) method to construct an assessment model of IPE quality. In this paper, MATLAB is used for simulation and comparative analysis. Therefore, this article proposes an intelligent improvement method by collecting and analyzing college sports data and using the FAHP model for qualitative and quantitative analysis. This model can evaluate the current situation of students' physical education and propose targeted strategies. By verifying the consistency of the model output, effective teaching strategies are identified to achieve the goal of continuously improving the quality of physical education in universities. Teachers' classroom teaching efficiency, teaching resources, and teaching methods must also meet higher requirements. The overarching goal is to review and assess the impact that the prolonged use of technology for teaching has had on K–12 teachers. Through a narrative inquiry, the study seeks to encapsulate teachers' online teaching experiences: its efficacy, challenges, impacts on teaching, and other relevant issues. These narratives are compared against the backdrop of access to technology in Hong Kong and in the Philippines, as there are immense differences in IT infrastructure. It was found that technological advancement and preparedness did not guarantee smooth delivery of online teaching. This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by students in piano teaching and the development of piano assistant practice and summarizes the demands of parents, teachers, students, and principals for online piano teaching system. Based on this, this paper designs and implements an online piano teaching system without special hardware. This system improves the existing maximum logarithm MPa algorithm and improves the detection performance while keeping the complexity low. Combined with the special structure of parallel projection, a generalized automaton model of hybrid system is proposed, and five elements are used to describe the continuous and discrete behaviors in the hybrid subsystem. This article takes university art teaching courses as the research object, uses dynamic L-M algorithm to optimize a large number of parameters, proposes an improved neural networks evaluation model, comprehensively analyzes the main influencing factors of art course teaching effectiveness, and establishes a teaching efficiency index evaluation system. The research results indicate that equating the number of hidden layer nodes to the number of samples can improve the performance of neural networks. The improved L-M algorithm was used to train the neural networks, and the maximum error of all test samples was only 0.04, verifying the feasibility and rationality of the improved neural networks model for evaluating course teaching effectiveness. The findings reveal significant differences in learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes, suggesting the new model's positive influence on student academic performances. Machine learning algorithms are also used to analyze student classroom behavior, indicating a significant increase in active engagement.
