And then the composition level is judged through information entropy. Finally, the composition score is calculated based on the overall composition level and grammar weight. The experimental results show that the combined weight of recall and accuracy of the proposed method in this study is 89.9%, which is 26.6% higher than LG and 9.7% higher than Grammarly. In the performance test of scoring the entire essay, the proportion of error between the proposed method and manual evaluation is 87.29%, with a lower overall mean square error of only 3.08 and a shorter average running time of only 22.69 seconds. Firstly, the research status of the evaluation of college teaching mode is analyzed, and the reasons for the poor evaluation results of the current college teaching mode are found; then the existing deep learning algorithm is improved, and the effectiveness and speed of the method are verified by comparing with other models. This paper discusses the relationship between IPE and psychological fitness education in university teaching. This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of playing the role of psychological fitness education in IPECU (ideological and political education in colleges and universities). Based on this, this paper gives the strategy of infiltrating psychological fitness education into IPE. This paper combines NN (neural network) method to construct an assessment model of IPE quality. In this paper, MATLAB is used for simulation and comparative analysis. This study used the physical activity rating scale and the subjective well-being scale to assess the status, subjective well-being level, and interaction mechanism of middle school students in Sichuan Province participating in physical exercise. {"title":"Feature Extraction of Dialogue Text Based on Big Data and Machine Learning","authors":"Xueli Liu, Hua Zhang, Yue Cheng","doi":"10.4018/ijwltt.337602","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.4018/ijwltt.337602","url":null,"abstract":"In this article, a dialogue text feature extraction model based on big data and machine learning is constructed, which transforms the high-dimensional space of text features into the low-dimensional space that is easy to process, so that the best feature words can be selected to represent the document set. Tests show that in most cases, the classification accuracy of this model is higher than 88%, and the recall rate is higher than 85%, thus achieving the goal of higher classification accuracy with less computation. When extracting the features of dialogue texts, there is no need for preprocessing, just count the data such as lexical composition, sentence length and sentence-to-sentence relationship of the target text, and make linear analysis to obtain key indicators and weights.
